Needed a cache today for our calendar. On my way to my sisters to make Christmas cards and this is a few hundred metres away. Nice easy find and loved the container. Thanks RoddyC for the cache.
Made a quick find while watching a poor raven getting swooped by the noisy minor birds.TFTC
Im not sure how much the disc golf green fees are here, but the greens keeper is definitely sleeping on the job. It was hard to tell the fairways from the rough. It was all rough.Disc golf is one of those things I really want to try one day. If its like regular golf then Im sure I will be busted at it. If you can slice or hook a disc then I will be perfect at it.Im sure that buying a set of discs isnt cheap. If you can use a $2 frisbee then I would definitely give it a crack. I can slice and hook cheap frisbees with ease. tftc
Clever hide my grandson said he didn't find it so we were looking for ages but he finally said he already found it and just laughed at me looking in the wrong spots
My phone seemed to want me elsewhere but I went for the obvious and even though I guessed what the hide might look like, it still kept me at bay for quite a while!TFTC where all is fine.
Today i had a plan to come out this way with my E bike and discover the bike tracks while collecting smileys. All up i found 16 caches in only just over 2 hours and had a great ride . This was my 11th find and i spotted a likely hiding spot and then a crafty cache. Giving this a FP for a great cache and fun power trail. Thanks RoddyC for all the fun
I was out today to grab a few caches. I found 25 today. Two of them were for a challenge I am working on. I had fun day caching. RoddyC thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for enjoyment of the caching community.
I was in the area to do some CO maintenance, and decided to pick up a few more of this series. I'm so grateful to RoddC for bringing some more hides to my neighbourhood! Initially I was wondering why there weren't many other people out walking as it was breezy and pleasant despite the heat. By the time I got here I was sticky enough to know why everyone else I saw was on an electric form of transport! On the way to this cache I noticed that there's still heaps of ground water in the reserve making it all a bit soggy. Fortunately this one was not far off the path.I was a bit embarrassed with this one as I searched the most obvious spot, grabbing a natural tool to help search as there were a few insects, giving up I crossed the path to see if there was a bison in one of the smaller trees. Back to the first spot and I didn't find the cache on first look because my tool had the cache attached.TFTC
13 of 53 today.Shazzar66 & I spent Australia Day riding the Bulimba Creek Bikeway. We rode 42 Km's today, looking for caches. It was overcast, hot and humid, but we had a successful day.We started at Wynnum Road and turned around at Broadwater Road. Our strategy was generally to stick with the BBBB series, unless a cache was on the Bikeway and even then some we decided to bypass. The plan was to find more than our previous daily record of 51 caches. We didn't leapfrog, but did each cache together. We've ticked off a whole pile of caches today, with only 2 DNF's.Logs were signed ShaDup.My apologies for the generic logThanks, RoddyC, for the BBBB series.
I headed out in the geo-bike for a few caches today Duppers. We decided to hit a few of the BBBBs.I found your cache, Breadsell Street - BBBB today. This is my 2630 find. This one made for a quick find once we thought outside the box after Duppers read some previous logs. Thanks for the extra effort put into this cache. FP worthy. Signed as ShaDup.RoddyC, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
An afternoon with baby Cottontail riding the Bulimba Creek Bikeway whilst visiting and finding the fifth instalment of the *Bulimba Bikeway Bison Bash* (BBBB) series. Regarding our bike ride, I parked at Carindale Recreation Playground aka. "Rocket Park" off Bedivere Street and Cadogan Street, and I rode a total distance of 17.4 km across an elevation of 76 m, with a moving time of 1:10 hr and elapsed time of 2:10 hr, as per my [Strava record](https://www.strava.com/activities/10631573107). It was another enjoyable ride that passed through Cadogan Street Park and Minnippi Parklands with plenty of shade, and we U-turned at Wynnum Road. I had visited the parklands a few times before for geocaching and parkrun, but it was my first by bike. There were plenty of mosquitoes that greeted us each time we neared Bulimba Creek, so it was always a quick logbook sign and getaway. With baby Cottontail and I on our bike, we arrived at this cache, and I initially searched the trees nearby to GZ, before then looking across on the other side of the track. That obvious feature housed the nicely camouflaged cache, which was about 7 m away from the posted coordinates, with my GPSr indicating the cache at S 27 29.868' E 153 07.032'. The cache container and logbook were in good shape, and a Favourite Point for a well-camouflaged and constructed cache! Thanks [RoddyC](https://coord.info/PRC80AY) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------This morning, [jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T), baby Cottontail, and I headed to the Redcliffe Peninsula to Newport for the [Australia Day out Scarborough way](https://coord.info/GCAJ4F3) event and a swim at Settlement Cove Lagoon. It wasnt as hot as previous years, but the lagoon was still just as busy. This afternoon, baby Cottontail and I completed instalment #5 of the *Bulimba Bikeway Bison Bash* (BBBB) series by bike, riding north from Carindale Recreation Playground (Old Cleveland Road) to Wynnum Road through the Minnippi Parklands. An enjoyable ride that followed and crossed Bulimba Creek, with a few hungry mosquitoes about!
I approached GZ and decided which tree To look in and the cache was soon to hand. Well camouflaged. TFTC
Although it was a warm day, there was a lovely breeze blowing along this section of bike way as we walked towards GZ. Once again, our GPS put us on the wrong side of the path but this time it was fairly obvious where we needed to start our search. The nicely camouflaged cache was turned up in no time. Thanks RoddyC
This was a Joint *FTF* with the KKKK group after attending an Event nearby. Thanks for the event and the cache. RoddyC

This morning after a group get together at the Kaffee, Kinly Kick-ass Kaldi event, a few of us raced around picking up the newly placed caches along the Bulimba Creek Bikeway. There were bikes, scooters and a few on foot and in car. Whatever mode of transport was selected, it was definitely a hot one. Thanks very much for placing all these caches for us to find RoddyC. It was tremendous to be able to claim a group {FTF} on this cache and so many others today. All good here with the cache and the log sheet. Cheers for the fun

Joint *FTF*After attending the KKKK event this morning, I was offered the use of an e-scooter to pick up these caches along the bikeway. What fun that was!! There were a few bike riders as well, jostling to be first to sign the logs. Came across many walkers along the way.All caches were found in good condition and signed KKKK group. TFTC RoddyC
*FTF*Another early start to the day with a drive to the southside to find some caches and attend an event. I arrived at the event to find some eager and fun cachers all fuelled up for the morning's events. The usual chatter and the usual laughs. This was a special event for me as it turned out to be my 200th event that I have attended. I guess I will also admit that my attending events was for a challenge that I signed when I was overseas. All of a sudden the sounds of laughter and chatter was broken by the announcement of the event was finished and then an email hits our phones. OH MY, it was time to get down to business. Files loaded and hi ho hi ho its off to find some caches we go. First was the MOB cache and then a chat with a couple others and we were on the bikes to ride the trails. This was a nice trail ride and possibly the longest ride of the series. All points were in place and the caches were easy to find. All caches were signed and replaced as found. There were couple of fun caches along the way. Kind of sad that the Sunday events have finished. Thanks for all the work on these caches and the previous ones.
Joint [FTF] with a fun group of cachersAfter enjoying an early morning catch up with fellow cachers, a cracking chicken toastie and a drink at Roddys kick off event, I took up the very kind offer from the CO and Hatzoff of a loan of a scooter. I headed off with the bike and scooter pack and we made relatively quick time, finding and signing the multitude of Bisons on the route. At the end I made my way back but quickly run out of battery. After a fair bit of pushing and walking, Chamad came across a tie down strap and got the benefit of a tow back to the car. Thanks mate I owe you.Appreciate the hard work put in by the COs.Cheers
FTF joint with the mob. Quick find. Lots of people out on the bike way exercising but not many on bikes. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks RoddyC. All good with this cache.
Joint *FTF * with the eager KKKK group of cachers. Attended the Kaffee, Kindly, Kick- ass, Kaldi Event first and when that concluded we found the Kaffee Mob Cache then headed off to the first cache where we grouped into cars, bikes, eScooters and shanks' pony to hit the trail of bison. Everyone appeared to be having a great even though the heat was far from pleasant. All logs signed as KKKK Group. TFTC
[***Joint FTF***]An early morning start to the day with an event. Event over it is now time to find some caches. Then some more. All great finds and especially with friends as we walked the Bikeway sometimes being overtaken by our faster moving geofriends.Logged as KKKK to save on space on the small logs.TFTCache RoddyC
I was very happy to be part of the KKKK joint *FTF* group which headed out after RoddyCs KKKK event. We had grouped into those who were cycling/scootering and those who were driving as it was too hot to walk any long distances. Alisnan and Team Benders joined me for the drive around, often joining up with another car group and occasionally the cyclists. All caches were found quite easily, signed KKKK, and replaced as found. Tftc
*FTF* Jointly with all the eager geocacher out on a Sunday morning. With the KKKK crowd out & about on bikes , scooters in cars & on shanks pony there were plenty of eyes available to search for these bisons (no not that sort of bison!) A lot of fun & comradery was had by all. Thank you RoddyC for all the hard work & effort in keeping us entertained. TFTC
