Couldnt find the sign with the triangles. (After solving what a and b equals) Maybe check if the description is still correct please!
Ive managed to make a meal of most of the Multis in this area over the last couple of days. Finally I put my hands on one. We went for a nice walk last night to Point Danger and then to WP2, where the sign didnt quite add up to the description. These shires just love changing their signage, imo. Id already been chatting to the CO regarding another multi so the conversation now moved on to this one.It turned out that I did have the final coordinates near enough so this evening we went for a walk after dinner. We timed it pretty well, after the sun had set to get the place to ourselves. A quick find in the first place I looked. We really like this place. An FP for the well crafted multi. TFTC
Sadly DNF I think I had the right coords as it takes me to a nice view point. Will try again next year
Found GZ but even with today's weather, there were always people hanging around - one family opened a picnic! Reluctant Geoteen was in the car back at WP1 so I sadly headed back without any searching........ I can safely say that my cobwebs have all gone though Many thanks
I enjoyed this multi but I definitely overthought GZ. I firstly had to wait for the Swedish backpackers to leave before I began my search. I looked high (but mostly low) and couldnt find the cache. After 30 minutes I sat down and PAFed not realizing I was almost sitting on top of the cache! Thank you Bushfire for placing and juc_cacher for maintaining Rocky Danger for us to find today.
Heading along the Great Ocean Road, stopped to get the Ad Lab and this cache great view! Took some looking and some agility on my behalf, a quick chat to the CO who we would have liked to have caught up with, another day Thanks juc_cacher for bringing me here and contributing to this great game for others to enjoy. Happy trails, Deanside
Beautiful day. Found in the last place Deanside was instructed to look!!!Beautiful fresh air and views! PicA fun on a trip from Geelong to Adelaide via the Great Ocean Road. Cache number 100!! Had to be a Bushfire Red Ant cache! Container had a little water in it and the log is a bit damp but otherwise all good! Tftc
I do enjoy the extra work involved in gathering the numbers your multis and also getting me out and about on fab walks. Worked out final GZ, thanks for the checksum. A not too difficult find, cache held water so emptied that out. SL and replaced hoping the vicious wind up here doesn't dislodge it. A fave for a much needed hidden month of which there would have been a fair bit of travelling back in NZ Tftm
I found this cache as I slowly made my way from Adelaide through southern Victoria towards the Mega event at Rutherglen, picking up a few caches of interest along the way.
Mixed weather today. The morning wasn’t t too bad, but it slowly got worse as I tried to dodge the showers.
After collecting the required information and determining the final coordinates, it was off to GZ for the find.
Cache and contents are in good condition.
Thanks juc_cacher for the cache.

Found. Took a while to get as the description wasn't very clear. Managed to find it after the hike up. TFTC.
After having a walk around the area on a busy summer day I calculated the cords and decided to search for the final cache on a separate less busy day. This evening, off to the spot and soon enough the cache was in hand. The container was filled with a bit of water, but the logbook seems to still be in good, slightly moist, condition. TFTC!
The second trip down to Torquay this week.
We have looked at this Multicahce several times while in Torquay but never seemed to have the time to do the work to find it.
Today we headed here with a specific goal in mind find this cache.
We collected the data we needed and made our calculations. That doesn't seem right. Wrong T rating. recalculated and worked out where we had gone wrong. Damn ADHD.
Off to find the cache. Which we found relatively easily.
The cache is in great condition. Thank you, Bushfire, for placing this cache and to juc_cacher for adopting it.

Some fun here... WP1 all good a D we saw what it had for WP2... a location we had just came from. Then I suspected what GZ may be.... also a location we had visited earlier. So first we had lunch then off we went. Parked 300m from WP2. Off for a walk to work off lunch. Hunhc on GZ was correct and a quick find. Great spot. Fav.
Stuck our feet in the water on the return... yep still very fresh despite numerous surfers and a few brave. people without wetsuits.
Thanks to Bushfire for the fun and the adventure.

After maccamob's wedding anniversary celebration, I decided to get my stamp on the Day of the Week challenges... which led me to Torquay, where I figured it would be fun to walk along the foreshore between Point Danger and Rocky Point.
Picking up a cache and another part of a far-flung Adventure Lab, I then walked from the latter, jumping the mouth of the river to the memorial on Point Danger.
The name of this multi should have given me a clue as to where it would lead... but it wasn't until I calculated the intermediate waypoint that the penny dropped.
On the plus side, I was parked at that end anyway.
Another neat multi, Bushfire. Thanks for the fine incentive for a good walk.
And thanks to juc_cacher for taking this hide on.
The cache is in good nick.
All up, a nice varied five kilometres with fine views of the water.

Found on a very busy muggle public holiday sunny winter’s day. I think I just blended into the crowd. Tftc & views of course.
Definitely tested some of our math skills but we did find it. Despite the rain it is a beautiful spot.
I’m pretty sure there’s an error in the calculations. I had to fudge the numbers so they fit with the checking sums at the end (I’ll message my solutions and you can tell me if I was wrong with something or fix up the problem).
Very nice area from initial multi gz to final. I didn’t walk the whole way, and I’m glad I didn’t because I had to go back to campsite and triple check solution because it was giving me a location out on the rocks which are inaccessible.
Up for two nights camping, then back to Melbs in time to get my booster shot which I wanted spot on the 4 month date. We boogie boarded at Jan Juc, and visited Bells beach, first time at both. I’m not a beach person but I’m becoming one! Cheers!

Owing to the cache being moved slightly I have adjusted the method of solving slightly.
Only one DNF but after the terrile weather that we have had I decided to check this guy out and sure enough the cache was not where it should have been.
I placed a new cache container but gave the area a good search before I left and then located the original green container which had been dislodged and blown off the boardwalk onto the ground so placed the log book into a new plastic bag and rehid in a more secure spot.

Enjoyed the walk and views to gather the info for GZ, but couldn't find the cache once we got there ;(
Great cache. Gorgeous area, well thought out, and a beautiful setting. Found with Steel.

After lunch nearby at Fisho's, we needed a walk - this cache was just what we needed! A lovely view, we were here last time finding caches so it's good to check this multi off. Thanks for the cache Bushfire, favourite point added.

After arriving in Torquay yesterday afternoon for a weekend visit, family Perpetuallylost headed down to this side of town to enjoy some dinner on the foreshore. Afterwards we headed up to the posted coords of this cache to start gathering the info for the next waypoints and to enjoy the view from up here.
This morning during breakfast we were able to work out our final GZ, and after having to ring a PAF as our coords looked good on the map but didn't match the hint sum, and after a lengthy search and waiting for the regular muggles to leave we were finally to find the sneaky hiding place for this cache.
Overall we enjoyed the various waypoints this multi took us to, a little confusing at times to get the right data but got there in the end. Thx Bushfire for this multi, CIGC TNLNSL. Cheers

Cleaning up my logs in ISO and whilst reviewing my DNF's I realised I hadn't logged this one.
It began as a DNF as we discovered partway through the sign near the surfclub appeared to be missing (we searched and searched while a massive number of teenagers were partying on the beach (having left a festival nearby). After a tip from Bushfire and confirming the sign was indeed gone, we were able to return on a different night and continue the journey, finally finishing what we started with the cache in hand and log signed.
Thanks for the cache Bushfire.

I had a heads up that this cache container was found sitting out in the open by my friend juc_cacher so today I went to check and every thing was as he stated.
I have to say where he placed it was a very good location and if this guy goes walkabout I now know a good location.
It is back in the origional location and I will update the hint.

We were out for our regular walk along the coast today and when we arrived at the lookout this guy was sitting out in the open, on the step/seat. I'd found the old one here, so unsure about the exact hiding place, I have placed the cache in a reasonably common sort of a hide for this type of GZ. CO has been contacted and I'll wander down and move the cache if my guess was miles out
Worked out the multi in 2017 but hadn’t found it
Returned on a walk today and looked again, and voila!

I had worked the first way points for this one out about a year ago. Left it and forgot about it. Today I noticed I had some coords saved for this in my phone and assumed was for GZ. So after hunting in an odd place for a while I realised more calculations were needed to reveal the final coords. Whoops!
A quick walk later and the cache was quickly found thanks for a nice Sunday stroll. Great little cache

With no sign of the old sign I have worked out a complete new method of locating GZ. GOOD LUCK.
Thanks Bushfire! Roaming Howie and I came back tonight after being in portarlington for the mussel festival today. It’s a beautiful spot!
I believe that time and the elements have taken theit toll on this guy so until I get down to Torquay I will give you the answers:-
cdef=1945
gh=25
j=7
You should be able to continue now.

A lovely spot and attempted this last night, however at the WP we only found a rusted frame and no sign to continue...
Went searching for this one last night after nightjar weaving our way through all the adolescents gathered on the beach but it appears one of the signs may have succumbed to the beach environment as there was only a rusted empty frame nearby . TFTC
A bit of water blocking the path from WP2 to GZ and muggles at GZ, but a short wait and we were able to quickly find and sign the cache. Tftc!
Nice fun multi in the evening. A bit tricky getting from WP2 to GZ due to some water covering the path but took off shoes and rolled up pants and all was golden. TFTC Bushfire
Camped at the nearby campground I visited the first two WP yesterday with the geokids and then went for a walk y myself to grab the cache this morning. Beautiful section of coast, thanks for bringing me here .
22 Sep 2019: Streak Day #206/366 (1 March 2019 - 29 February 2020). Enjoyed looking at history with new geofriend. Thanks for bringing us here. Beautiful views.
Walked from the caravan park to get this multi on a very windy day. Found and worked out the coordinates quite quickly then ventured on to the final. A quick find with no muggles to be seen, maybe they were blown away!! TFTC
Tftc. Found with Ashton 96. What a lovely day in Torquay. We’ve been coming here for years and finally decided to try this multi.
A great adventure with newb flowers_of_the_field. Also a perfect day for some caching. We managed to get the sucker out with little fuss and zero muggle issues! Picked up a TB. Tftc
We spent the better part of three weeks travelling, seeing the sights, visiting with friends, and caching the BEST Australia had to offer!
Where ink was required, we signed the log as "221B".
Where we visited Earthcaches (or Virtuals), 'Library Ladies' or 'DaxVolks' sent in our required 'dissertations'. Thank you for the 'geo-lessons' we learned!
All the best to those who place and maintain caches for others to find (without you, there is no game to play)!
Cheers!

We were meeting friends nearby for lunch, so when we arrived a bit early, we worked out what we needed for stage two. After lunch, we quickly found what we needed to get final coordinates. Now, getting the cache out of its hiding place was another issue all together. But, as we say in Texas, we got 'er done. Signed the log as Team 221B️. Thanks for the history lesson and the beautiful view
Found with team 221B️. We are a team of cachers from Texas and having a wonderful time caching in Australia. It didn’t take us long to find the information we needed, but we decided to. Wait until after lunch before finding the cache. We managed to dislodge the cache (Roogles! used his belt) and was able to sign the log. Great multi! Favorite point! TFTC.
Found it, we enjoyed out walking around Torquay today and finding this cache. A photo will be sent as the cache is still stuck in it's hide. TFTC
Enjoyed our walk doing this multi, stunning views. Cache is really really stuck, will be interested in how you manage to get it out! Sending photos. TFTM
Just getting over surgery but when a little fitter I will take tools and try to dislodge cache from it's present location. In the meantime please take a photo and sent to bushfire and log.
When we arrived at the final GZ we thought it looked familiar, it was !!. We found the cache just over 8years ago, but somehow failed to log a find. Today the sistema is wedged in place and no amount of persuasion could move it.

Excellent multi and when all the information is gathered, takes you to a fantastic lookout. We had to wait for a couple that looked set to stay for quite awhile which gave us the opportunity to relax and take in the magnificent views. When the coast was clear, a quick find thanks to the clue and log signed.
Thanks for a very enjoyable cache Bushfire.

You reminded me when you mentioned this cache today that I had overlooked logging it.
Had no problems here that I can remember. I do remember that I enjoyed the walk around finding the information.
Thanks for this cache and jogging my memory

Out and about with Ava from Beavar on the GOR today and decided on this multi to stretch our legs. Enjoyed all the POI’s along the walk. Not too many muggles to distract us from our mission. The scenery was fabulous, despite the overcast day. Collected all our numbers, did our maths and SL at 12.25pm Took : an un-activated trackable- Thankyou nykkole. #5896 TFTC Bushfire
In November 2018 my husband and I traveled to Australia to attend the Parkville Mega Event in Melbourne. It was my first time in Australia, and his first time in Melbourne, and we spend an amazing 10 days that ended way too soon.
After visiting Melbourne, we went to Torquay for some surfing lessons. In the wetsuits it was much more difficult than I expected and I was exhausted afterwards. But a quick little nap fixed that and we were ready to go caching. This cache brought us to some interesting spots, including the beach where we took the surfing lessons
I especially enjoyed the location of the final, where we were the only ones around since it was windy and a bit chilly.
Thanks for the fun Multi.

TFTC. WE arrived in Torquay on Friday and we went for a wander from the caravan park along the path to WP1 to gather information. On Saturday afternoon I wandered to WP2 to gather the information and maybe attempt the cache . That worked! There was a photographer at GZ not looking. Like he was going to move. I want back to camp and sought confirmation as to the hides location. As we thought. This morning early , i went out and nobaody was at GZ. Found exactly where we suspected. So and headed back to camp for breakfast.
The locations this cache took us to are spectacular and worth the effort to see.

Found with Tyred n Cranky.
Down in Anglesea for a weekend family trip. While Tyred n Cranky had found quite a few in the area they decided to stop at a lot of them to let me claim some smilies.
Last day and heading home today, so it was kind of a "Map Clean up" day and just to try and grab some more in and around Anglesea and on the way home.
Tyred n Cranky had found this one previously so when it came to GZ they gave me a big hint as to where the cache is hidden and even had to help find it. Man this point gets buisy in no time.

Apologies for the late log, got too far behind and finally getting up to date on my logs. Anyway, I was in Geelong getting the car serviced and had a day to fill in so decided to hit the caching trail for the first time in ages and this was the first one attempted. Had no problems getting the required information and what a lovely walk to GZ. Thanks to bushfire for this one
This is a beautiful place to have a cache. Unfortunately the sun wasn't out but the view was still great. Lots of people waiting for some waves but not having much luck. Thanks for the cache and bringing us here.
Out and about today to fill the multi month challenge. This cache took us to a couple of great locations. Thankfully the rain has held off, but some sun would be appreciated. Thanks for the cache.

Needing some points for the planetary pursuit we headed down to Torquay to resolve a few multi's still on our to do list. The questions were straight forward taking us from one good location to the next as we worked through each waypoint.
Its definitely a popular place with so many surfers this afternoon enjoying the perfect weather and obvious good surf conditions.
When at GZ we waited for the tourists to leave until we had the area to ourselves . After an extensive search we called the CO who confirmed the location we suspected meaning the cache had definitely disappeared.
Today after work we have driven back down to the coastal town to continue with some more multi's and replace the missing container for the CO who is away on holidays.
Thanks Bushfire for showing us Point Danger , the cliffs are spectacular from all angles.

Beautiful view on a fabulous day! No pen and we didn't bring one, but a fun walk with the kids TFTC!!
This one is for Bruce who would have enjoyed walking the trails of this beautiful coastline. This mornings walk was a time for quiet reflection on such a glorious start to the day.
Any time down the coast is always a good time. We enjoyed a walk for this multi cache to work out the details needed to move on and then onto the final. The geo family enjoyed a hot coffee, some other drinks and a few snacks also and found ourselves sitting within reach of this cache before we looked at the GPSr more closely. A nice spot! Signed and replaced as found.

Stopped in Torquay for lunch on the way west. Parents stayed to pack up, but sister (who rarely caches) and I headed down the beach to find this cache. Absolutely stunning walk along our first Australian beach! Sister was beginning to get restless when we got to GZ, but luckily cache was quickly located and signed. Thank you very much!
Well I always try to grab a cache when out and about and this is one of the few caches in Torquay I haven't yet gotten around to. There aren't enough geocaches in this area however I am sure that in future years with all of the new housing that will change.
Anyways onto this guy and I have been here several times before so it is a familiar place, quickly collected the coords however wpt2 is a long walk so I managed to get a lift with the geofamily. Another familiar location and one that I have been heavily involved in over the last 12 months.
After quickly collecting the numbers I made my way to GZ which was a short walk away and the cache was found in the obvious spot. This was a great cache and well thought out by the CO, great locations and made in a way so that even beginners can get a smiley.
The cache is in great condition, all dry and lots of room in the logbook.
Thanks to Bushfire for another quality cache

After attempting this cache back in Dec 2014 and getting within 60m of GZ and being foiled by the works being done, we are finally back!!
We collected the information at the listed WP again but this time drove to the next WP as it was a bit overcast and cold, (we walked it last time) and we gathered the next lot of info and then headed to GZ. What a gorgeous place!! We took a few photos from above then went downstairs to explore all around the rocks and had a wonderful time. It was a bit sunnier again by then so we stayed for quite a while exploring. We saw a Sand Whisperers creation from up top that we were then able to investigate close up.
TFTC and Fave point for this cache Bushfire, which we have thoroughly enjoyed over 2 occasions! GJMMelb
