Nothing to indicate where a cache could be hidden. The tree has been lopped.
Hmmm...It was still in my GPS and I had no idea it was archived. Apart from being buried under a mountain of autumn leaves, the cache is still just fine. I saw no evidence of toilet use, but as I say, the cache was hard to find. The log book is also full, but if that is replaced I see no reason it shouldn't be reinstated.
Well it wasn't quite a DNF!
Normally I'm quite happy to follow the 'cache in trash out' philiosophy but, the cache site has been used as a public toilet.
Didn't really feel like picking up that sort of rubbish and didn't really want to dig through the mess left behind looking for the cache.

micheena - as I am logging this late, I have noticed owner knows maintenance is needed, and a new log book.
Found after a short search, took ball, left Dinosaur. Log is full. Must have just beaten Calroth to it that day
Our ninth find for the day. A straightforward drive-up-and-find, no muggles today to complicate matters. Took a dinosaur - left a platypus (we think - there were a lot of caches today). No travel bugs in this cache despite what is advertised - it's gone missing. TFTC
Just had to wait a few minutes for a muggle to move on and the it was an easy find. Signed the log. TFTH
A search by all with the find going to geoD. We used this stop to decide on where we would stay for the night in Launceston. Only three days left on the Troublesome Tassie Tour

Needs a new log, it's full, and bag as the bottom has fallen out.

#693 @ 4.10pm on our Tassie Caching Adventure with DazzPete. We seemed to have had a "robtas" day today. Another great little pit stop on our way through to Launceston where GeoD came up with the find. Passed an interesting pink pub along the way.

no luck unfortunately for this one, found half a pen on the ground but no sign of cache. will check again later
last of the trip with fisherman777 and our trip to tassie. SL TNLN TFTH lots of mud here today!!!!!
It was pleasant getting off the main highway and taking the old road. The only thing I didn't enjoy was nearly poking my eye out as I bent down to look for the cache. Thanks for the diversion.

First cache of the day found at 0901hrs. Just replaced it and feeling good about the find when up come two toal strangers saying "You have to be geocachers!!" What do you mean says I. To cut a long story short, I was fortunate enough, I think, to meet Neribill. Had an enjoyable talk and then went on to do the virtual with them just along the road. TFTC and cheers OldSaint.
Wrote the date 25th May on the log in error. Time is getting away from us.....It certainly is a 'poplar' area with lots of fallen leaves, and because of that we really needed the clue. Took a fish & left a soldier. TFTC
found on mother's day by junior cacher who swooped quickly before the rest of us could. More on his level I guess. Nice little spot.
this is my favourite time of year... the autumn leaves were falling and the cache was about ten feet (slight exaggeration!) under them!!! but a fun time was had locating it..... grabbed TB
cheers 4 da cache robtas!

#1 find for the day heading towards Stanley where we are spending the night. Dropped a bug from the USA. TFTC!!
Found after poking around with a stick. Cheers from Team Bearsley! Logged by Anna.
8th cache of the 7th day of our 35 day trip to Tasmania and the Mega Event, and 92nd for the trip so far. Found at 1130. Mrs Bundy gets the kudos for this one, she had pounced, signed, and replaced before I even got started. But, I got my own back. She wondered what all the green balls were hanging from the apple tree.
Cheers

Had been past this little park many times but never stopped before. Quick find. TFTC
Great find - think I'm getting the hang of finding these things. Can see it becoming very addictive. And the dog is loving the adventures too.
Another easy find (well for Mrs WaterRat it was), even tho the GPS was hedging its bets on exactly where GZ was. Didnt see 007 travelbug in the cache, but wasnt aware it was there either - maybe I just need a new set of eyes. TFTC TNLN Cheers
1st Tasmanian find. Over from Canberra for a 10 break and hope to find a few more.
Found this one nice and quick........and what a cool area. Left TB and TFTC.

With the GPSr in hand I determined exactly where the cache should be. I looked and could not find it, so I began looking elsewhere nearby. The mini helper, however, got out of the car and went straight to the cache. How does he do that?

Well this was my third go at this one and I still didnt get my hands on it but Gu grabbed it in no time! Thanks TSLSSL
Easy find, no one around. The cache needs upgrading. No geocaching info and log needs replacing. TFTC

I like this little town. Never thought much of the colour of that pub, but it's a nice area. It's a shame it's now bypassed by most traffic, though it does make driving from north to south a fair bit easier. On the cache, it was a nice quick find. The log is chockers, so needs replacing.
11:18 Found on our Touring Tassie and Beyond 2009 Trip!
A really quick stop and find, just in time before some muggles arrvied.

Certainly is a bypassed town, and we think in the "old" days it would have been quite a little place with the tavern etc...but it is certainly close enough to Westbury to be worth a visit. Make sure you stop at the Westbury maze, its great, have a ploughmans and some scones and get lost for a half hour...maze is not as easy as you think, we didn't need to be rescued, taking your GPS is definitely cheating...but it wouldn't help you anyway!!n TFTC. Stopped here to eat my delicacies from Andy's Bakehouse - man I love that place! - before I checked the phone to find there was a cache about 5 m from where I parked my car LOL. TFTC.
Nice spot, though it wasn't so nice with the van, took yet another 3 point turn to get out - thanks heaps
Found this one pretty easy, cache is missing some pretty beads (flew everwhere when the top was taken off!)

Popular is right. There was a couple of young muggles parking, we had to out park them in order to look for the cache.
A quick detour and a quick find... but even our Short Legs aren't THAT short!

Thanks Robtas for giving us an excuse to divert off the highway here and explore the bypassed town. The site must be glorious in summer and autumn with the long avenue of popular trees but on this cold winters day all that was around were the bare branches and piles of leaves. We loved the colour of the pub diagonally across the road, ReadyMix Concrete painting contractors must have done the job.
The CEyres vow to take advantage of the barbecue in the the shed now that we know it is there.

Found while on a caching holiday to the Apple Isle. Found in the company of Mr Coffee and Team Crackers. TFTC
When we pulled up here with micaparamedic and Mr Coffee there was a lone muggle pulling his bike to bits to fit it into his car. Our vehicles were parked so he couldn't see us. Mr Coffee and micaparamedic snuck off while we created a diversion and kept an eye on the muggle. They soon had the cache in hand and we all signed the log. The cache was returned just as the muggle departed

Found by Mary & David at 1845. A few possible hiding spots. Found by Spruce Mooses on the third pass. The rest of us were fooled by the camo. Lovely golden tints appearing. Our thanks to robtas for contributing to a scenic and successful day.
The boys searched and search for this one and it payed off. Finally found in a nice little park. Thanks for the cache.
The seed for this "FEB 08 NUMBERS RUN" germinated during our South Coast Chaos walk and now we have done it.
Finished work as early as possible, not early enough, on Friday and set of for Somerset. Managed about two hours sleep/rest and started 00:00 and finished at 23:54 today.
We had relaxed breaks for breakfast, lunch and dinner and achieved our goal with only nine DNFs, no injuries and were still smiling at the end.
Thankyou for this cache robtas

This one has been bugging me during my 2 week stay with the outlaws in Westbury. My hosts keep driving past the turnoff and say "there's nothing to see there"!
Without them today, so here I am.
Located at 1700. No muggles today.

Took a bit of a hunt for the cache - wasn't where we expected it too be. We were travelling the quieter roads through all these little towns as we find that alot more interesting than just zipping along on the boring main highway. We took 2 badges and left a badge and a fridge magnet. Yet more badges for MadMOO to add to her hat collection. Thanks for the quick break from travelling in the motor home.
Found with GeoStrom:
