Logs
Found It.Out for a drive and decided to stop. Couldn't sign the sheet though as the paper was soaking wet and the bottom of the container was full of water.
Accidently logged that I found when I found another one. Went up to have a look anyway and could not find anything.
Nice find headed towards Kaitoke Regional Park on a cool but sunny day. Nice viewpoint to show visitors. Cache in good order, snug hide, appreciated the hint!. TFTC Mac 42
This was a nice quick stop.Cache wasn't where my GPS thought it might be.Expanded my search a little and cache was found neatly hidden from view.Took a load off as I signed the log.TfTC
Der hint gibt fr einen Auslnder berhaupt keinen Sinn. Nicht gefunden und ziemlich frustriert
After coming back to avenge a DNF we spent ages searching in all the wrong places and definitely over thought it all. Then a quick look in the right place saved the day
The clue threw us off, but relying on geocaching knowledge we finally found this on our second attempt. Many people coming the look at this view today. Tftc
At last, I am back to avenge my DNF here. On the way for a three day geotrip to Napier. Took a while but I did find the cache - the coordinates were a bit out for me. On the other hand I am sure I checked the hide last time I was here. Obviously not well enough.I wonder when the lakes had their names changes? The are no longer the Temarua lakes.
Heading up to Masterton and had time to collect a few caches. Driven past here so many times and not stopped. Great little look out and information board. Cache was soon found and signed. Happy to add a favourite point for an informative stopping place.
I don't think I've ever stopped at this lookout before, usually just heading straight past to the Wairarapa. Quite a cool lookout hidden away from the road. Found the nicely hidden cache fairly quickly then admired the view. TFTC
Windy day outing, traveling from Wellington doing some site seeing.
Signed log and replaced as found.

Have driven past here hundreds of times but have never stopped (not since becoming a geocacher anyway). Had that opportunity today. Took a few minutes to find - it had fallen off and was partially buried. God condition though. TFTC.
We had driven past the viewpoint several times on our way north to our accommodation. Today, we made a concerted effort to stop here on the way home after dinner. I'm really glad we took this opportunity to take in the view. Very pretty.
The added bonus was that there was a cache to look for, too. It didn't take very long to make the find. I quickly added my name to the log, and then we were off again so that we could still have a quick look around the Rivendell area where some of the scenes for Lord of the Rings was filmed.

This took a little hunting, but following the hint was all I needed to do. Thanks for placing your cache.
Ms_KR and I are off on our annual pilgrimage to Auckland to visit family. Today we Cruised from Lower Hutt to Greytown. Rain threatened but did not eventuate.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

TFTC after a bit of hunting and thinking we figured out the clue found with Tangitutu and Satansspawn
Another short stop on the drive home, I needed to make a call so good chance to do so while looking fort this. As i was multitasking it took me longer to find than it should have. Great view!!
A quick find while enjoying the sights from this impressive lookout. I liked the hint, tftc!
On our way to the Wairarapa, quick stop for a view and a cache. Nice hide.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Sneaky hide - many thanks. Have been meaning to call by here for a while - Cool and fresh here today.
great spot. had to think about the clue then clicked. all items are gone. just the logbook remaind
Headed on a meandering day trip to Lake Ferry so had to stop to take in the view - yay for a bit of fun on the side! tftc
#1557. Start of a weekend trip to Napier to see the Hurricanes play tonight. Never stopped here before. Nice view of the storage lakes. Logical place for the hide.

We stopped in on a chilly night before a trip over the hill to watch the total eclipse of the supermoon from Stonehenge Aotearoa… but we only got slightly further up the road before seeing signs saying road closing at 9pm for maintenance… so this cache was as far as we got
Found with barefootguru on an expedition to the Wairarapa to watch the blood moon eclipse. Well, that was the plan before roadworks on the Remutakas derailed us! Stopped here on the way to collect this well-hidden cache. TFTC Mac 42!
Good place to hide this cache. An easy find with @peadub. Signed log and replaced where found. TFTC.
Stop in a few days ago but there were darn muggles having a picnic on a nice sunny day.
Today, overcast and slight drizzle, the area was muggle free for my dash and grab!

With the prospect of a nice long weekend available, I decided to spend a day or two over in the Wairarapa chasing archived Skindo puzzle caches and any other caches I would be passing right by including this one.
This would end up being my first find for 2021, having already kicked my day off in Brooklyn with a DNF. There was only 1 other car in the carpark when I arrived so I thought I might be ok to have a leisurely uninterrupted look, but within a few minutes 4 more cars arrived so I had to be patient to be able to search without attracting attention.
In the end it was a straightforward find, and with the log signed and everything replaced as found then I was able to take in the views on offer before heading back to the car.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, and Happy New Year to you.

Quick stop to admire the view. The wife accused me of having an ulterior motive but honestly I only checked after I stopped.
Quick find on a hot day. Another place that we have never visited in 40 years of living in the Hutt Valley.
I've never stopped in here before despite going over the hill hundreds of times. TFTC
ARGH and someone else has even found it today! Wonder if we were over thinking it.
Was a nice spot for lunch though. Will come back again with a fresh mind

On an adventure with Kimmy+co,

Nice quick find here, and a great view of the lakes I didn't even know existed. Cheers
Found on our way to Masterton. We stopped by here by chance when we saw a sign for a viewpoint so I did my usual thing of checking for caches and Ingress portals and was not disappointed on either score. After admiring the view, we had to exercise a bit of patience to wait for a pause in the flow of muggles. We quickly found the cache but realised we couldn't get it out - neither of us had sufficiently small fingers. Fortunately, magnet on a stick is part of my geocaching kit Quick retrieval, signature and, hopefully, slightly more accessible replacement. TFTC!
Called in here on our way to the garden center for coffee and cake. Gorgeous views and found the cache without any hassles. TFTC
I came armed with a magnet on a stick to retrieve from the hidey hole mentioned by the last finder. After a search and not finding the hole I stumbled upon the cache definitely not in a hole and easily grabbed. TFTC.
Found the cache, but it had unfortunately been pushed too far down it's hidey hole for us to get it out ️
Someone will need to come with a magnet and string or something to get it
