These are usually my nightmare finds but I was very lucky to get my hands on it quite quickly, even with the wet grass around. TFTC
A bit tricky, but found quite quickly. Thank you for the cache, JenneG and Budgy.Nth Nowra NSW
checked cache and its in perfect condition just where i left it all those years ago
Spent too long looking literally everywhere. No luck again for us today even with a paf
Second time I have looked, and looked with WW today.
Even tried a paf, but turned up nothing.

I hate these type of caches. Not much chance for me aftrr dark but searched every inch of it and went right around twice before giving up. Definitely a very tough cache which will remain unfound for me.
I dread finding these Caches. Old machinery are the hardest to find Caches on. Luckily this was not to hard. Double check everything. Cheers and Tftc.
We approached GZ wandering how long this may take. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to find it after a few minutes. TFTC and the challenge, Scenic routers.
Lovely old tractor. The gears still work (you can move the lever) and you can present to crank it. May need an oil change.
Woohoo, a Jasmer challenge cache for me. And what an interesting piece this was. Scoured through it but to no avail this time around. Hopefully the cache is there for others to find.
Thanks for an interesting stop, Scenic routers!

We have travelled from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to Bathurst for a 9 day holiday, camping in our Jayco Swan Outback Camper Trailer at the Bathurst NRMA Big4 Caravan Park, and plan to collect some caches & Adventure Labs in the Bathurst and surrounding areas.
Today we went for a drive up to Abercrombie, completing the cache trail along the Macquarie River walking path, then back down to Bathurst town centre via West Bathurst, collecting caches along the way. We ended the day with a few caches at Macquarie Vale. This was the 28th of 30 finds for the day (day 6), and 118th find of the holiday.
Took a while but eventually located the hide and had CIH, and it was actually bigger than expected! TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. It's nice to see old farm machinery in the landscape. TFTC Scenic Routers.

I hate machinery. So many hiding good spots. Frustration builds, patients evaporates & defeat too often results.
But not today. There is a god.

On my way home from a weekend in and around Bathurst. So many caches collected.
This last part I was travelling with Joolay, Kittykatch and Barb2E. Caches either signed Onieferret or OnieF.
Thank you

TFTC Thank you for hiding this cache. You have shown us a new place and have helped make geocaching an enjoyable activity.
Persistence pays off! I've been out a few times now during the day and have not been able to lay my eyes on it. My hands yes, but my froggie eyes aren't very good in the day. At 10pm tonight after work I decided to take a torch out and within minutes I spotted the sneaky culprit! After about 2 months of driving past it I can finally put a smile on my face TFTC
This is about the 3rd time I've been out here. I know it is here, I just can't put my finger on it.... I'll be back...
Caching with Key_Tat and Viper_101 around Bathurst... in town for the winter festival and visiting family, grabbing some caches on a very cold and snowy day. #1500 for us, thanks for a great cache...TFTC
Caching with Tatt2squared and Key_Tat... caching around the Bathurst area while visiting our Grandparents. TFTC.

Out with RoddyC while in Bathurst house sitting.
Thought we had better cache today while here.
Quick easy find.

Hatzofff and I are in Bathurst for a few weeks house sitting, and of course have time for lots of caching.
Nice one. Love old tractors.

Oh, no, not another tractor; I know how annoying they can be. Then, wonder of wonders, the second place I tried and there it was! A very happy ending and thanks for the history in the area.
What a great piece of old farm equipment.
Not so great when the owners turn up and ask what you are doing. "Just admiring it and taking a few photos". After a bit of a chat, they get back into their car and drive up the driveway to the top of the hill. Then it was back to the search.
Found with a little help. Thanks Scenic routers for placing this cache here for me to find.

Tftc. Very quick find surprisingly considering we were expecting to be searching for a button cache.
We have left the Morisset Geo Muster where we spent Easter and are now travelling South in our interim caravan.
At the moment we are camped near Lithgow at a lovely free camp at Lake Wallace. Today we headed to Bathurst for the day, travelling via the backroads.
A quick find on the old girl on our way home.

I walked up to the structure thinking 'crap I hate these' , so not the best attitude to making a find and no I didn't find it. partly because the owner of the driveway/property/fordson stopped and got out to talk to me. of course I engaged him in conversation not relating to geocaching, he said others had been hanging around and taking things from the fordson. i'm not so sure about that but he also let me know it had been there for 25 yrs, I decided i'd been muggled out and back to the car I went. we wished each other a nice day and away we went in opposite directions. i'll be back for another go some time
This tricky little customer kept us busy for far longer than it should have, but we got it eventually. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Day 2 of our trip away. Stayed in oberon last night and thought we would head out here to collect a few extra smiley faces. Thankyou for the cache .
Heading to Bathurst for a SES Competition over the weekend, took the opportunity to add some smilies along the way. As I pulled along GZ, feared this one would produce too many options for a quick search implied by the D/T, but soon has duties completed and back on the road with time for one more before checking into my accommodation.
Visiting Bathurst only to end up with the usual DNFs. Finds for me here are few and far between. Maybe next time.
A wonderful piece of old machinery and just loved pawing all over it. Although a sneaky hide it was easy meat for acashman once in the driving seat. TFTC.
Wilbert67 and us have been planning an over night trip to Bathurst and pre solved many puzzles in preparation, we also picked up quite a few others along the way. We left early in the morning and we were hoping for better weather in light of all the rain we been having and good weather we had. We had an enjoyable day with only 4 DNF out of approximately 43. A big thanks to all the CO for making our trip enjoyable. TFTC.
This was thankfully a very quick find after walking through the long very wet grass. The machinery looked to have a lot of hiding places but starting with the obvious places first paid off. TFTC.
Four years ago two of us couldn't find it, today with the help of a local paf it was a fairly easy find.
If it could only talk the stories it could tell.Found with sloany14.very tricky TFTC
A good day caching mostly found by Mrs frebob. Cannot believe no points for this cache, so I must give it its first point
Catching up on all my DNF's - sorry for the late log - cache was too good for me
Darkness was closing in, but with a inherent fear of Machinery we approached..............and found fordson! .........but not the cache itself!
Will be back!
Will be back!
Got a little bit of a hint for this, but I can't believe we didn't find it last time. TFTC Scenic routers.
micheena - sorry no luck for us. Bathurst caches seem to be this way. spent to much time travelling around for DNFs.
On my way from Dubbo to Goulburn via Oberon. Found the GZ, a cool place for a cache. Couldn't find the cache
# 2548. Spending the day caching around Bathurst with Robmc and what a frustrating day it turned out to be. I have decided I am definitely a rural cacher and not an urban cacher. Too many DNF's, too many caches needing owner maintenance and too many muggles.
This was our first find for the day. We went "oh no, not another hide on one of these". We certainly couldn't see it and I was very happy to see Rob produce it from somewhere. One smilie to start the day. TFTC

A lazy day around Bathurst with Bettyboo3747
It is fun to search an object not all welded shut in a park. Lots of little compartments to check out.
I think we were on our second loop before we found the container.
Thanks, Robmc.

FINALLY! After a poor start to the day we've found one! I've looked for this one twice previously and couldn't find it. Very clever hide. Hardly distinguishible from its surroundings.
Just arrived and started to look when the owners wife came by, we didn't tell her what we were doing but she said lots of people are stopping to take photos, and also trying to get parts off the tractor. We assured her we were just looking, so she left us to it but we couldnt find the cache.
Finally found this and now can't think why we didn't last time. Our pen was not happy about writing, so we are the scratchy bit.
A bit late logging - sorry. We chose this for the 20th and were so lucky to find it. A great hide. TFTC
Had time for one more cache today. Drove up to gz and had an idea of what sort of cache this one would be............Nope not what I thought would be on this machine. TFTC
