Logs
The area has been logged (trees cut down). There is no likelihood that I will be able to restore this in the foreseeable future. So consigned the past.
This may be recoverable after the tree fellers finish and the area opens up for public access again
There is extensive tree cropping currently happening in this area. This may well bring about the archiving of this cache in the future.

Decided to go for a walk to get this before the Ladysmith forest/walking tracks are closed for harvesting (1st June to 30th August) just incase it affected this cache. Saw 9 bunnies on my walk thanks for the cache Onslow Fisherman
Went for a walk and put this one back. A great day to be walking along the new cycle/walk track.

This I intend replacing when I have recovered enough to walk to it. Unless some kind person contacts me and makes an offer to do it for me sooner.

A quick find for Alex on this one, the container was very wet so it was returned to the CO instead of signing log. Thanks OF, another great spot for a cache.
Some TLC needed.
I will get it up and running again soon.
Thanks Alex & Dean

Down in central Otago for a few days of mountainbike orienteering. Found this one whilst doing a warmdown ride after the event here. TFTC

Cycled past during today's MTB orienteering here so came for a wander afterwards. Easily found. TFTC.

Guwapo, Mama and Papa enjoyed the walk around the track. Mama did the honours at the GZ and then off to continue the walk. Salamat!
#9 today. We had a pleasant walk arouind the track to Bunny Cove. My husband, who NEVER goes geocaching found GZ before I did. TFTC
Not many safe places to swim near the Clutha! Kept looking at the bike tracks as we walked around the tailings- ideal place for biking.
Water was pretty high today, every time I get near the river I'm amazed at how fast it flows - wouldn't want to end up in there! Found this one while my daughter watched from the pram, no doubt wondering what on Earth her father was up to! Cheers.
found this one after competing in the national orienteering champs. A good run in and out. Though finding it took me a little bit longer than I expected.
Didn't realise there were two caches close by so came back today to find second one. Relatively quick find. TFTC
Found reasonably easily. Second walk in this area after not being able to find the final of Ladysmith Jubilee. Interesting.
we enjoyed the walk, could not be bothered writing the info for the one nearby!
Only saw a couple of bunnies on my way in, though saw three muggles and two K9s on my trip around visiting these two Ladies.
Cheers for the cache.

Co-ordinates spot on for us, fortunately, as the hint wouldn't have helped us. Really windy with pine cones falling!

GPS didn't like the trees, so it took some scouting around to find the cache.
