We parked at the end of the cul de sac outside the very des-res. A quick pick up which was just a well, as the owner of the aforementioned des-res had returned and must have been wondering why we were parked there. All good with the cache. Thanks.
Easy find with the hint. Log is full and didnt have any paper with me. Next finder or CO maintenance. TFTC
I timed my drive a little early, so it was still dark when i got here. Sat till twilight arrived then had a go. Quick find with my phone torch. TFTC
On my own today as Ms Atalanta was hard at work!!A lovely day to do a bit of bush bashing in a very picturesque spot. The first girl I met at Uni (it was 1965!) was from Beauty Point. As I had just come to Sydney from Taree, I had no idea that this was a prestigious place to live, but its now full of magnificent (dare I say trophy) homes just as it probably was back then. The coordinates were spot on. TFTC
Had a day off so went on a caching extravaganza. This was 8 of 10 on a fun filled day around the Spit. A steep climb! Tftc.
Over this way and a quick stop here. Parked on lower level and tested the knees going. TFTC!
Early cycle in Mosman collecting a few unfound on route. Never been down here before, lovely views, more cycling hills! Quick find. Thanks for sharing this location TacocatTeocaching #2465
Twisting roads to arrive at location, enjoyed the drive and find. Beware the pipe in rain. Congratulations on first hide! TFTC
10229 (4 of 5 today)Today's foray into *Caching Immortality+* involved five hides near The Spit. I deliberately avoided a cache with numerous DNFs only to see from more recent logs that it was there all the time. Sigh. But I got everything I went for, and had a pleasant walk along a bush track - even if the initial part of the walk seems steeper than the last time I was here.*+ Description may not be accurate!*###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Parked close and walked to GZ - near which a muggle was washing his car. Luckily I spotted something on approach and decided to check it first. Gotcha!Signed, replaced and away without the muggle even noticing I was there.SLTNLNTFTC
Stopped off on my way home from work today, after a morning shift, to have a look at some of the new Traditional caches that have recently appeared around Beauty Point. This was the 1st of 3 finds for today. This one was first on my list, parking the geomobile in Quakers Road, then walking up the short steep end section of Quakers Road to GZ for a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. The cache container is a very common type, but it's been nicely camo coloured and geo-labeled, which was a nice touch. TFTC Teo144mosman, and congratulations on your first cache placement.Find #6581
This was an unexpected find since we were planning to just head home from middle head but we arent complaining. After parking the car it was a quick easy find at GZ which we logged then replaced as found. TFTC, #199, SO CLOSE!
Well done on placing your first hide. It took us ages before we placed our first. Found with Brewmaker, Everest High, Martin Cousins and It's Dozzie. Log signed as BEMI4. TFTC.
On an outing to the northern side of the Harbour Bridge with Martin cousins, EverestHigh, 4Rods and Its_Dozzie, before we finish at Mona Vale for BO'C #17. A quick find after parking nearby. TFTC
OCW Brewmaker, Martin Cousins, 4Rods and It's_Dozzie. Well done Teo on your first hide! TFTC Teo144Mosman
I decided to venture towards The Spit area this afternoon. Leaving Spit Road at Quakers Road was the easiest option to drive and park the geomobile. It was only a short hike from there. The hint was helpful and made for a quick find.Glad I don't have to hike up and down those stairs every day!The water must have been cascading down here during the fierce storm yesterday.TFTC # 5724
[FTF] seeing this published this morning and not having found anything today, we came here for a quick find. Although the cache is slightly off the pipes trajectory. TFTC (why is this not under Teo144Mosman account?)
