Would have been cool to have the cache in the cave but I understand why it isn't, thanks!

In Jurian Bay for the IGD 2023, out and about to find some Caches around town with Allied Oz and The Fitzy’s. TFTC!!
This one took us longer than it should have. We found it no problem once we were looking in the right area! It’s nice to find such an old cache still in play.
Caching around Jurien Bay and surrounds whilst I’m the area for IGD2023. TFTH!

In Jurien Bay for the IGD 2023 and hitched a ride with Allied Oz and rokadz to find a bunch of caches while in town for a couple nights.
GPS was wandering a bit for us with this one under the tree, but once we had the right tree we soon had cache in hand.
Thanks for the hide.

In Jurien Bay for [IGD2023](https://coord.info/GCA9VEJ) this weekend having a ball finding heaps of caches by day and telling stories by night at the caravan park. A great weekend with lots of laughs, one to remember.
Met up with geotrakka and neva2old for a trip out to Stockyard Gully Cave picking up a few of the new smilies along the way. Ran into Photoplay on the road in so was it was team of four.
Before heading down to the cave we had a look for this one. Took a bit of searching and we were getting a bit worried before Photoplay spotted another area that matched the hint.
The Explorer I found your cache at 3:24pm, this was the 22nd of 26 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 8057. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

With all the rain showers we did think we would not get to this one but we tried and then got blocked by a road closed barrier from the south to went to find the north entry which was not on our maps but sat view on the app helped us find it and there is a small signed. Some bumps and some softer sands but nothing a hire car Prado could not handle. We got to GZ and soon found the hid and completed the signing duties but could not entry to the tunnel as too much water. TFTC. Great to find another old one
Nice find after walking through the cave! GZ coordinates are a bit off, but there's only so many cycads to look under before you find it. Tftf.
Approx 10m E of where GZ says it should be.
Placed Daisy the cow in there to have a drink in the valley like history portrays.
What a magical place

Phoenix Travellers found cache on an adventure with UMeHedgiE. Took the travel bug to relocate.
We were looking for a dead branch east of the palm tree but it was east in palm tree. Have dropped a trackable here for someone else to find and take on their ventures great spot. Thank you
We came into the NP from the north which was a bit of a bumpy track. The geo-hubby was in his element negotiating the soft sand and limestone obstacles. Parked just 30 mts from gz and happy to report a quick find ensued at spot in co-order. Thanks for highlighting this gorgeous spot The Explorer
Thanks The Explorer for placing and maintaining this cache. Out and about with Barnzy12 and rebelj getting a few smily faces.
This was an absolute treat coming here. What an amazing place to visit, exactly for me what keeps me Geocaching! A place I would never of known about if it wasn’t for the geocache placed here and a planned trip to make this the designated lunch stop. The sound of bees humming was rather nerving.
Have a favourite point for location and sensible hide.

Awesome spot. Glad to finally get here.
Headed up the coast for a couple of days with Cravo10 and RebelJamie to cleanup a few 4wd caches and some recently published hides between Yanchep and Leeman.
Camped out at Sandy Cape which was great and had reasonable temperatures for our time away.
Thanks for the hide.

Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.
We were out this way with Dimor in 2015 and did some of the walk through the cave but with no torches we didn’t get far. So it has always been on my list to return, especially seeing we missed this trad! So today we managed a great walk through with good quality torch and had a lovely picnic nearby, then came for a hunt not hold much hope. But she spied it and we signed the newish log book. Have a FP for the location.
Thanks for the hide and The Explorer.

After nearly 6 sedentary months, time for megawat60 and I to take a little road trip! It is 5 years and 5 months since we came here with dimor and found the Earthcache. This time we came with torches. Walked the tunnel and back at Max the ute, had our picnic and a chat with the ranger. Then before cache hunting, I grabbed a pen and a pathtag and he said I was being hopeful, I said “of course!”, so after a bit of a hunt I got to the right host and found a blue lidded white container, not like in the photo gallery but on opening spotted a log, well several as the old ones are there too in some form. Signed and left pathtag. Thanks for hiding this cache and bringing us back to this wonder of nature. A FP!
Thought we would have a go to find this cache since the last find was in April. Unfortunately no success for us today.
Found this yesterday but for some reason it didn't post my log! This took a bit of hunting as my gps was a little jumpy. There was no one else around so I could have a good search. TFTC
On our way home from the Murchison so we cached out another area, happy to say we came up trumps and drove away with a smilie after exploring this amazing area TFTC
Up in Leeman for a couple of days and grabbing a cache here and there. Have wanted to come out here for ages so got the family in the car and off we drove. Beautiful and peaceful

These certainly were beautiful caves to visit glad we stopped in and grabbed this cache while we were here TFTC
Up for a weekend of fishing with the crumps but the weather stopped the boats going in the water, so of with our friends for a day caching and sight seeing around the area. A quick find here TFTC all in good condition
Staying in Leeman with the Copwots on a 3 day fishing trip. Unfortunately the weather keeped us on land today so we filled in the time getting a few caches. This was one of our favorites, great walk through the cave.

Found it. Master 6 was the finder after a quick glance at the map on the ipad. He was stoked.
Cashe contents were in ok condition, a little damp. Swapped out a keyring for a cockleshell the kids found in the water at the beach.

Had access to 4WD so had to ensure to get these 2 caches. Found this one after a short search from the designated parking area. Log was wet so tried to dry out as best as possible but needs replacing. Thank you for leading me out here to this very cool cave! tftc sl tnln
I'm staying in Jurien Bay with friends and this afternoon they had the idea to bring me out here to walk through the cave. Last time they came one insisted there was no need to put the vehicle into 4WD and not surprisingly they got stuck and had to be pulled free by one of their family who were travelling with them in another vehicle. Then when they got there they had forgotten their torches. But today we had all the gear including a fly net for me which was brilliant. Those feral bees are something else but the walk through the cave was awesome. I don't have the skills to drive here so it was a real bonus to be taken. A great adventure thanks The Explorer #11,277
A rather bumpy trip in to GZ this afternoon. Certainly put the 4WD to the test! Once at GZ, we found the cache under the third Cycad we searched. TFTC
Stopped at this cache whilst on a roadtrip with Eliktrisiti. We didn't find as many caches in the Geraldton area as we had hoped for, and after being home for a week or so, I have decided that the motto I would adopt for these logs would be this: It isn't the destination that is important, it is the journey!
In a nutshell, we had fun and that is what it is all about. Great company, lots of interesting locations, good variety of caches, even got to meet one of the local geocachers while out and about, and of course, we came home with a whole swag of smileys.
This cache was found on the homeward journey. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache The Explorer.
PS Didn't we have fun getting the little Subaru Forester in there and back out again. She handled it beautifully, but I woudn't recomment it - heaps of fun, but it could have gone badly wrong, especially if we had of met another vehicle coming the other way. All is well that ends well though. We got our smileys!!

Have been out here before but this time brought the inlaws. A great spot.
The cache was blindingly obvious - once I found the correct palm!

This is definately the last on for today...glad we took the time to go and see the caves.
Hi there The Explorer.
We found your cache **"Cycad-elic"** at 10:16:00 AM today, so this makes our find count 14528.
We are camping in Jurian Bay for a few days, on our way south from Geraldton to Perth.
Today the plan was to grab a couple of 4WD caches in Stockyard Gully before heading south along the coast from Coolimba to Green Head. - It was a very interesting day, the scenery was wonderful and the final tally was 6 finds and 2 DNF's.
The river was flowing, so we didn't manage to get into the cave, but we did manage to take a photo at each end.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 5m from where our GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** Cache was soaking wet and cracked, so we made some repairs and replaced the cache container.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Out exploring the area around Sandy cape
Made a quick find while returning to the car after walking the tunnels. Took the opportunity to introduce some muggles to caching

Touring around while on holidays in Jurien Bay. Caching with Peeted - christened his new car while finding this cache and the earth cache. Beautiful banksias in the area. TFTC
Found this one with the family after somehow missing it the first time! Tftc!
Up in Cervantes for the long weekend doing some maintenance and decided to take the new Jeep for a run and get a few caches. We were surprised at how many people were out here. But luckily no one saw what we were doing. SL TNLN TFTC
Thanks for the hide The Explorer. After a good look around the first specimen I found the cache at the second specimen. Amazing network of caves to explore thanks for sharing this place with us.
Little Red Riding Hood (aka my GPSr ) didn't like the coordinates very much, but after widening search the cache was found. Unfortunately there was water inside so I emptied it out but I didn't have time to dry out the log. TFTC TNLN SL
We forgot this one the other day when here with M4YB and Megawat60 as we didn't have it in our gps's.
They've returned back to Perth while muggle and I are on our last day in Cervantes
So after grabbing a local cache muggle said we were heading here. So quickly wrote down coords and the hint and off we went with me whacking them in as a waypoint.
Got to GZ and was hoping it was one near the track but no luck so in I went and made a quick find
Did the duties and put it back.
Decided we were going to walk into the caves from this end when someone pulled up and it happened to be another cacher, Sharkcavers so had a good chat
Then we decided the other end is better to walk through so off we went
TFTC
Nice meeting you today Sharkcavers

Another find hidden by the explorer. I love this place, its an oasis down there. I bumped into Dimor in the carpark when she asked "are you looking for the cache". Must have been a bit obvious. Then again we met mid way in the first cave. We had a 1/2 hour caching conversation under torchlight in there. It was a nice reprieve from the topside temperature.
