Nice short walk down to GZ from the Scout Hall. I was jubilant to find this cache. Very clever. Love your work. Have an FP! OCW with Brewmaker only at this late end of a big caching day out. Last cache for the day? Maybe! TFTC bella at waggy

Found with EH after a long day caching by kayak, car, and foot. This was our last one, and a good way to end the day. We followed the path and then stopped. The hint didn't seem to match until something twigged and we had the very cleverly disguised object in our hands. As usual, getting the log out of these things is tricky. Good job. Have a FP. TFTC

A bold hide and not just for expecting us to come out after a minttin. Had a chat with a couple of kookaburras and watched some rosellas frolicking high above. Thanks B@W, gets you a fave because we love these containers.

#15100 16:20A slight detour from the Pacific Highway into a pocket of houses I have never driven to.After parking the car I walked the short distance to the cache where the well camouflaged cache was quickly discovered. What a great hide and worth a FP.TFTC B@W

We had a 10 am appointment at Pymble today, so decided to do some caching in the area afterwards, collecting a D4 Traditional cache and three previously solved Mystery/Puzzle caches that were scattered around the Pymble bushland. This was the 1st of 4 finds for the day.Parked the geomobile at the end of Jubilee Avenue, then followed the bush track through Sheldon Forest to GZ, admiring the huge Blue Gums towering above us as we walked. Was expecting a long search, being a D4, but amazed ourselves with a super quick find in the very first place we checked. Well you have to get lucky sometimes, and hopefully it's a good omen for the rest of our caching today Smile. TNLNSL, and then replaced everything as found.TFTC bella at waggy and, despite the quick find, it gets a Favourite point for the nice construction and location.Find #7045

Find #: 3,673Companions: NoneMuggles: Some dog walkersWeather: Pleasant winter morningCache condition: GoodI wanted a short jog, and Sheldon Forest is always pleasant even without the promise of a cache. I parked at the Scout Hall (complete with some people camping in their van?) and headed down to the junction. Sometimes knowing the hide is hard actually makes it easy, and I was fortunate to immediately pick the hiding spot - nicely done! TNLNSL TFTC

Now that was tricky! After briefly checking the usual places, like previous finders, but knowing it wasn't going to be there I began checking other things and found the right place. Only problem was I didn't know I had, just thought it was something dodgy. So the search area was expanded and two spots seeming possible attracted my attention. No luck so it was back to the first idea. Still no luck ....... if only ......This is a good spot for nature. I was continually checking my shoes for leeches which I didn't see and large ants which I did encounter. Birds were continuously calling and very busy on the ground, maybe they were eating the leeches. A Kookaburra and a male Magpie both came up to my feet. I guess if you stomp around long enough you disturb things for them to eat. Finally the cache revealed itself.Could have had that in a couple of minutes instead I spent nearly an hour here. Ah such is the caching life. One Favourite Point given and two rather dodgy photos of my accomplices added to the log. Birds are difficult to photograph, they don't realise they are supposed to keep still for the camera. TFTC # 6181

Saw this new cache in the area. A mint tin in a forest with an interesting DT meant we had to check it out. Got to the junction and quickly eliminated the normal suspects. Checked out another suspicious object and found the cleverly hidden cache. Thanks B@w.

#7629 joint FTF with HARVEYT2079Seeing this still unlogged, figured we try our luck. Quickly checked attributes before leaving home and noted low T but high D. Parking was not available due to road works but found a convenient spot around the corner. Spent the first few minutes checking the most obvious areas before reconsidering what might be involved in a high D. We were signing the log shortly afterwards. Very well done. Gets a FP.TFTC bella at waggy
