Logs
Dodged some kids on the equipment and we got it. Log book was mainly pulp, so we replaced it. CO should check that's OK.
Perhaps you need to put in a new piece of paper with instructions and I would recommend you write the stuff on it again
Found it!! Quite difficult as there were quite a few muggles Around but is a very thoughtful cache ! tftc
Found it. Thanks. Staying in Torquay for a few days with family from Bacchus Marsh. Greetings from Adelaide
A quick Torquay find while the middle child was at soccer. All in good condition. Didn't know this playground was here, so will have to try and get back with the youngest. TFTC and for bringing me here MW640.
Nice easy find. Met a dad in the playground who asked me if I was 'retrieving?' I thought he had lost his dog, tee hee. Anyway I told him we were geocaching and he knew what that was. Funnily enough we met him a bit later on while picking up another cache a bit further on and he asked again 'find many?'. I guess these encounters trigger people's minds and hopefully they look into it.Thanks for the cache MW640.
Found by Mary and David at 12:25. Don't think we've been here before. What a great place. Came for the Event easrlier this morning, followed by lunch at Bells Bakery. Gorgeous sunshine. Our thanks to MW640.
As there were lots of little muggles nearby used the hint to make a stealthy find TFTC MWest640
Out for a walk with friends from Melbourne who have a hoilday house close by. Love this area, we are visiting from Tasmania Thanks for the cache, easy find
Found by The Empire + HDriving to Torquay in winter for a visit to a renowned fish and chip shop is an adventure that combines the charm of a coastal road trip with the comfort of delicious food. The journey, though brisk, is filled with scenic beauty and the anticipation of a warm, hearty meal. After finishing our meal, we decided to take a stroll along the beach. The winter wind was brisk, but invigorating, and the beach was almost deserted, offering a peaceful retreat. We wandered over to this cache and quickly made the find. Thanks for the cache MW640.-M
10:39With an early warning that the power would be disconnected during the day, we couldn't resist time away from home, of course - seeking out a few caches not too far away. Our first stop, the swings and the tennis court were in use, the well concealed cache was soon in hand. A great first hide - hope you put out some more? FP awarded.A BIG thank you to the CO who placed this cache.37122
I couldnt resist dropping by to search for this one. Thankfully I had the place to myself to search for the hide. The location was confirmed with a like help of a pen at GZ.Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the traditional cache MWest640 #8,044
Today we set off early for the Otway's to enjoy the beautiful scenery and claim the 3 latest caches since our last visit. It turned out we couldn't access Lorne due to a stupid bike race that did not finish until 1pm. So we headed back to Winch and through to Cressy and Camperdown before eventually making our way back towards Mt. Cowley, our original destination.Once we had visited the Mt Cowley fire tower we headed back down to the GOR and made our way back to Geelong but not before making a detour at Torquay to locate the latest edition to the caching map.We spotted the pen sticking out of the hollow that alerted us to the cache's hiding spot but struggled to get the smaller container out. With some deft manoeuvres the cache was revealed. Lucky there was noone at the playground this afternoon. Thanks MW640 for the cache placement, congratulations on your first hide.
I found this geocache during a recent trip, however, for sme reason my log didn't automatically upload from my GPS as it is programmed to.Thanks for your cache hide and the effort that you put into maintaining it,
Find No. 4698. Found at 4.37pm.Down in Torquay to ride in the Otways Classic 145 km Bicycle ride on Saturday. After we picked up our riding tops we drove around to the park and went for a walk to locate the cache.Walking along the track our GPS took us to the spot where the cache was.Log signed and cache returned.TFTC
We found our way to Torquay this afternoon to try to find this cache.A quick walk to GZ and a quick find with a few walkers out enjoying the trail nearby. Thanks to MW640 for this hide.We have lots of good memories visiting Torquay for a cache or two.Once the signing was done it was off for a coffee and a sit at Point Danger to watch the wind surfers for a while.

Was straight out of the house when this was published. Arrived at GZ and had been searching for a few minutes when 6potatoes arrived and joined the hunt. Searched for a good 20 minutes but nothing to show for it, even after expanding our search area.
As soon as the notification went off, myself and 1 of the little spuds were out the door. Got to GZ where we were greeted by BFMC who was also on the search. We looked high and low, even made the search area a bit broader but to no luck. We left after almost an hour. It's either too clever for us or it's not here. Might come back a bit later with the other spuds.
Apologies for the inconvenience, there was a slight maintenance issue with the cache and it had to be temporarily removed. The cache is now back in its original location ready for the next find
[FTF] Noticed CO has fixed up the missing cache so loaded the spuds in the car to go have another look. We very quickly had cache in hand as we figured out all the possible spots it could be earlier. Congrats on your first hide and hope to see many more.
