Thought I'd try to redeem a previous DNF here.Dozens of hideyholes for the cache to be inTook a mirror but it was too big - dangProdded around with another TOTT but no joyAfter 10 mins I succumbed to a PAF, otherwise I would have probably been here for hoursGood to find this one finally!
Time for another Tremendous Tuesday Trek. After picking up the Rat from her nest we headed south to meet the Mr and Mrs Starfish to try and correct some DNFs from last week. After that was achieved the Starfish's had other fish to fry so the Rat and I took the long and winding road back to her nest and this was one of fourteen newish trads found on the way. Thanks to CelticRory for adding to the playing field with this cache.Smilie #15521.I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this Land, and their continuing connection to it. I also wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to Elders past, present and emerging.*This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).*

Took quite a search. Ended up using the phones to look around corners and spotted it. I found your D4.0/T2.0 Micro Traditional called Hole in one on 24 Aug 2024. It was find #19240 for me. Thank you CelticRory for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of South Australia.
There is whole lot of holes. Many holes in ones and twos and threes. The cache was located and extracted with a tool. Woot.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is the seventeenth day of Augustus Caesar's Month in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a lot cooler today. Still no wind today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Came back today, and spotted it easily, it certainly wasn't in that spot when here last time, with 3 sets eyes looking!Retrieved with a tool from the geomobile. There's a pencil sharpener in cache, but no pencil...TNLNSL Thanks
I arrived at GZ today and saw the issue and why it is a D4, an instant PAF, still with the location it was tough to get out, back to the car to get my tott and then the cache was in had, this a horror. This morning after staying in Reynella for the evening I headed to and event and Cito at Christies Beach, afterwards I headed around the southern area before making my way home via a few caches. Thanks for the cache
With a handy TOTT, retrieval was a breeze and I avoided scraping up my knuckles. Nice container. TFTC!
Returned here today for another search with Team Waldron, this time armed with a substantial retrieval device. Found after a very short search. Thanks for the cache CelticRory.
*FTF* I saw several new caches published in this area during the week so thought I would take a trip down this way to find some of them after work. After making short work of three other trads nearby and 1 solved puzzle (where I was lucky enough to see 3 kangaroos!) I headed here with not much optimism.Once I got to GZ I got to work searching around where my phone wanted me. With flashlight in hand I poked and prodded several spots without success. I then tried something different in a couple of places and in the second place I tried it, BINGO! I found the cache! It was with a great sense of satisfaction that I signed the blank log and then returned the cache. That is a nasty little hide! I am stoked that I was able to find it!TFTC CelticRory
