I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi DobbeeThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Feel that our tracking skills arent bad, its just not there. Plz check up on it! No one has found it in ages, and even after help from our friend tewalker we still couldnt find it. tewalker had found it previously!
As per previous. Located where it should have been, but no cache to be found.
Had a decent look well above the 1.5 terrain rating to make sure its not misplaced, nothing appearing to match the hint and description. Smell of roadkill definitely sped up the search a bit. DnF today
In Tauranga for a weekend away - Well technically we have started our journey home. We somehow found ourselves staying in a BookABach nearby. Lovely location. Morning drive around Te Puna exploring. Stopped here to enoy the view and hopefully find a cache. Had a good search, wading through the water, scrambling up the rocks and diving into the bamboo but no cache........
Pretty sure I found the exact spot of where it was hidden, rock best and all, however no luck.
In the area today nice quick fineNo muggles yetStill nice and dry hint was spot on thanks
Was worried this would be a DNF given the previous logs, but followed instructions and found without too much difficulty! Thanks for the robust cache that is still nice and dry despite being unfound for 10 months!
Very much off the beaten track. Bit of a tricky one to find, but good to see that the cache has stood the test of time, having not been found for almost a year! Found with emma___dalton and charlie_dalton
Will come back to this one another . Overgrown with flowering plant which is covered in wasps. Not sure on my GPS to be trusted.
Mnot a find for me today. Overgrown bush in flower and loads of wasps over it. Will come back another time
It's always great to find these older caches that have withstood the test of time.
No muggles about today, so I didn't have to worry about drawing attention to myself.
Thanks for setting this up all those years ago

We found it! It was a little bit tricky getting a 3 year old around there but not impossible
We had a picnic lunch in this beautiful park, before heading out to the various waypoints on the adventure lab. The tide was out so we did not get our feet as we made our way to gz and soon spotted the cache. TFTC
A nice quick find thanks. All quiet in the middle of a work day!
Ms_KR and I are off on a wee tour of the North Island. The weather was mostly dry today, a bonus. We cruised around Tauranga and headed north to Wihi Beach.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Return today at low tide. Def easier to search further round. GPS threw us off a bit.
I think I found where its meant to based on the description and others comments but it's not there. May have been removed or taken.
Came at high tide so quite a scramble along the land edge for the kids but we found it!
Came at high tide, inaccessible so we had wait for the perfect tide. 4yo WellerFeller found it first, cache is looking quite damp and may need some maintenance please. Thanks very much for the cache!
The tide was on my side! Also reading previous logs... Is a trick!
Dropped TB off TB.

Love coming down here, especially when it's quiet and you can spot fish around. Still accessible with the growth of plants but had to scramble over rocks and branches.
We are on our summer holiday, we usually take a few weeks and travel around the South Island, but this year we are heading around the North Island. Heading up the West coast and back down the East coast. Finding only a select few caches along the way, we are mostly targeting some challenges we have qualified for, some large size caches, some that fill gaps in our date placed grid, a few D/T combinations, some with lots of favourite points, letterboxes and anything else that grabs our fancy.
I had a fall on day two of our holiday, while out geocaching which has resulted in a fractured bone in my leg and I am in a moon boot and with crutches and I was told to keep weight off my leg. So I am only limited use when it comes to our trip now. I tend to stay in the campervan and just hand out suggestions of when and where GK should search.
We chatted to a couple who were fishing nearby, no action while we were there but hopefully they will catch a feed for dinner.
The cache was a nice easy find, luckily the tide was low enough to get it while keeping his feet dry.
Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley.

Oops! Almost came a cropper in the mud! another area that needs map updates. Will get onto soon.
Taybeedragon and I went on a tour of the Coromandel - one of the few places of New Zealand, especially of Te ika a Maui, that I have yet to explore throughly, and from there along the coast to Opotiki to see one of my many, many sisters. From 18 December to 5 January we found over 400 caches, including 12 adventure labs (60 caches), 20 or so TMGTs and a host of virtuals and earthcaches. And I hosted an event to see the sun come up on New Year's day - surprisingly popular given that it was at 5am. We climbed a lot of hills, saw some amazing beaches that were quite popular despite (or because of) the insane access to them, walk a lot of bush, entered and explored 8 gold mines and generally had an awesome time. However I am glad to be back, but now is the hard part, and I fear it will take just as long - logging!

Came to check out Kotukus Nest. Left our calling card here. Cheers.
Day 13 - Wednesday 30 December - Waihi - Athenree - Tauranga. Moving south again. Lets Go!
The Seagnoid, Zara, Toby and I are off on another geocaching escape over Xmas, this time to the mighty Coromandel, then over to Opotiki and stop off at Rotorua to return home on 5 January. Had an fabulous time exploring many wonders of our country. Rounding up over 400 caches along the way, with a few LABS, 20 odd TMGTs, virtuals and lots of interesting earth caches to keep the mind busy. Watching the sun come up on New Years Day at Mt Maunganui was spectacular. Lots of walking and even more driving. But had an awesome time. Thanks to all COs who made this adventure so special.

It is here. Doing a the walk from Cooneys Reserve to the loop round Huhurua Park. Such a beautiful day for it and awesome track. Work out where I needed to go and cache was found. Tftc
Great little spot for a geocache. Out for a Sunday drive and picked this cache up along the way. TFTC
Sent our explorer for this one.
All well, even after a very high tide this morning.

Our last of the day as we were out geocaching with friends. After we have picnicked on the grass nearby the kids went hunting and and soon came up with the goods. TB dropped. A gorgeous spot we did not know existed. TFTC
Had to dodge a muggle enjoying the view. With some friends who dropped off a trackable in this beautiful spot.
Found it up high nice and dry. Rock seat to sit on beside it even. Found trackable CB5AMO
Switzerland key ring from Pakasch who enjoyed his stay in NZ so much. Moving to new cache in Southern Hemisphere.

Had been out to Omokoroa finding a few caches, so thought we'd take a detour on way home. ME sat in the car while I scrambled over the rocks and under the branches. I searched and was feeling a bit despondent but as I turned back I spotted it.
Cheers

Great day out around Tauranga/The Mount, seeing where caching takes us. The weather was really changeable, so we equipped ourselves with suitable layers and a sense of humour, sufficient supplies of food and water, and geocaches loaded onto the GPS. We found some really cool caches between the patches of rain. There was a wedding when we came past first, so we had to return a bit later. Great spot, although I am not sure of the terrain rating! TFTC!!
It was a bit slippery on the rocks today and the tide was coming in so time was of the essence.
After a bit of scrambling (and one slip) we were pleased to find the cache.
Nice spot. Thanks Dobbee.

Tftc, found it there was travel bug but didn't take it still safe and secure remember the pandas
This was a fun spot. Mrs. Llama and I had a nice rest here and looked out over the harbor and even into the mud where there were some tiny fish and anemone. Great spot and greetings from Utah, USA and South Korea. 캐시 설치해주셔서 감사합니다.
A beautiful day today and a spare 20 mins before work to grab this cache. It was a bit of a mission scrambling around to get this, and the cache was a bit exposed so it was a quick find once I got round. Tried to hide it a bit more. Thanks for the cache
Way too many active bees at GZ so could not have a decent look without the risk of being stung.
I like that his one and I love this area. Had a picnic in the park before finding. This won't be going anywhere. TFTC
Came to the estuary for a bit of a fish and managed to find this cache which had eluded us once before, despite the rain. Fun times!
Took a while with this one. Once we realized it wasn't high tide it was a quick find
After a hint from a previous finder, I came back at the end of a long day's caching and grabbed this. It was hidden, of course, in the one place I hadn't looked. TFTC.
