This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) within the next 45 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication.

We looked for this cache today while travelling through with ilook4geo. There was no great views today due to the quite heavy smoke haze from the fires. The air smelled with all the smoke too. The cache was easily found and all was in good order. The hint made the find much easier. Thanks go to The Sundowners for placing and maintaining this cache for all to enjoy.
We had a great view of smoke today as we travelled along with goingplaces2. The bushfires have affected so much of the state. But we still found some caches and this was one of them. Log was signed, job done! TFTC.
Thanks for quick easy find will need new log soon not much room left found with Lonely RA at morning tea
A quick park and grab as we detoured around the festival on Main Street.

After camping here for the night it was time to move on but before we left we just had to find this cache. Thanks
A beautifully well kept railway station and garden. Enjoyed our first visit to RV friendly Grenfell. The amazing new silo art is drawing travellers in in a BIG way. [^] TFTC The Sundowners.
Stopping for the night, quick find. Signed log and replaced. Thanks to The Sundowners.
TFTC,

With a day free I decided to go for a drive to Grenfell and clean it out. This didn’t end up happening as some caches I couldn’t find and some are missing (according to past logs). About ½ of the caches I found today are in need of some urgent TLC. The list of issues includes: cracked containers, waterlogged/full logbooks, missing parts of field puzzles, incorrect coordinates and completely missing containers. I did try my best to help CO’s with these problems as much as possible but unfortunately, I didn’t have enough supplies with me for all of them. I hope the CO’s will continue maintaining these great hides, to stay alive for others to find in the future. Today was a great day full of creative hides, great locations, fun hikes and lots of laughs. TB visit on all found caches today and on some of the smaller log books/sheets I signed as 13/9 JM. Even though I was upset with the state of some of the caches around, I still would like to say thank you to all the CO’s for taking the time to place the caches I found and the fun I had while finding them today. Sorry about the generic logs. Only the more interesting hides and DNF’s will get an extended logs due to the amount of caches I found today.
Nice hide in a nice area. We had visited here before but obviously hadn't found the cache. Good to be back in this nice town.
the local Lions Club has done a great job here of restoring the station and providing facilities to us all. I was very pleased to see SOAP in the toilets so I could wash my hands properly before lunch rather than relying on antibacterial gel. it no doubt gets rid of the germs but it tends to either leave or attract the dirt. my picnic kit was a tad lacking today with no knife - luckily I had a leatherman geocoin which worked a treat to open my cup a soup and slice my tomato. happy days. oh yes then I found the cache....thanks for placing it here abouts The Sundowners
Not the container I was looking for. A bit more searching then I assumed as well. But a fun find!! Thanks
I was thinking this would be a different type of container, but not so. Found quite easily. TFTC
Narrandera - Grenfell
We stopped on the roads where suitable to pull over with a caravan on, to find a cache.
We have now set up camp at the old railway station. After a lunch break we did a tiki tour of the town, finding some very cleverly hidden caches in some great location. The town was very hot today.
Thanks for placing this cache The Sundowners

Each year I follow the Aust Solo Speedway Championships which are held over four meetings. This year those meetings are at Kurri Kurri nsw, Undera vic, Mildura vic, and Gillman sa.
It only seems sensible to do some geocaching along the way. It helps to break the driving and I get a lot of enjoyment from it.
Please excuse this generic log as there are too many to do them individually, but I certainly appreciate the dedicated work of all the COs in providing us with this great hobby.

Grenfell is growing on us - interesting locations, history everywhere and plenty of imaginative caches. TFTC.
Another cache within short walking distance from camp. Rewarded after a little bit of a hunt. Tftc.
Sad to see the railway station closed. Lovely rest area. thanks for leading us here.
On our way to West Wyalong we stopped here and we walked to a right GZ and I found it. TFTC

As we were travelling in our van this one popped up with a "come & get me" flag attached. So we did, although we had no use for the facilities as it was a tad too early to consider stopping for the day. TFTC.
Took a little time to find. Visit to the town coincided with 150 year celebrations
Early morning find whilst having a look around town and the last of four found before heading to work. Certainly a well maintained area which does the town proud. Many thanks Sundowners
Found at 11:32 AM GAFF3.
We were camped just 35 metres away and so the next morning we headed over to find this cache and the GPSr took us to the corner of the toilet block - but nothing was there. We then headed over to the next most interesting structure and we looked at our GPSr and it said 12 metres . Found the cache and signed the log and then had another look at the GPSr and it said 4 metres and we thought - great we are going to be in another weird metal turning GPS region today [B)]
While we were here there were 2 muggles who drove up with their bazooka cameras and took photos of the station - must be an icon of the area.
Thanks The Sundowners.

#4494 - 15:30; I was in Grenfell with the geohoney and her muggle friend during the Henry Lawson Festival. That wasn't the reason we were here, just decided to come for a drive on a beautiful day as the geohoney wanted to check out a retail emporium she'd heard of recently. After lunch, I took the chance to do a spot of caching while they did the retail therapy. I love shopping . I headed out of town, managing to select the correct roads as I went to clear a few around the perimeter. I was on my way back to collect the girls and realised I was almost driving past this one, so I stopped off on the way. I parked the geomobile close to GZ and made my way over to the obvious spot, but a spot of cache blindness saw me make this a longer hunt than need be. A recheck saw me make the find back in the first place I'd looked (but obviously not hard enough ). Once the log was signed and th4r cache replaced, it was time to head for Cowra then home. TFTC The Sundowners
I found this cache as a joint part of “Team” Throsbyonchurch and in which name the log book was signed. I now have my own account as I’m old enough to cache myself, so I am claiming a fair share of my earlier finds. As I had no caching name at the time there's no log in the book for me but I’m claiming the find under team ToC. Thank you for the hide.

On geocaching holiday and staying in Grenfell for a couple of days. Decided to do a number of caches around the town. Arrived at GZ and cache soon found. TFTC
After several visits to this cache since 2013 it was great to finally locate it today - can't rush these things! TFTC.
Got it! Second attempt today while staying at van Friendly park. Our 12th find for the day. Good on Grenfell for so many great caches. Tftc
Took forever! Or so it seemed, but although we looked everywhere in the end it was the fingers that found it. Thanks to The Sundowners for an interesting search and for their cache.
I must have looked at it several times but could not see it. In the end it was one last feel and it fell out. Clever hide for the location. Thanks.
Our only free day for quite some time so we decided to head out on a geomission around the area. We have had a couple of mini tours lately, but today we went all out to Cowra and Grenfell to see how many we could find. Rapidlywild came along for the drive to fill her gaps where she has previously posted DNF's. The weather was lovely and the drive was picturesque, thank you to all the cache owners for bringing us to this lovely part of Australia.
The log in this one was very damp, but we managed to get our stamp onto the log.

Plans were made with Tanso for a day trip round Cowra and Grenfell. We started the day off with the WWFM event and then it was on the road for us
Very enjoyable day out in the smaller towns. Undortunately we did have a number of DNF's however these things happen and it just gives us more reasons to return We arrived in Cowra about 2pm and I got back to Canberra just on 2am. Was a range of finds and some very good ones too ! We finished the trip driving through Young when we spotted a "bomfire" which turned out to be a vehicle on fire. We pulled up and called 000 immediately to get the firies out. Always fun and games on road trips [:p]
Thanks The Sundowners for placing these caches, lovely area especially on a day like today.
