The situation here has been reviewed again.Sufficient time has elapsed since the issues were highlighted, and nothing has been done to restore it. Circumstances that prevent timely maintenance can arise, and ample opportunity for the Cache Owner to get in touch to request a time extension has been provided. No request has been received from the Cache Owner, CrazyJakey, for further time to restore the cache.** It appears to have been abandoned by the Owner and, therefore, will be Archived.****Caches lost in this manner will not be Unarchived.**This area is now available for other interested players to utilise for cache placement if viable locations can be found. ### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process. It certainly needs to be checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating, or the posted coordinates.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute that is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by CrazyJakey and to take it off the playing board to prevent further inconvenience to our Geocaching Community.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been taken by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will conclude that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition and waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayang -GeoffCommunity Reviewer
I am embarrassed as to how long this took to locate, persistence definitely paid off. Id parked the car near this one so looked at the start of my walk and on the way back. Eventually once I deployed a stick after drawing blood I eventually found the cache. As I suspected the last finders name was no where to be seen in the log book, last signature was EeePees. TFTC
. Finally catching up with all the Tasmanian caches although it is rather late I caught the bus- red Tiger free bus up as far as Ockerby reserve and then wandered my way back down to town passing this and others on the way down to the big park where there were monkeys ( virtual cache ) and labs down here. thank you for this cache . .
hi CJThanks for the cache.I spent way too long searching here, and lost count of the number of circles I completed. I was half way back to the car, but decided to return for one more look.Very happy to finally reveal it - although I'm not sure why I hadn't found it during one of those earlier circumnavigations. Ah well, that's geocaching.Found - after walking parkrun with my Bro then family brunch - during a quick overnighter from Hobart with pharmaAl to visit family.Cheers,EPs
Found the cache. Log book was quite okA weird trip to Launceston today. Had a job to do for work which took 30 minutes and then it was caching and op shopping. The caching was poor. The op shopping was great. The caching ended up with 4 dnfs and 6 finds, and I am pretty sure those 4 are gone. Tftc
Out for a couple of hours in the morning before our group began touring. I was able to get finds on four caches near the hotel. Took several minutes to locate this tough hide.
Today we had another atempt for this one and Mrs "T" came up with the goods, must of been cache blindness last time.
On a CBD walk of Launnie, i was excited to see if i could be in the $ money, too. (10:38 on Thursday 9 May 2024)Like others before me, after a short search, i am logging a DNF too. I saw the DNF's but wanted to be the 'Hero of the Day' and pressed on just to see if i could 'Strike it Rich' ha ha I concentrated half my search on the ground below in case it had fallen and was a buried under the leaf litter, but to no avail.TFT challenge anyways, CrazyJakey
Could not find it for the life of us. Checked all lower, middle and even the really high spots and nothing.Maybe someone removed it or i just suck at this
[9036] Holidays on Tasmania, day 11. Today we stayed in Launceston. We hiked the Cataract Gorge up to the old power station in the morning and explored Lanceston and the City Park in the afternoon. It became another great day with perfect weather for a day out. This geocache was part of our tour today, thanks for placing it! TFTC!
Found the log laying on the ground like it had fallen out, managed to save it wnd put it back into the tree TFTC
Could have been a lengthy search but lucked a quick find here.Would have been nice to head up to the pool for a swim next but too many caches left to find on today's list.Thanks.

TFTC! Continuing our adventure around Tazzie for pancake honeymoon, we stayed nearby to celebrate NYE. First cache of the year and had Pancake2 giving up but Pancaka1 persisted and located the cache! Happy Hunting 2024!!
I feel like half a horse, I clip but not clop. Thanks for the days calendar and streak entry.
TFTC. Stared right at it for what felt like ages, whilst trying not to be seen by Muggles in peak traffic. Found with ShaniTemplar06 (:
Found this before I even got out of car. Nice and easy one.Cache in good condition log dry. TFTC
A nice quick and easy find, half expected to find a big wad of cash, but alas no.. thanks..!!
Working very close to this made me curious, how long would it take if i do a quick drive by after work. The answer was 5mins easy find during the day and a quick relax after a day of work TFTC
This morning we headed to Launceston to look for some caches that have been published since our previous visit. Our aim was to look for caches in the Launceston area, then go to Myrtle Park and, if time permitted, to go to Mount Barrow. In the end, we ran out of time and left the Mount Barrow caches for another day. Weather wise, it was a pleasant day. This was another cache for which we didn't see any significance in the name. We have found a number of caches hidden on similar objects and some of those hides have been very clever. However this was a straightforward find as the combination of accurate coordinates and the hint proved very helpful. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks CrazyJakey for the cache.
