Great!! Finally we found this cache. Since 2004 I started playing Geocaching I had watched this cache already but I don't dare to hunt alone because the terrain, so, it's almost like a nail in my eyes [:(!]
Very thank to soya51 and drray they invited me to hunt together in Plurk, then I called bubuchen and Haima therefore we five people went together, it was a very special experience.
The cache is not hard as my except, the condition is not good but also not bad, no log sheet in the container, I put Smoketg's 2008 Washington Quarter in, took bat man out, TFTC.
P.S: The cache is still waiting for Jingle_tt and Fangyi...

This is my second time to seeking this cache
When I came here last time because the grass was too high and too dense I gave up ...
But the situation this time is same. different is I prepare the relevant equipment
I have rain shoes and alpenstock but I forget gloves ...
even so It is still very difficult to reach the area of this cache
I must thank rjt to come with me he let me have enough courage to cross those grasses
In : White Jeep Travel Bug "Maryann" (rjt grab it to GCR4E5 after I drop off here)
Out : N/A

Well, this is anothrer amazing trip in my caching history.
Although I knew today will rain much, I still decide to visit here to maintain the cache. I'm afraid being alone in the high grass, so I invited Jing to come with me. He hunt first, then I maintained.
I dressed up all my gears: rain coat, new rain shoes, gloves, stick, hat, and my all weather camera(Olympus mju410). All gears help a lot. Although it rains heavily, I walked through the stream many times, my head, feet and soxes ary absolutely dry!!
When we discussed how to go through the grass, I felt this is an adventurous explore! Exciting!
We both said " we must be mad!!!"
After Jing's finding, I clean out many things which are out of order: ball-pen, tissue, log book, cell, plastic, paper, flashlight...etc. I also bring out TB.Wichtel, my first white jeep Maryann & put in a dinosaur ,a teaspoon.
I don't leave any new log book. I'll modify the verify method for the hunters who will hunt in the future.
Specially thanks to Jing!!!

It is a pleasure to log the 'oldest' Taiwanese geocache, although the way to get there was pretty strenuous today. The meadow was taller than me, quite sharp, and the snake wake-up season has started. So from a distance of perhaps 30m it took quite some time to get to the place finally. Once at the place, the container itself was rather easy to see and reach, and unfortunately, pretty wet inside (in other words: almost full of water). I put everything out and tried to dry it as much as possible in the pricking sun at maybe 25°C, but a log into the totally wet logbook was absolutely impossible. Anyway, for log verification (as well as motivation for the maintainer to have a look after the cache and its condition ) I left TB "Wichtel" coming from Germany to Taiwan.
Thanks for the nice cache and the hike in this beautiful area!

This cache is very close to another one (GCRQYH), I went hunt this cache after I failed in GCRQYH, however, the terrain looks like a swamp, I have no rain shoes, no climbing stick, no any gears can walk close, it's a pity.
For visitors (like me) to Taipei: How to tackle this cache by public transport. Take the MRT to Taipei Main Station or Jiantan MRT (which must be the most spectacular MRT station in Taipei); take bus 260 to Yangmingshan Bus Station; take minibus 108 to Cingtiangang. Minibus 108 also passes within 150m of "Good Field" (GC4699).
The park was very busy today. When I arrived at GZ, four young people had set up camp within 30m of the cache! I hadn't come all the way from Australia to be denied by this, so I settled down to wait them out. They left after about 45 minutes.
I quickly located the cache, but before I could retrieve it, a man and his son came along and decided to enjoy the buffaloes. Then four female members of the family turned up also! After that, another three young people took up station on the hill overlooking the cache site. Talk about difficulty 2! Overall it took me two hours to retrieve, log, and return the cache. I started to wonder if *I* was the tourist attraction!
The cache contents are damp, and some things are mouldy from the humidity. I cleaned them up as best I could. Also, the log book is sodden and unusable, so I put a fresh log book in a zip-lock bag into the cache. Thanks for the challenge.
