Thank you for hosting this geocaching Event! The date of the Event has passed. We automatically archive Events after 30 days (60 days for Mega- and Giga-Events). Attendees can still log archived Events, log trackables, and share their experiences.
Nothing better that meeting a bunch of people in the dark on a winters night......luckly it wasn't too cold as I still had wet hair from being at the local pool.It was great to see so many celebrating this event, Happy Birthday Omegaman1971 & QueenK8.
Happy Bday! Was a rather impromptu attendance from me on this on as I didn't even recall that this event was today, ah well after finishing a long day at work I decided I would head on up and make an appearance. Saying my hellos and having a chat soon enough it was about time to move on. Thanks for the event!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY Omegaman1971 and QueenK8! ??What a fabulous spot to host an event - the lighting was, what one could call, very romantic ???? You certainly went to a lot of effort to provide delicious nibbles for attendees to enjoy, thank you.A last minute decision saw me popping back to Victoria to spend time with the gorgeous Snap Happy with TheDame, in order to enjoy some caching and family time - it all came as a little surprise to Snap Happy, but he was a trooper and was up for the adventure. Thanks so much for hosting such a lovely event. xx
Attended with GoodLook and Snap Happy on this lovely, yet cool, evening.Happy birthday QueenK8 and Omegaman1971.Thank you for co-hosting this event
Happy Birthday QueenK8 and Omegaman1971. Great to attend the event with HeliKelli and catch-up with other cachers.
**Attended by Snap Happy** Another well attended event despite the coolish weather. Thankfully the weather held off.Great to see so many new faces and catch up with familiar a-cache-aintanes Attended with GoodLook and The Dame. Thanks for organizing the event QueenK8. We attended tonight and the temperature was not too bad considering how the last couple of nights have been. Not the darkest cache event that we have been to. That honour goes to a Canberra event that we attended last year with no ambient lighting at all. Pitch Black. This is second though. Happy birthday again to QueenK8 and Omegaman1971 and anyone else whose birthday was around now. Also cheers for the snacks. It was good to catch up with fellow geocachers tonight, and have a chat.Happy birthday to QueenK8 and Omegaman 1971, and thanks for the cheese and drinks.
Despite best endeavours, I couldnt pull off a magic trick to get there. Juggling sick kids. Was really hoping to come and say hi and celebrate. Best wishes for a good event!

Conflicted - work+rush-hour traffic = hideous PT trip vs. socialising, cheese, and party. I will think on it.I feel the need. The need for cheese.Happy Birthday to you both.
I have barely been to an event other Canberra mega in last year. Actually I have barely cached. But this event may be doable at a train park with a life time of memories. Will am to be there! Thanks Omegaman1971
We are looking forward to being there. With sunset on that day at 5:33pm, hopefully the train will have the lights on. Bring all the cheese
