I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi TaylormThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
This one has been on my to do list for a long long time .
as i lived in Alexandra for 12 years and this spot was just down the road from where i lived.
So knowing where to go and all about the water race system was part of my winter job .
Go to gz and we look in all the usual places and expand to rabbit holes . Found what we believe to be the log and tryed to sign but no contaner.
As i had this on save for a long time i forgot to bring supplies.
Sad to see but needs tlc... a lot of tlc .
Getting out and about in to the out doors is my happy place so any excuse to go caching. As if I need an excuse aahhh nop I will go rain hail or snow so let's goooo and have as much fun and adventures as possible tomorrow may never come.
Life is short. Live life one foot step at a time.Never say" I'm gonna "- Just do it!! Tomorrow may never come just grab Life by the horns
Thanks for the hide

Today was a day to try and see if this cache was missing as previous cachers have indicated.
We looked all around GZ, including rabbit holes, found indications of a cache but no container as such. So have agreed that this cache is definitely in need of much needed TLC.

Cool spot but only found the golf ball and like many other people have mentioned no container etc
Poor cache. Did not locate. Very disappointed. Had to trudge through water up to my knees. Beware of prickles and feral rabbits. They came for us. No horses either. 1 star.
Found a golf ball, a pencil, part of the cache and what could have been a bit of the log. Needs maintainence, but tftc
Bike not there, could see Stump and location but wasn’t keen to go on private land ,
Thanks for the smiley. Went through the gate then jumped the fence, to find the stream to cross. Now I’ve got to go back....
Back over stream, and over corner post (fence damaged by someone else).
The bicycles could be a good cache (or maybe two?).
mrandmrs out caching to Tekapo and back over Easter weekend - Tftc.

On way home from catch up with friends in Cromwell and had time to sign a few logs. A short detour and an easy find and on to the next one. TFTC
I crossed the fence in the wrong place and soon realised that there was another fence in the way so I retreated and made a more direct way. Quickly found. All in good condition. Nice to get this relatively old cache.
Quick find. Great location. This geocache needs some more visitors, I was the first one in almost 9 months!!! Pick up travel bug time to move him along he's spent a long winter in that cache!
Just moved here.. closest cache to me... hehe cool fence.. tftc. Took tb and left tb
Quick find, but there were no gates to open, so had to jump the fence. The horses were not interested and stayed away. Quick find, TFTC
We were exploring some Alexandra caches by car, so admired that bike fence, drove down the private driveway and jumped the fence as instructed to find this decent-sized cache in its choice hide site. We were admiring the all-round views of mountains and commenting on it being a stunning place to live when a car drove up and stopped "Hi, you're geocaching!". So a nice chat filling us in on the background of the area - good to meet you, and thank you for the cache!
From Ohio, USA. I love the bike fence. No bulls in the field that was a good thing.
Thanks Taylorm for the fun.

We were nearly stumped because we came the wrong road and could see it from the neighbouring property. Zack and I had to go right round the block to find the right spot and it was easy then. What an amazing stump.
No problem locating the bike fence and the private road. No problem seeing the burnt stump, but big problem with the electric fence and getting to the stump ! Made it in the end.
I have had this in my machine for a while so it was good today to see all the bikes and know I was in the right area. Traveled down a drive and couldn't see any horses but I could see a stump!. Made my way across glancing aroungd and expecting to be accosted by the landownwer any time. Made the find and returned to my vehicle happy!.
The last for the day but what a satisfying day in Central.
Thanks

Spotted the stump, beware the stench of a dead sheep! A good adventure on a new road for me! TFTC
The 74th find of 150 in 5 days on road trip with Ingidayna. GPS took us the wrong way initially, but after a wee walk we soon realised we needed to be on the other side and were soon in the right place. TFTC
A couple of logistic challenges but nice spot. TFTC.
Extra excitement - our daughter stepped on a Rabbit at GZ. Then patted a horse.

The horses were very playful and Guwapo enjoyed having a pat. The owner came over and helped with the horses. Nice easy find although the plastic was very brittle and pieces just broke off. Thankfully we had one in the cachemobile so a quick replacement was made. Salamat!
No sign of horses in paddocks but lots of electric tape so sent the kids to collect, left travel bug.
Popped in on the way home from the Omakau Trots. The junior cachers loved feeding the very friendly horse some grass and it was very cute to watch our couple of 'townie' kids enjoy the farm experience! Thanks Taylorm for bringing us here & thanks to the farm owner for the permission to come onsite!
This one has been on my to do list for a while and was a good one to do on a sunny Saturday with my son. Thanks!
12:30 - Our first for the day on a nice winters drive in the Merc. Nice views but a shame the horse manure is being shovelled into the stump. I wonder if the owners of the land want keen gardeners to take a bag fall away at a time. Nice size cache
Out doing some winter geocaching and to check out picture opportunities of the hoar frost. Found cache in good order and left a McWindeLuneX7 pathtag for the next lucky finder to keep. TFTC and 'Hi horses!' Bikes worth a piccy so took one.
What a thrill to get this one and to get a TB with it. Also to meet the lovely Lady owner of this cache, was so great speakng with her. TFTC
8th and final cache for the day. Getting cold and dark so was glad for a quick find. TFTC.
This is the first of several for the day. Nice fence materials.
Out: TB.
Cheers for the cache.

The shuttle driver taking us back from Clyde to Middlemarch after doing the Rail Trail pointed this fence out to us. Thanks to the property owners for letting us odd bods up their track! No horses around today so I put one in the cache. TFTC
Interesting fence. Quick find, felt very exposed, thanks to the property owners, they must see some interesting sights from us cachers.
Took Horse TB time for it to gallop on.
