Found it, second time aroundVisited in April and had no luckPlease note, there are animals nesting in the hollows nearby TFTC
Stopped here to do the EC and investigate the nearby rockpools so I found this one along the way. Didn't take too long until I had what I was after. Thanks Adam2828!Today is day three of our holiday in Hervey Bay, and today I did a mixed day of shelling and caching around Point Vernon. Mainly targeting the East and North sides for shelling, then heading inland to clean up the rest of the caches in the area. I finished up the day finding a few in Eli Waters, before returning back to homebase. A productive day out indeed on both fronts!Heading north on a 5-day trip to Hervey Bay with the family has allowed me to go out and cache the surrounding area. I was able to cram the tredley into the back of the warthog and travel north, stopping a few times. Once to maintain a cache, and another to find a cache. I finally set sights on my destination, Torquay. Over the course of the few days I had, I cycled the new rail trail series of geocaches, did a combined day of shelling and caching Point Vernon, took a drive through Booral and River Heads, travelled to Howard, Torbanlea, Toogoom and Dundowran. On the final day I spot cached as I made my way south, stopping in Walligan, Susan River, Beaver Rock and Owanyilla. I then fought the southbound traffic for a while, then detoured via Yengarie and through Tiaro back to the sunny coast. All things considered, a great holiday and a productive one for geocaching! a MASSIVE thank you to all the COs that I found the caches of along the way!
On our Australian trip . After travelled from Darwin to Perth over the GRR, now on the Eastcoast .Starting from Cairns first headed up to Port Douglas, then back south direction to Sydney .After enjoying Airlie Beach, Platybus Camp and Bush Camp Broken River we visited my mothers cousin . We also went for caching with them.Nice walk on the beach and found this one .TFTC# 17'875
Catching some sea air with ToucanKB, signing logs as KATO. Fast find. GPS a little off but easy to zero in on GZ. Encountered a council worker at our first cache then he kept turning up at subsequent caches. He appeared to be inspecting infrastructure, have no idea what he thought we were doing. Tftc
We found this one on a nice drive around the coastline. A few places were checked before hitting the right one. All good here, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Adam2828 for the cache and the nice views.

Hi there Adam2828, we found your cache Point Vernon views today. Ms Sammi & I are taking the opportunity to bag some caches while Penny is occupied elsewhere. Sam has actually found this one already and she was absolutely no help no clues no nothing and I had to find it all on my own. Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking. Cache Condition: Good. Regards Ian & Penny (Found and logged using Cachly).
11:28:00 AM. Took a bit of a search. Our GPS showed we were 15m from GZ. Don't know why that was. Found and log signed. A natural place for a hide. Thanks for the cache Adam2828

Another cache found on my trip to Maryborough for a 12 noon event. Left Bargara at 0415 and was complete in Maryborough by 0915 so decided to head down towards the bay and see how many of the four on my list I could get done in time. All of them. This one only took me about 5 minutes when I realised I needed to be at snake level and not Koala level. Arrived back in Maryborough after a detour to ToogoomTFTC Adam2828
F2F I was surprised to see that this new one was not found yet. GZ is quite obvious on the approach however there were many potential hidey holes. After a short search I finally found the right hole and had the cache in my hand. TFTC
