Logs
DNF after a quick feel around and some hand sanitizer. Not a massive fan of what I assume is the intended hiding location.
Out looking for the daily cache with rattll, but no luck here, despite a torchlight search.
Another quick grab while collecting g a few caches around the outskirts of Hamilton. TFTC
Didn't realise how desperate I would be to find another cache that I would stoop that low to find it. I imagine in summer when the bin is full of litter and bags of doggie droppings it really will not be a pleasant experience.
**21,116**We are familiar with this area from when our daughter was at university many moons ago. A nice quick find, fortunately, with no muggled around. TFTC
It's the weekend of the Rotorua Marathon. This event tends to take over the city, and it blocks main arterial routes in and out of town for most of the day. Good luck to anyone caught up in that malarky (getting caught out, not the marathon). We decided that an escape plan was in order... Exit, stage left! There have been other caches in this park, but none hidden quite like this one. In fact, we've only found one other cache hidden in this fashion, and it was another Hamilton hide. What has become of caching when caches have to be hidden around these objects? To top it off, the neighbourhood was a hive of activity on a Saturday afternoon. Found it - and now for the hand sanitiser. Thanks Entschuldigung9. TFTC.
A quick trip after work. Didnt take too long to feel around and find this one. Luckily the area was quiet today. Tftc
Came after work & didn't take long to feel around & find it. Luckily no one around.
Quite hard find personally but ended up finding it, a passer by was very kind and helped me find it!
This one was a bit of a mission, not because we couldn't find it but because we didn't have much time to search due to pesky muggles walking their four legged friends. Every time we started to look another one would turn up and we had to stand there looking at our phones pretending we were waiting for someone. To make matters worse a neighbour across the road came out in his pajamas and started sweeping up leaves.Fortunately his back was mainly turned and between the dodging of passing muggles and the moments he wasn't looking we managed to locate the cache.Once the log was signed it was a similar mission to return it to its hiding spot and once it was back in place we made a quick getaway in case our actions were becoming too suspicious. Thanks Entschuldigung9 for a unexpectedly challenging find. We must remember not to search for caches in parks at peak dog walking time.
After muggles blocking my search a while back, a re-visit and quickly had it in hand
Some workers were doing gardening fairly close but managed to use the car as a shield. An awkward retrieval for an old bloke but managed OK. TFTC
Decided to pick this one up on the way home from work today. Quick find here, TFTC
Had a brief look, but this cache smelt too much for me so would rather log a DNF than shove my nose that close to a rubbish bin.
Was at the PC when this one came through. Would you know it it's Peak traffic and it certainly was. Very slow trip across town from Frankton. Got to gz and no cars. And a nice empty log book for a [ftf] tftc roughly 30 mins since publication
Had things to do so after completing, those Iheaded off to look for this new one. Met Boges at GZ so we signed it together. Thank you for the placement
Saw a new cache notification this morning and determined that it was a sign to head over to this side of town to pick up a few finds. A quick find as the park was pretty much empty. TFTC
