i need to visit this during the day , have been here many times but park gates were locked
Even being guided to where it was two years ago by my offsider it was a no go. If its there, its not where it was and I suspect its been muggled. Can you hop to it skippy and let us know if its been moved please?
Have a feeling that hiding in a kids playground means kids will take it. Didn't find spent a long time looking.
Looked everywhere but DNF. It might be under but don't be afraid to get dirty. P.S I suggest bringing knee pads.
Spent some time crawling around the train, sticking out hands in dark places with spider webs. Didn't manage to find any caches but lots of possible hiding spots.
According to our GPS we were within 30cm of it despite children crawling around under Leo all we found were little erasers and toys that are often in containers we ordered if it needs checking or we are just blind!!!
Found whilst having lunch in the park. Looked for this one other time and it mustn't have been there, was today.
First find for the day .
Hopefully will get a few more while we are in town .

Today Snap Happy was our chauffeur as we travelled around this neck of the woods with earthlight collecting unfound caches, how is that a 1 Difficulty ? we searched for ages with this one, clue really wasn't helpful as i reckon a lot of cache creep has gone on here. TFTC
Found It!
Quarter to seven on a Sunday night - the first time I have been to this park to find it not full of kids...
Still took me quite some time to find the cache. Eventually I spotted it by poking the camera up into the gap and taking some photos - you really do have to feel for this one!

What a lovely area to sit, relax and play. A little treasure in Kapunda.
We had so much fun pretending to drive the train with our son.

A lovely park. The kids had fun. Visited the nearby museum while here - very educational. Thanks Skippy for placing this cache.

Found the area empty of muggles today. The cache container was on the ground. Rehid it where I thought it had been. Thanks Skippy.
Visiting family in hometown, can't believe there has always been one here. Got kiddies to retrieve this one as park was muggle central Found with mrbuzzy
Have visited here a few times before, but never realised there was a cache! Nice hide.
Hard to believe both my kids and I have climbed over this train hundreds of times before I knew about geocaching. It blows one's mind quite a bit.
Phoar that was a bit of a biatch to find, me being tall! Even my 9 yr old brother didnt see it! Lol

[Black]Today we headed out to the TdF series with FelixII, quite happy to see that the rain had stopped and the sun was shinning albeit weakly.
We drove up the highway from Mallala to Morgan and drove back down the stock route picking up the odd additional cache along the way. The road was good order, though a bit slippery in isolated patches, and the rain stayed away. I must say I'm glad we didn't have to ride the route on the bikes.
Most caches were in good order and mostly dry inside even though some where in puddles of water.
Thanks for your cache Skippy., we had fun.[/Black]

Touring Australia having left Perth in late February and attending Oz Mega. Now we are leisurely checking out the rest of the State.
Having met up with iluvtrekking a few days ago and surviving the pouring rain of the last few days it was very nice to head out with them today with only the odd drizzle about. The sun even managed to poke its head out a couple of times. Think the temp only got to 14degrees though
A fabulous day touring the countryside. We also managed to complete the TDF series. A very successful day with only 1 DNF. Took heaps of photo's so a big thankyou for this cache.
This magnificent park was was a highlight of our day. took loads of pics.

As I was passing through Kapunda this was a good opportunity to seek this one. With my past experience
of finding a Cache at such locations in the past, there would be 50 or more hiding places for a Cache.
But fortunately this one turned out to be an easy one, less than 5 minutes. It is in a very well equipped park for children to be entertained. TFTC.

Park empty thank goodness. Had a quick search and eventually found the right spot wich was on the left. TFTC
Our first find for 2014! We looked for this one earlier in the year with no success. No muggles around today.

Clare007, muggle partner and I headed out for the weekend to try and get me to my 5,000th locus cache smiley
All up, at weekend's end, I had 67 smileys and only 2 DNFs and somewhere along the way, the magic 5,000th find happened
Drove some fun roads, found some great caches and just generally had a fantastic time geocaching, as usual!
Finally managed to get here during daylight hours so a quick easy find this time around and the muggles did not even see us
Love that rubbish bin, too

Locus cache & I along with muggle partner slowly made our way towards Clare.
Quick find due to low attendance at park and locus cache's keen observation skills.
Were interested to note, there is no climbing on this train, (where's the fun in that?)
Great day for some caching in this area, thanks for the cache Skippy.

After failing to find this one a couple of years ago we finally returned to see leo. And THIS time we succeeded. Thanks for the cache!
Drove past twice today and the second time no muggles about, so i had a search without a torch and couldn't find the 2 different caches that was meant to be there, so I only had a 35mm film container to replace it until i visit here again.
Cheers Skippy.
Cheers Skippy.
i have one past to check on this last week during work hours but had many kids behind the train so i left it or another day. It is difficult for me to pick the right time to check it out , I know first think in the morning is the best time.
I will disable this and if I dont get a chance in the next month I will achive it
This was a great location and never really had a problem other than a cacher hid it in a different place and there was 2 containers there fo a while. but maybe they are both gone or taken away for a reason .
Thanks everyone and really sorry to he ones that couldnt find it , but i was sure it would still be there.
Cheers Skippy

Been on 2 occasions now and couldn't find this one. will keep popping back kids love to play in that park
Live locally, so heading down soon for a very thorough search. Hopefully will have better luck finding it this time, had to give up due to muggle presence. And then pit everyone's mind at ease that the cache is still there.
The cache container is small , it looks nothing like a magnetic key holder.
You have only found 7 caches, finding a clear sandwich bag doesnt mean the cache has gone missing.
Did you search under the train ?
