There is much delay on this nearby construction site.
The cache location is also fenced off.
Arriving so it opens up the wider area .

This area is still fenced off for redevelopment of the nearby tepid pools area.

This cache is out of bounds, fenced off, while the nearby pool undergoes demolition and the whole area is redeveloped.

Day 1 26/06/22 went for a look and I think where the geocache is has been fenced off will go back to find it once the fencing is gone.

Found this a while ago and forgot to log, its a great hide but still easy to find

Down from Whangarei for a couple of days to visit a sick relative in Waikato Hospital, so just had to fit in a few caches as time allowed.

Out for an early morning walk in the brisk morning air and this one was reasonably close to our accommodation. A nice easy find with no one about playing the music. Signed log and replaced as found. TFTC

I headed down to the Waikato with tramyard to complete the new adventure labs in Hamilton along the river. We happened to be passing by this location, so made a small detour to claim a find here. A nice quick find thanks.

had to wait for quite a while as decided to do it right as work ended, so lots of people walking past,
Found my gap, did the old "tying the shoelace" trick and quickly spotted something that looked slightly out of place

Nice place to sit and relax. Parked near by and took geo puppy for a good walk. The sound of police sirens blasted on Victoria Street. Didn't affect the quick find. Great camo nearly overlooked it. Tftc

Unsere Neuseelandrundreise Tag 1 - Anreise

Da ich am Flughafen nicht gut vorbereitet war, konnten wir trotz der Wartezeit auf KLB12, dort nicht unseren ersten Cache in Neuseeland loggen, obwohl es doch so einfach gewesen wäre. Aber ich hatte den Pocketquerie nicht richtig gemacht und so waren die Caches am Flughafen nicht auf dem Cachegerät.
Da KLB12 uns heute mit dem Mietcachemobil nach Rotoura fuhr, hatte sie auch schon geschaut wo man Pause machen kann und hatte sich für Hamilton entschieden um die Riff Raff Statue zu sehen. Den dazugehörigen Multi konnten wir gut lösen aber leider nicht finden. Auf dem Rückweg zum Cachemobil kamen wir noch an diesem Tradi vorbei. KLB12 konnte das Döschen schnell finden. So ist dies unser erster Cachefund in NZ!!!

Our New Zealand tour day 1 - arrival

Since I was not well prepared at the airport, we could not found our first cache in New Zealand despite the waiting time for KLB12, although it would have been so easy. But I hadn't done the pocket queries properly and so the caches at the airport weren't on the cache device either.
KLB12 drove us to Rotoura with the rental mobile home today, they had already looked where to take a break and chose Hamilton to see the Riff Raff Statue. We could lose the associated multi but unfortunately we couldn't find it. On the way back to the Cachemobil we passed this Tradi. KLB12 was able to find the box quickly.
So this is our first cache find in NZ !!!

Since my english is very bad, I use internet translators. I hope my log is still understood.

I called by this morning and as I approached saw someone sitting in the band rotunda.
I turned around and went off to find some other caches.
Returning 3 hours later the same dude was now lying on the bench possibly having a snooze.
I think he lives there!!!
