As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Sadly this is missing again. Will take off line until i can place another cache, but this time will try to find a slightly different hiding spot.
After an extensive search, nothing was found. Regardless, we have been having fun today. Perfect weather to be outside, I wish I had shorts on (strange for the middle of winter!)
Met a friend in the car park and explained what Geocaching was all about, so the visit wasn't totally wasted!

This one had gone missing. Replaced it with a smaller and slightly less interesting cache for now. It may have fallen out from its hiding place, because it was hard enough to find when looking for it, let alone by accident.
Visited twice - evening of 11/7/06 (dark and rainy) - put lack of find down to weather.
Revisited again 12/7/06 - eventually had to leave as single male lurking near playground doesn't look good to muggles.

A quick find in the dark, the kids were too busy playing, so us older one's had to find it.
Thanks Mr Walker

10:25 pm Out looking for caches after a wonderful dinner with the Cache teams in Lincoln. Just as my head lamp shined on the cache, my sister from The Suthies, called out "I found it". So this was her first find at home.

No muggles in residence when I arrived. Trains are wonderful cache locations. You can put on your train geek hat and get away with anything. Nobody cares that you crawl under it and poke around. Love your work.
Actually I thought it was a sand box.

What is it with kids and playgrounds??? How come they always are found at the same spot???
Had to come back because first visit some little ones were having some play time in the area.
Iw was harder to get the container out from its location than it was to find it (and that was hard) Very ordinary as train engines go… but any train engine is better than no train engine at all especially when you’re a big kid yourself.
Thanks for the challenge!

Checked this today and cache is still safely tucked away where I placed it. I must admit you can't actually see it unless very small, but it is easily located by touch.
With about 10 people in tow to introduce them to the hobby we failed to find this. Given the number of logs to other caches in the area and nothing on this since September I suspect there may have been quite a few unlogged no finds. But we searched all around and had no luck, with the hint not helping. A lot of work has been done recently to the carpark fence, not sure if this may be relevant. If it comes back will try again on another visit, maybe for the folk festival in October. Cheers.
Had to contend with muggles, and inquisitive ones at that, whilst doing this one.
One young one wandered over and was standing in front of me asking me what i was doing. His mum told him that i was there fixing the thing.

We had fun looking for this one. We climbed all over it, but me being a rail buff had a good look and found it. I left a note in the book. It was raining at the time, but it was still fun. Thank you, from the Rail Buffs.
Had some trouble first up due to the wrong coordinates fed into the gps which led us to a swarm of bees we re grouped put the right coordinates in and found it no worries. No swaps thanks for the cache
Team effort, went with Rail Buffs and also some people interested in caching. Threw swabs out (thought really weird for a family themed cache)
Took hair clips
left toy bear with camera and keyring

Had to have a couple of goes at this one as the first time while looking 2 ankle biters were dropped off to play, so went off to find the Tree-house cache and then came back for this one. Took a car and left a car. TFTC

Took a quick detour on the way to a friends place to find this one.
