Logs
Finally got past a lorry I have been following for ages. Then had to stop for this.
Stopped by here on my way back into Balclutha this afternoon, quick find once there was a gap in the passing traffic, TFTC
Just two weeks after coming this way for Mega I'm back again. This time for a meeting for Scouts. It wasn't in the usual place for caches like these so I checked previous logs and looked with success in the only place a magnet-less nano could be. Despite just 8 spots filled on the strip, the end is a bit munted. Remember to place in the half with the thread on the outside... Thanks for the cache JackieG61# 4070 8 November 2024 1:58 pm
Awesome ridgeline road. Plenty of trucks all of a sudden. Yeeha, getting close to Te Mata-au/ the Clutha River. Thank you, JackieG61
A nice quick find. The magnet was missing today. Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are off on a cruise around the south of the South. Great to be away. The day was fine, though quite overcast, as we travelled toward Dunedin.Occassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs.Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.
A quick easy find with the explicit hint, beside this busy highway, in what should be a safe location, although the damage right beside the hiding place suggests this might not always be so. TFTC
On my way to Dunedin. Surprised that this cache had not been found before. Thanks for the {FTF}
Sat unvisited for almost two weeks after publication then two visits in the same morning. A truck-weighing layby - I assume it's still used? A lot of these had to be decommissioned or upgraded a while back after it was found they didn't meet the portable scales manufacturer's specs for levelness and were potentially giving incorrect readings. TFTC.
