A quick creek cache find. Boy there are a lot of these in the big smoke. TFTC.
The GPS put us on the wrong side of the creek, but we eventually found it... little confused by the clue
TFTC.
Found during some caching with Apterygidae.

Quick find once the GPS had settled down after taking me back and forth accross the creek. TFTC
#434 Last of 10 while doing a bit of morning caching before it got too hot. Like others, GPS had me a little way off but geowife, who always likes to expand the search area, soon had the cache in hand while I was still doing the drunken bee dance. Thanks snowone.
Definately a dry run early this morning. Had to wait for a muggle and his muggle dog before getting another smiley. TFTC
my gps took me the wrong way but then found it in the coner of my eyes took tb
Definitely a dry run today. GPS had me going the wrong way at first. Appreciated your hint- Will think of that all the time when I see them again. Dropped off travel bug.
Lots of water through here with the recent downpours in SA - not so much a DRY RUN.
Nice easy cache - beautiful spot

The GPSr had us on the wrong side of the creeklone but this didn't deter geoP who soon made the find. Not sure what Team_Nerf found, but the cache we found was fully intact.

We were on the way home and decided to sidetrack a little and have a go at this one. Unfortunately we were defeated by failing light and the tree leading us in a drunken bee dance.

Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Had a couple of hours to kill while E was hosting a Tupperware party (no place to be for manly men), so the boy and I went out to grab a couple of caches. Found this one pretty quickly. TNLNSL
First solo geocache, and first one with my new Garmin Oregon 550. Found it pretty easily - good stuff!
I missed the cache and crossed over to the wrong side of the creek, before deciding it was probably back where I'd been.
TNLN - Thanks snowone!

Our last try and second find for the day. Still learning the trade, and this one is a great one for novices like us. The bark hint proved useful. TNLNSL TFTC
Took a while to locate this hide - it was a spot that I'd originally discounted.
Logged from my phone using the Geocache Navigator by Trimble
Good place to put a cache - the GPS didn't get a good lock once [:(!], and generally showed the GZ 20m away from the cache! Found in the last place I thought it would be - almost quitters luck !

I think we were on the right side of the raging river (not!) But no luck for us today.
Found this one without too much hassle. There were a couple of muggles jogging along the creek, but other than that there was no movement around. TFTC.
Took pink comb, Left horse key ring.
P.S. Can the next geocacher take a new notepad as this one is almost full. There's room for the old one to remain. Thx.

DNF - Even whilst in the company of Adrian Mc who had found the cache previously. Our excuse is that it was too dark. Checking previous logs it looks like it is well concealed!

The dry run wasn't that dry after the recent rains, but Mrs O found out that the GZ was out by a bit before she found it. Maybe it was the still-heavy cloud cover. TFTC.
A bit of work to find this one. Was just about to give it away as a DNF and decided to look in one last place, Bingo. Out finger puppet In coin. TFTC
nice area. watch out for dog droppings as you walk the path. i didn't and ended up smelling out the car.
An easy find after I left the GPS to settle. The park was very quiet for a nice sunny day.
Thanks

Jagged an overtime shift at Golden Grove Fire Station today so it allowed me to do some of the caches out that way. This one was just around the corner from the fire station and a quick find. Left Cricket TB. TFTC
Not a dry run today, the creek was flowing quite nicely
So I found the cache to the accompaniment of much gurgling from the brook
TFTC and stroll through the park.

Out for the arvo with DallyHorton. Our first find after being foiled at McCache#1. I was on wrong side of creek when 'Got It' was called by Dally. Nice hide. Cache is very well hidden with lots of camo. Left Army figurine. Took Nothing. TFTC.
This one took us a little while to find. We were about to give up and go home when we found it under the bark. Saw no ducks no frogs no water no wonder. One day the drought will finish. Well hidden TNLNSL TFTH
Found very quickly nearly without the GPSr. So many creeks without water.
