Okay, I havent had a good day today. The only cache I found was missing its contents. This cache needs some maintenance or archiving. <°))))>
Found on 26th Feb with Snow.Angel and Welcome Bay Cub Pack. I knew from previous posts that the cache was empty, but went ahead anyway. When the Cubs opened it and went, "There's nothing in there", it was a good chance to remind them how important it is to respect the caches...
As notes before mentioned, cache was empty. However on my afternoon out with the Welcome Bay Cub Pack, we found this and showed them what not to do while caching! Enjoyed the search nonetheless
found the container attached as hint suggests, but unfortunately was completely empty?? will return to this one day
Don't think it's here - boooooo. Last log said it needed maintenance, ??
We biked instead of walking, running or playing but we still found it quite quickly. This was our third find during our New Year's Day bike ride from the top of Johnson Reserve to the bottom, which was very enjoyable. (Note: the cache may need some attention - the log is a bit damp and is only a temporary scrap bit of paper; and the large container could easily fit some small treasures in it. There was also no sign of the two TBs that are recorded to this cache.) TFTC. #72
After reading the cache description we realised we were in the wrong place so carried on based on the hint. Found the cache no problems in the end. Nicely constructed and hidden. This listing seems more like an offset multi. TFTC!
Trip to the 'other side' of town for a bike ride with the girls and Charlie. The steps down to the reserve proved to be the only stumbling block, quickly resolved by Dad carrying the bikes down then coming back up for the pram! Quick find following the instructions, but the girls were very disappointed by the lack of swappables great size for some!!
Log book was wet through - didn't have any spares though (after talking about it with tparty on Thursday as we replaced another wetlog then....doh!).

Here for an all day's sports tournament, a nice walk b/w games, nice hide. No TBs today but dropped 1 off tftc
Having spent the moring hopping in and out of the caching wagon doing all the caches down the beach from the mount to papamoa, we felt like a decent stretch of the legs. Came over here to do all the caches down to the bay. TFTC
ANZAC Day. Had a little trouble getting bearings on this little off-set. Eventually found the cache. No TBs today. TFTC.
Searched the carpark for a bit, then read the instructions properly. Beautiful little spot, very pleasant.
It took us little bit longer to locate right spot but finally we celebrated success Can confirmed that TB and GC is missing TFTC!

Was shown this one today on an evening walk with earthie and our other halves. We forgot a pen so will have to go back next time and sign the log. Nifty hide. Thanks Rick-a-mortis.
found it! I came in from the wrong way so i walked strait past it on the wat to the start point
FOUND IT!!! Very easy - was a nice start for the day. Signed log. Pencil didnt have lead.
This did take a bit of brain power from three of us. Because we parked in a different spot we walked to the top of the steps unnecessarily!!! Great cache.
Couldn't find it at first as didn't realise there was a long description in c:geo. Once I got that was funny reading the directions while standing over the cache. Good cache!
At first we found where we thought we should be then got confused, however after goiing back to the start and reading the description carefully it was found easily. TFTC
Past twice the place, finally my GC friend found it. Some logbook problems but there was a very wet one at the bottom of the cache.

Not what I would call a traditional cache, its more like a puzzle or multi as the coordinates are not for the caches location. GZ coordinates I had at GZ are 37 43.873S 176 10.698E. Nice cache in a good looking park. TFTC
Found lid still attached but container under boardwalk. Mr 8 was able to leap into the bog to retrieve it. Nice place to hide, but no treasure to swap.NO LOGBOOK found.
This was fun..it pays to read instructions carefully We got lots of exercise and found this clever cache. Thanks for showing us this lovely area.
Log book and contents very wet and unable to write in it. Wet papers removed. New page and plastic bag put into container. New log book needed. TNLN. TFTC.
Nice spin with hiding but the log book is completely sodden, it's like a wet sponge.
As per my other entry. Log book wet. The crimp lug looks not too long for this world. If it breaks you'll loose the lot. Great location though
Nice hide. I was fooled by co-ordinates, but after re-reading online log realised that I must return. Log book very soggy, but substitute holding up. Needs pencil or sharpener for the pencil there. Also left some 'bits and pieces'. Dropped a travel bug to start on a journey of who knows where....
8.45am - Always find it fine going down but coming back up is a killer, original log book saturated. TFTC
Spadey&sons, max & Ryan. Good hiding spot. Cool walks too. But someone stole all the loot!
What a cool hiding place.
My wife now believes me about geocaching after 3 no finds with her. The kids and I were finding them yesterday until my wife joined us then nothing but finding this one we were able to show her what it's all about.

Initially had trouble finding the starting point - I spend a fair amount of time in the location doing daily walks and had assumed the starting point instead of reading the directions! Thank goodness for my husband - where would we be without men's sense of direction?!
Love the container - perfect stash-away and it was a good first find experience. The original logbook needs removing to be dried and the pencils need sharpening - or perhaps a sharpener. It was cool to see the treasures left behind - and whomever left the 'new' log book, well done.

Very clever hide, did a bit of looking around in the bush first (much to Mosh the GeoLab's delight) and spotted it from underneath and it was easy to snag it once we knew where it was. Left GeoCoin, SL. TN. TFTC

What a great place to go walking. Thanks for taking me there. Log book very wet, so couldn't register my visit.
Not sure how the water is getting in, but the book is too wet to use. Needs a replacement one.
An easy find just on dusk.VERY wet, unable to write in the log so left a note on paper. Needs maintenance urgently. Left Spiro TB. TFTC Number 100 for us!! Kids celebrating
Coldstream and I were on a cache raid to the Western Bay of Plenty. We decided to walk to this one. There were quite a few wasps about near the cache.
Cheers for the cache.

Great area, enjoyed the surroundings. Thanks for taking us here. TFTC! Sorry in delay in logging.
Took a while to find it but one I read the instruction properly I found it easy enough. Very cool hiding spot. TFTC
awesome find! just about to leave then i jumped the boardwalk and found it eventually. first find ever, loving it
didn't follow instructions so took a couple of minutes to work it out, got it sorted. cool spot, took hide and seek TB, tftc
We also wonder if this should be a puzzle cache. As out of towners the first puzzle was finding the carpark. Enjoyed the walk and had no problem finding the cache. It was a bit damp. TNlLN TFTC
Second ever find!! and second for the day [^] nicely hidden and a nice walk travel bug still in container!!! no people around was a bonus.
in: big yoyo
out: yellow frog
someone needs to seal up the bolt in the cap as the container had a lot of water of in it and record book was rather damp

Our first cache in NZ!
Left a travel bug from Canada, took nothing. The cache inventory showed a travel bug before we got there, but there was none in the cache.

Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 602. Thanks.
Found this one - took us 2 attempts. Just needed to read the instructions properly. Ist time we realised that the actual GPS location might not contain cache. Thanks a lot.
Didnt find the cache due to our phone/GPS running out of battery life as we got to the park due to a whole days worth of Geocaching. Hadnt read any of the clues of where to find it either so we failed. We did still walk around and look for it though. When we got home though we found that we were actually very close to finding it
We approached from a different entrance, but still found it okay. Have seen one like this in Rotorua. Clever idea. No sign of the geocoin though. TFTC

This was our first find....not hard as it was 500metres from our house but fun all the same!
How wonderful - my first find with my new Garmin GPS! Pretty reserve. TFTC.TNLN.

Found with TreMichLan. I was ready to give up well before him--good thing he's tenacious! The clue is clever ... TFTC.
Very clear hide. Thee GPSr was a bit erratic which made the search more interesting and more frustrating. JDSavannah tried valiantly but I spotted it as we were about to register a DNF. TFTC
The instructions were excellent (once I read them!!)
I loved this cache - it was very clever [^]
Found during an afternoon hunt with Lionfish... very nice company
TFTC
Put my 10c worth in (hehe)
