So today I thought it was about time I wandered up and went for a walk and retrieve this series of caches. Although I didn't even try and get the last couple as there were muggles around. But overall was a nice walk albeit very noisy from the highway. This one took me a couple of minutes to find, as I hate tree hangers.

A tricky one! We eventually found it on the ground in the long grass. Got caught in the rain but only a small shower. TFTCCheers,The Hancock Clan
We are aware of the Bibbulmun Trail from our visits to Western Australia. We have visited many of the towns along the trail and have walked some very short sections. The scenery and heritage along the trail is superb. We can appreciate the attraction of the walking the Bibbulmun Trail and congratulate JABs on his achievement. So when the publication of Bibb Trail commenced, it was a major attraction for us. Circumstances dictated that today was our first opportunity to look for the first caches in this series. From memory, this was the start of the second release of the Bibb Trail series. From here to Bibb Trail 20, we found the coordinates to be accurate which made the searching much for satisfying. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks JABs for this cache and the series so far - looking forward to continuation of the series.
Today we went out for Birthday lunch at Frogmore Creek it was delightful and delicious. After that whilst the husband fended off his cold in the car I went for a brisk March to find several of the series by the freeway. Im not sure I walked off the lunch but I had a crack at it .I didnt like my chances here with 2 people dnf last week but luckily I had my eye in by now and the little cache was found and signed TFTC
Myself and Goose had talked about doing this trail for awhile now but wanted to wait till there was a few out so we could do a whole section, as it turned out that is exactly what we managed find more than we bargained for!Parking within 2m of number 1 on Grahams Rd was a good start, with us taking a leisurely walk to end of the track at Alliance Drive, this took us 1 hour 51 minutes, the return only took 54 minutes. Some hides we found the coords a bit out but with the hint and geosenses it wasn't a problem, the only other person we spotted on the trail was a brain-dead dirt biker who hooned passed a couple of times.Found on 13/04/2024 at 11:58:00 thanks to JABs for placing this cache for me to find. Today stainless steel rat and I decided to do the Bibb Trail. We parked on Grahams Road and walked all the way to Alliance Drive, turned around and walked all the way back again. The return journey took half the time, as we hoofed it back, having found ALL the caches on the outbound trip. As we approached each GZ, we used a combination of the hint, the compass, and geosense to get us to the prize. Some were quick finds, but some took a bit longer. We had a trail bike fly past us a couple of times, so be careful! An enjoyable three hours exercise but I was pretty hungry by the time we finished.I am looking forward to the rest of the series being published. Thanks JABs
I had to go to the airport today and had a little time spare before starting the packing for an upcoming trip. I wandered along to the first in the series, and then since I was making better time, I continued on to 2 more.TFTC and the series
Things have been quite chaotic recently with rushed interstate visits and a number of family gatherings to involve us. As it doesn't get any better over the next few weeks decided to take today's window of opportunity and gather the new set of caches along this trail A sunny and pleasant day fora walk. Began in an area well known to us but quickly headed onto a new trail which was enjoyable except for the heavy road-traffic noise.Took quite a while searching in the area. The cammo has made the cache container difficult to spot but eventually made it.TFTC
We returned today to do the 4 new additions to the trail with a different geograndson who was pleased to find this one as his brother couldn't find it when he was going for FTF. It definitely wasn't on the hook, never saw the cable tie that was removed by Eeepees, so glad it was replaced. TFTC
Tasmania Trip Day 10. For my last day in the Hobart area, I dizzied to have a go at some of the challenge caches in the area. Mostly the YCDIT caches, even though I will be relying on non Tasmanian caches in the most part for the qualification. I managed to get several other caches along the day and for once was not out until the end of the day. I Finished the day with some LABs in the botanic gardens and then went to a local pub in Battery point for a quiet afternoon and dinner. I off to Launceston tomorrow as the end of the trip draws closer.I arrived at the top of this track with the intention of getting the challenged and a few of the Bibb trail caches. I am glad I read some notes, as I needed to cart the ladder down to the first two, but after that it was a pleasant walk. Getting the ladder back up the car was the nasty bit. Thanks for the cache JABs46052.11 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Gold Shuttle A#233**Albida**
Had an airport run to do today, so made time to do this run of caches before the pick up. TFTC
I was notified of the new additions to this series a few weeks ago, so this afternoon we set out to find them. It was another enjoyable walk along the trail past all the caches we found last time, and to the new ones. All the caches were quick finds and in good condition. Im enjoying this series and eagerly awaiting the next instalment.I saw this one as soon as we arrived, which was a relief as it could easily have taken much longer! Thanks for the cache JABs!
Hello JABs thank you for the cacheThis one was a quick find.Nice to get another one found.loving the series.Found on Monday, 19 February 2024 at 2002**TFTC**
Hi JABs, thanks for this series of caches, and congratulations on your Bibb. walk. This one definitely took the longest to find. I also removed the cable-tie that whitewebbs mentioned, so as to not to be an unnecessary distraction for future searchers. Today I parked between West Cape and Torbay, then walked straight to Albany, found that, then the others down to William Bay.Then I leap-frogged via the even caches to Walpole, then found the remaining odd caches back towards the car.Cheers, EPs.
Hi JABs, thanks for the cache.I felt like a stroll after work tonight, so piled the GeoGSP's in the car and headed off the find the latest instalment of this series of caches. All caches were found nice and quickly with good coordinates, and the caches are all in good condition.
This one had me looking here and there for about 3 or so minutes and then by pure luck, looking at just the right angle, i spotted this most tricky hideIndeed a sneaky hide that blends in VERY well and if i didn't spot it from just the right angle i would probably still be there SL @ 14:35 on Sat 27 Jan 2024.Re-hid the hide exactly as found and was off to the next.TFTC JABs
Found this one on my way to work. Quick find @ 0955 thanks to the good hint. Thanks JABS for putting this series together.
