Coords didn't put us close to the sculpture and they had part of the walk blocked off but we finally found it.thanks for the adventure
I went to basic training and OTS here a long, long, long time ago. We manage to get back every 5 or 10 years. This year we were here for a convention and found restaurants and interesting places we hadn't seen before and it made the trip much more interesting. Spring time is also much nicer than summer. I've seen the sculture before and like it. I was here for the '68 World's Fair too.
This was a very cool place that I wouldn't have paid as much attention to if not for this cache. Thanks for making me be more observant. Would love to see this spot with some activity taking place. Email will be sent shortly.
After attending the Texas Challenge over the weekend, it was time to head up to San Antonio grabbing some caches on the way.
