I have taken this cache home. When I arrived the original hiding spot of the cache was exposed and I feared the worst. As a bit of hope I walked around to see if it had been moved and to my surprise I found it about 5-10m from the original spot....so whoever did that for me many thanks! This cache has good quality items in it for dog lovers and represents some $$$$...too much to fall into the hands of muggles.
The area is also suffering a little in terms of degradation...so I see it to be a responsible thing to move it on.
I will seek a new location soon.

My First Cache! Couldn't resist this one as its so close to my house and the dog and I go through there all the time.
I did notice however that there is a bit of water damage to the label inside the lid, and the logbook ,might need a bag to protect it.
Cheers!

Twenty-first of twenty-one finds for my first afternoon/evening in Perth. Despite the late hour, I couldn't resist just one more cache for the night, this one being so close to "Rocky & Bullwinkle". I found it at 2350 after a short search. I had nothing doggy with me (I'm not a big fan of dogs, actually), so I made no exchange. Thanks to BibraBoys for the cache.
Found this one wif Elmo to retrieve Joss Wish I'd had my doggie Gryphon with me for this one. Might drop by another time and log him in
I got sunburnt on the walk to this cache (after not heeding Tenille's warning to put on sunscreen!).
T: TB Joss's Adventures
L: N (didn't have any doggie stuff in my bag!)

Dropped by to bag the cache for Marie (TRD) and to grab Joss as she has sat in the cache for a bit longer than I had hoped - she will get a trip northwards with TRD.
Took me longer to find second time round - gps had a mind of its own - the cache seems quite exposed and the lid is starting to warp slightly in the sun, so it may be worth moving to a slightly less exposed spot for summer:)

Went back to the suggested entry point to access the cache. We're still not convinced the cache isn't in a rehab area but if they really didn't want people in there they'd block the open gate, one would presume [xx(]
Finding the cache was easy ... but retrieving it and logging it with the constant traffic on the nearby bike path will keep you on your toes.
Thanx for the hunt BibraBoys
Exellent contents in the cache.

I will investigate the area next week. We do recommend you enter this area via the gate at the eastern end of this bush area (near the open space) rather than attack it via the road or bike path.
Note sure if the conditions around this cache have changed since it's inseption but there is now a 1.5 meter high fence blocking you from GZ and to go around the fence line your confronted with rehabilitation signs ... can we suggest you move it to the north a little so it's outside the rehab area?
Found this one as we were in the area. My dog passed on a few years back so I dropped in to pay my respects TNLN thanks for the hunt
Came to about 15 mtrs of the container but could not cross the fence, I stoped and read the cache page again and realised that I did not have a dog with me so I left, I will have to borrow one and come back

Have been planning to do this one for a while - when i saw it I thought it was a great idea - especially since tara goes on a lot of my cache hunts with me:)
Took dad and Tara for a bit of a walk to find this one, tara wasn't interested in drinking any water, but she made her very sloppy mark in the book (hairy feet...) and opted for the squeeky bone. I left a travel bowl in it's place.
The other reason i was keen to visit this cache was to drop off Joss. Given her very doggy nature, i thought she'd feel RIGHT at home here:)

Thanks so much for your visit and picture of pooch. We love looking at the dogs that have visited so please continue to post pics and anedotes etc. Its in the spirit of the cache and it is what we want to see and hear.

Sooty has already been here once before with Gwiber. He has currently got infected earholes that will require is to squirt some stuff in his ears and also give him pills twice a day for two weeks. The first lot was this morning and the bloody carry-on from him gave us the idea to take everything and leave the dog. He would fit comfortably in the big box that stood out like the proverbial dog bits as we walked up.
In the end we decided to take the bloody dog back and leave nothing.
Thanks for the cache(Logging part of CoinQuest)

Awww poor sooty, if you want to hear a twang of the heartstrings take a look at his pic...he is sooooo sad.
Thanks Belken for the visit.

This cache was not quite what I expected. Not sure if I should be in that area. I got a couple of dark looks from the path. That doesn’t matter as our dog died 13 years ago. Woof. Mum’s dog was put down last week. Does that count?
Nice spot, easy find. The 'mungrels' left prints in the log.
Took: nothing Left: new pen for the log book

Honestly I thought I got out and saw alot of Perth, but obviously not enough as this was another place that we have never been to. Fantastic views of the city but the mozzies were hungry...so bring some Aeroguard and avagoodweegend.
We had one of the geodogs with us (the 15yr old Jack Russell stayed home today) but he wanted to log it as a find on his own...so we just used the doggie stamp provided, left some small toy balls (bought just prior at Dewsons specifically for this cache)TNSL.
Thanks for a great find, a very well put together cache there are some great little doggie goodies in there.

Woof Woof, thanks for this great find Bibra Boys...there was so much great stuff in this cache but I decided that I needed a new accessory.
Took the dog collar (with Spoilt tag on it) it might as well of had my name on it!! haha
Left a black and white squeaky toy bone.
Signed the log with my paw twice cos one was abit smudged. Being a regular geodog I thought this was a fantastic idea!!

I do own a dog but he is too unsociable for such a public area. He has a tendency to pick fights. I didn't have a spare pen to put in the cache so bring your own.

Took a cache run along the river. I don't have a dog unfortunately so couldn't get a dog signature. Had to use the ink pad and a key to write log as there wasn't a writing implement in the cache and this was one of the few times I wasn't carrying one with me.
TNLN Thanks for the cache.

15:00 I thought about dropping by BelKen's and borrowing Sooty, but then I've been called a mongrel often enough so it's my print in the logbook.[:o)]
Nil Swaps.
Had a spot way back when about 80m West of here where I/mates used to park amoungst the bush and have a few quieties. (see pic)

another find on the way home @1500 Cache was quite exposed so I tried to cover up a bit better. Don't have a dog so left my paw print Thanks TNLN
We found cache at about 12pm. 3rd Generation took her stuffed puppy that she sleeps with to sign the log. L stuffed toy bone. T stuffed toy dog. T4TFun.
Excellent pic 3 Generations! Always good to get the kids involved! I can see pretty girl and puppy will be the best of friends!
Bindi the Fox Terrier was annoyed that people were looking for this 'Dog theme' cache without bringing a dog! She said, it says here, 'The "dog log" requires your pooch to "sign in".' Try to explain things about human beings to a dog!
She insisted on searching for it and 'signing' the Dog Log!
Bindi always looks at the new caches coming up and when Barkers appeared she got even more excited than a Fox Terrier usually is. So off we went, she brought one of her stuffed toys, a cute little whale, to trade for another toy.
The picture shows her ready to go at the cache site, she knew where it was before we did.
When we found the cache, she was so excited she couldn't keep her little paw still so the print is a bit blurry. She also noted that hers was the first actual paw print in the log! She said, 'This makes it a FTF by a dog – ME!!'
Yes, I said, ok Bindi, take it easy, her eyes were big as saucers!
She put her toy in the cache and took another stuffed toy, which she played with forever in the back yard when we got back home. Those with terriers know the fascination they have with 'squeaky' toys. They bite it, it squeaks, they are entertained for hours! We thank you for the Dog cache, especially Bindi!

Well, who is a lucky girl? Thanks Bindi for your endeavours - you are such a clever dog.
You have been granted honour and prestige of the FDTF!
Hope you didn't leave any "Barker's Eggs" in all your excitement!

Found it late this afternoon. Was bit confused at the start as the GPSr was suggesting it was off the path in the conservation area and the cache page said to stick to the paths. Well it is off the paths, albeit a new "path" is being forged through the rehabitation area direct to the cache. Took Cache in Cache Out badge and left a Ericsson T18-GH788 phone case and a pen for the log. Cache is a bit full so lid is a bit hard to shut at present, otherwise it is in good nick, as one would expect for a new cache!
When I saw this new cache the other night was still unfound a strange compulsion overcame me to head out and try and find it in the middle of the night.
Needless to say my first attempt at night caching was not the success I'd hoped for.
I Arrived at GZ without any trouble and the area certainly looked promising. Aleady getting paranoid about the Police helicopter that had passed overhead with searchlight sweeping all before it and not wanting to attract the undue attention of the occupants of houses across the road I only used a mini LED torch (and sparingly at that) which despite the cache being a large one turned my search into a "needle in a haystack" task.
Not wanting to blunder about too much in this delicate nature reserve I set off for the long trip home questioning my sanity for heading out in the middle of the night, all alone and to a strange/unfamiliar place.
Sensibly returned in daylight today and was interested to see just how close I'd been on my previous visitation. Found cache this time without any problems.
I didn't have the dogs with me today but I did leave a photo of them both in the log.
Took: Stuffed dog toy and fold-away water bowl
Left: Geocaching.com keyring / Cache-In Trash-Out keyring / PaddyK Geocaching keyring. Hope to return another time and place something suitably more "doggy".
Picked Up: "Have Cache Will Travel" TB
Dropped Off: "RaffiBug I" and "Easter Bear East" TBs
Given the tail on "Easter Bear East" I think this cute little fella may in fact be a puppy dog and not a bear at all?

A nice and easy find. There were a lot of dogs at the training area nearby. Loved to watch them. Alas I do not have a dog at the moment and used to have a silk terrier. It was a pleasant to walk thru the bush along the track. Swapped TBs and stamped in the log book. Thanks for the spot that we have never been to the area before.
Loved the natureland by the water. Found it quickly. Alas I have no dog to bring to print the paw on the log book. Dropped TB Father of the Year and took TB The Dog. Thanks for the cache.
Woof! Woof! Grrrowl! Bark! (sniff, sniff, lick)
Or, in English:
Papa Bear headed in this direction after work, surprised that it hadn't yet been logged. Even though we're a cat household (minus one recently, sadly), the chance of walkies was still appreciated on a pleasant late afternoon.
Some flattened areas suggested that this wasn't the first visit to the site, but it was the first time that the cache had been found. Not having a canis familiaris at hand, pawprints and portrait of ursus marinarus were substituted instead, so I hope that's OK.
Thanks for being this man's best friend, BibraBoy! (Anyone who places a cache that we find is a friend; anyone who places a cache that we're _first_ to find is a best friend!)

WOW - its a national sport to be the first to find it seems..the ink was still wet on this one! Well done Papa_bear (down boy!)
Well, at least I still have one cache that has withstood the FTF tag after more than 4 weeks! (if you want it you need to travel 600km north of Perth!)
PS: Papa were we neighbours as suspected?

TB "The Dog" retrieved in Melbourne has been added to this cache - seems about the right spot to do it!
