I was out today chasing 4WD attributes. Had some nice quick finds. Thank you, RoddyC for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
Should have driven closer. Nice quick find after the extra long walk we took to GZ. [:o)]
Cute pony! Couldn't see it here though. I was hoping to learn where the cache was hidden from it.
Out solo today. A nice quick find. This area has a lot of neat parks. Signed the log and returned to where I found it. Thanks Logan Geocaching. All good with this cache and puzzle
After a morning of chores appointments and picking up my new hiking boots from Peppa, I decided to head out and give them a spin ( acknowledging there wasnt going to be much in the way of hiking involved, but non the less a good way to wear them in.Solved the last jigsaw on the plane back from Perth during the week and was soon at ground zero, where the cache was quickly located. Log extracted and signed. Back to the car and off on the next adventure.A big thanks to the cache owner for making this cache available to be found.Cheers
After many hours working on these delightful jigsaw puzzles and keeping note of code word for when they were published we found ourselves out on the hunt today. Unfortunately, unforseen incidents got in the way of us attending the Logan Events but we were there in spirit. This one was easy enough to find and in no time at all log was signed and we were off to the next on our map.#6 for the morning. Thanks RoddyC
GCLOGAN Day 8Out with TBU1BIKESU on a sunny day to get more smiles. Found the cache and signed the log .Thanks for the cache . RoddyC
*FTF* This was our FTF jigsaw cache, allocated to us during the GCLOGAN events. On that day we took off to search the container - and a lot more, by the way , but couldn't log them as they weren't yet published. It was fun to do the jigsaws and fun to be here for these events!Tftc RoddyC
In Logan for the GCLogan event this week. Today, we are off to Daisy Hill for bbq lunch. Caching on our way.Solved all the jigidis before the event, found a few a few days ago. And some more today with Mr D (AKA PJ)If Dunmowin has stamped the log, then PJ was there as well. Thanks Logan Geocaching for the puzzles and the hide.
Before the event in Beenleigh, I had time to kill, so I collected some of the 1000 new caches on the wayA nice quick find and I was on my wayThanks Logan Geocaching ??
Day 4 for us at GCLOGAN.We completed the jigsaws even though the hunt was on a day prior to our arrival. So we were excited when they werent caches that required a canoe.Today is our day for the jigsaw hunt .Thanks Logan Geocaching for creating, placing and maintaining this cache.
We don't live too far from Windaroo . It's was great to be able to find some local smiles. tftc
Out today with ILTW to complete the Great Jigsaw Puzzle Hunt. Nice way to spend an afternoon even though it is AFL Grand Final day. Thanks for the cache and the event.
I solved these jigsaws prior to attending GCLOGAN so once they were published all that remained was to get the coordinates and make the search. They were found in a variety of hides and varying degrees of difficulty as far as me locating them but all were found in good condition unless otherwise indicated. Thank you Logan Geocaching for setting this series up. It filled in time doing the jigsaws and then finding the caches.
Found on Sat, 28 Sep.During lunch at the Windaroo Lakes Golf Club, we finalised the coords for the Great Jigsaw Puzzle hunt this arvo. There was a bit of internal turmoil - should we set out for what we came down here for or should we grab another beer and settle in to watch the AFL grand final Lions v Swans?? With an FTF on the line, the decision was made for us. Waypoints were entered and we headed off for the finds. Thanks for setting up this great event.
With hatzofffFun to put your name in the log.Log signed and cache replaced as found on 28 September 2024. TFTC, Logan Geocaching
A wonderful 9 days spent exploring the length and breadth of Logan in the company of great friends and family. I was so fortunate to have GreenGecko1 both drive me around and accompany me in the kayak, allowing me to fully participate in the whole experience. A fabulous selection of caches, some of which had great camouflage, some adorable guardians, some perfectly matched the cache name and some really well hidden. I really enjoyed my time paddling, bushwalking, fishing, chatting and finding new and interesting places to visit. Thanks to everyone who put so much time and effort in to creating and placing all the caches and organising everything behind the scenes. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. Thanks for this {FTF} Logan Geocaching
After a nice lunch break, it was time to venture out into this district with geo friends after having previously solved all jigsaws. All hides were easy enough to find, and some were extra special with good camouflage.Thank you, RoddyC, for placing this good hide for our benefit ??
There were no set plans for group caching but with cachers swarming on the same series we were destined to end up in one. We were with Bluewattle, chamad, grannysmith1947 and Snickersallen. For some of the hides it was a case of the more eyes the better. #9 found by Bluewattle. TFTC Logan Geocaching.

We have been attending all of the GCLogan activities and events; enjoying the events and caching activities, I teamed up with Bluewattle, Grannysmith and Snickersallan as we worked our way around the areas collecting the new caches, and even some older ones. We managed to attend most events, a few citos and some meal events. It was great to see the many different faces turning up to the different events. We had finished our paddle caches and made our way to grab some lunch. We were handed a list of caches and it was the puzzle caches. This was awesome as we already had them solved we just had to punch in the info and work on a travel plan. We bumped into Geono along the way and so we teamed up and then more joined, Lol. We even got a couple of extra ones along the way. We signed the log and replaced as found and enjoyed to drive around. Thanks for placing these caches, very nice..
After completing all these jigsaws in NZ prior to coming over for the GCLogan events, I was well ready for this afternoon's puzzle hunt.Spent some of the time this avo out and about with GT54, some with GEM_54 and some on my own and managed to round up all of these new jigsaws. Some were nice easy finds and others were quite tricky. TFTC
Teamed up with Snickersallan, Granny Smith 1947 and chamad on the hunt for the Puzzle Jigsaws, Wherigos and whatever took our fancy whilst out on our travels within the Logan shire. What a fantastic selection of caches and containers on offer for GC LOGAN event. It was great to be with my usual buddies, delightful to meet up with new ones and strengthening our ties. Thanks so much to GC Logan team for arranging events and placing caches for our enjoyment.
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 150 - Logan Day 3. GCLOGAN event day 2. the first day of Canoeing has arrived and we all met up for a breakfast event and vessel preparations. A great time before the tide turned, but right on cue it rained for the whole hour we were on the water. It made navigation and cache finding quite a challenge, but the group made the way down the river and found each cache along the way, signing them all as Scouts Breakfast. It was quite fun and not as far as I feared, but still a challenge in the wet. There was a bit f a car shuffle t get back to the start and then we broke up into car loads for the travel to the lunch event. I was with Kitty Katch and we did a few cache in Brookhaven along the way. After lunch it was on with the painfully solved Jigidi Jigsaws. I was joined by Smitten Granny and Cosmonaut87 for this part of the day and we slowly worked through the list of solved puzzles. Some were a real challenge, be we found them all. To end the day we went back to collect a car and did one Where-i-go along the way before heading home for an amazing home cooked meal at Chateau GrimRaider. More paddling tomorrow, I hope it is not as wet. Thanks for the cache Logan Geocaching49256.33 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & September 2020 Geocaching Gremlins A#427**Albida**
