Logs
Unfortunately we hadn't planned to find this today and hadn't read previous logs so didn't have anything to replace the log with.Log wet but managed to get out initials on it.TFTC paddyk this is find #17911 for us.
After a few spikes and beautiful we found the cache in the exact spot. We left Bob to say hello
Out and about for a birthday hike, enjoying the sunshine and warm weather. Log is very wet, and sadly I couldn't replace it but I did manage to scribble my name down somewhere.
Cache in excellent condition. I love seeing the original logbook here. Spent some time reading the older entries and completed my signing duties. Lovely walk on a windy day. TFTC
It looked like a prohibitive bushwhack at first. However, continuing a few steps down the trail revealed a reasonable path in through the greenery right to GZ. I don't know why the "Needs Maintenance" has been slapped on this hide. It's in perfectly good condition. TFTC!

Out on a morning cache hunt around Lesmurdie Falls.
Nice quiet walk to GZ and a quick find once here. Tipped out some water, but log dry luckily. TFTC

Today we went to the Lesmurdie Falls. Here there was still a SnagtheTag for us to find. We enjoyed the walk and were able to find the virtual, a Tradi and the LAB bonus. Thanks for the caches.
One of us had to stand on a rock and scope while the other searched but we got there. TFTC!
Found on a beautiful sunny spring day. Needs maintebance but cool to see logs from many years ago. Thanks!
Fourth cache on this beautiful sunny winter's day. Great views on the trail. Thanks
TFTC - a bit prickly to get to but not too bad if you pick the right opening. Lost my sunglasses somewhere around the cache so maybe some extra treasure for the next finder!
Out for a drive to the Hills on a very wet public holiday Monday, the first day of Autumn too. Quickly got saturated in the, at times, driving rain. Enjoyed a hike around Mundy Regional Park, something I had not done in a while, and picked up a number of caches around the Lesmurdie area. At times I was dripping wet, but all in all an enjoyable day.
I only stopped in at Lesmurdie Falls to see what today's rainfall was creating... and then I decided on a whim to go grab these two caches on the other side of the falls. I have previously done this track before, but a couple or few years ago. I got completely and utterly drenched while doing the hike up the hill, but don't the views make up for it. It doesn't matter how much time you spend in this part of the world, it is truly breathtaking stuff.
I wasn't expecting this as a style of container. How Australian! All was well. Log was a smidge mouldy, but you'd expect that being from 2005! I have included a few pics of my travels today. Cheers paddyk!

Khaki sleeve is no longer around it. Nice hide but very prickly going through

Loved our yomp down the track to this awesome cache. Love finding a big one in the bush!
A beautiful way to start the weekend. Thanks for bringing us here and for the cache
Not the cache we planned for today, but a wrong turn somewhere led us here. So much fun with a stroller and 3 small kids hint made it easier to find, log signed and cache replaced as found. Now for the trek back....
Fav for the view!

Ok so I had a bit of trouble here. Cause I’m dumb and didn’t see the GIANT dead tree. Then when I did find it I stupidly assumed there would be a pencil inside. This started off as a casual trek and now I’m soaking wet I’ll be back now I know where it is. To sign!

Nice hike through the bush. Nice spot for some lunch lol. Dropped up a tb and picked up a tb.
Nice hike to GZ with some spectacular views along the way and then used the hint to make a simple find. TFTC paddyk.
Great cache, amazing views. Definitely very water logged but still a good find.
Log book needs replacing (water managed to get into the zip lock bag). The khaki sleeve also seems to have disintegrated.
Otherwise, nice location and hiding spot TFTC

Out today in the hills to get the kids out of the house and find some geocaches!
It began to rain heavily as we walked to this geocache but we had our raincoats so we didn't get too wet. This was a cool and easy hide in a cool hiding nook.
Thanks!

found with simonbryant. both our phones died but we remembered it was in a grass tree next to a dead tree so we just got lucky ahah, thanks for the cache, loved the camo
What an AWESOME cache! Loved the hunt and it was a really exciting find. Thanks for the cache in this beautiful landscape! Camo isn’t what I thought it would be and it’s the first I’ve come across that kind. Well done.
First cache in a long time. Easy find once we found the small track to it. Beautiful hiking country, developed an interest while hiking in Canada.
Found the little red esky sans camo pretty quickly. Log book has been soaked at some point so gave it a new bag. Replaced the camo and returned to it's spot. TFTC
Was in the area & noticed this paddyk over in the distance... It was perfect weather for a walk so could not pass up the opportunity to find this one After the lovely walk through the wildflowers, I was soon at GZ where the prize was quickly found!
TFTC paddyk Great cache & the smoke haze even started to clear giving a great view of the city!
Took: CITO trackable

Had some trouble locating where to attack this cache from. Not being familiar with the area, it seems there is more than one parking are to hike to the falls from. Thus the directions in the Cache description was making no sense at all to us. Finally located the correct side of the park to enter from and bingo. A bit of a bush walk for the final push and there we were. What views! And the falls flowing as well! Took TB to move along. Dropped a souvenir from our homeland. SL. Thanks for bringing us to this great location. TFTC
Note TB A Robot View For My Son was not found in the cache today. Hopefully it will turn up soon!
