Found it! This a busy truck stop. Couldn't tell if the truck driver nearby was watching me or just asleep sitting up but he didn't seem to notice what I was doing. SL Took TB TFTC.

Found 9:51am , find # 2433
We're off to Queensland for a week, staying at Stradbroke Islands with some friends from Brisbane.
This is day 2 of our holiday and we're driving from Parkes to Warwick, and grabbing some caches along the way.
This one was find number 6 of 24 for the day.
I left a pathtag in this ache.
Thanks Oldbluedog.

Stopped for a cuppa with friends and what else to do but find a cache. Nice stroll to an easy find. Log signed and replaced. Love the name of this cache and the building across the road. TFTC
This was the perfect place to stop on our way to Wagga with 3 boys. We have 10 hours to cover today. This was a nice easy cache with a great clue. We always love the easy ones. TFTC!
Noisy dogs made this a bit more difficult & we also look in the wrong place first.TFTC
Looking in wrong end to start with. Geo Boy found it again lol. Put log in a snap lock bag. Tftc.
GPS wanted to send us down roads that were non existent! We did take the campervan along some pretty dodgy tracks before finally finding a place to park that was easily accessible from the highway and very close to GZ. A quick find once there. Thanks.
Find # 3909 @ 10:05 AM. Third day on our way to Gympie, QLD to visit our son. Easy find, TNLN, Left my mark on the log, Thanx for placing this cache....
On a wet and dreary day I found a cache at Cross Roads on Newell, unfortunately there was no lizard awaiting my arrival.

Approached the wrong end first, of course, as is my wont! And eventually found the treasure pot underneath some camo, and signed the log with a flourish and a smile! Took white horse and left Treasure Pirate coin. TFTC in this excellent rest area near the Crossroads
I enjoyed approaching this one through the garden area and walking through the bush out the back to the cache.
so nice to take a break that also offers a distraction
thank you Oldbluedog for the fun.

A quick and easy drive by. Plenty of room to park the caravan. Left Yankee's Aussiebutterfly TB. TFTC.
We came this way from Dubbo last October but couldn't get to the cache as one of the many truckers had a dog that was very adamant in guarding his truck right in front of the cache; today we had better luck. TFTC JenneG & Budgy
Our last time passing through here I had no luck so this time I looked outside the square and sure enough there it was
Nice quick find. Made sure we were nice and quiet passing the sleeping trucks

Woke up here this morning after a few refreshing ales at the very friendly pub. Got a terrible coffee at the servo and wandered over for a quick find. Didnt get any attention from a couple of truckies there and noticed a possible old goldmine? Better spot on the other side of the road for kids. TFTC.
Nice easy spot to put Oly and easy find after mr Geo wandered to every possible location TFTC nice to stretch our legs. Well his anyway.
Travelling from Dubbo to Forbes today & picking up caches on the way.
A nice big parking spot for car & caravan.
Thanks Oldbluedog

Time constraints prevented me from doing as many caches as I would have liked to, only able to grab some as I travel through, will need to return and stay a while. SL..TFTC
Found on the 2012 Tour de Eclipse. Cache found in the last place we looked, which was as usual not the first place we looked. I left my swaps in the Pahero and I did not have anything of equal value in my pockets. Thanks for the cache guys, we love your work.

Found on the great Eclipse Trip of 2012 with Freddo. No lizards seen!
A day of caching from Dubbo West Wyalong - the town just west of Wyalong. A day we got up close and personal to the Dish (no cricket played...). A road trip with a chance to stretch the legs with a cache is a good thing.
Thanks to Oldbluedog and clear skies from TeamAstro.

A quick find once we found the correct approach, on our way to Dubbo. TFTC. Signed and on our way to see family!!
Found pretty quickly. Needs new log as old one is completely full!! Last geocaching stop for us today on the way to Dubbo. TFTC!
One of 225 finds during a Brisbane and back drive. Went to Brisbane for 5 days with my family flying up and back while I drove with a car load of stuff for our working holiday. Well a holiday for me and my boys while Leanne had a wedding expo to attend, but we did manage to get to Sea World for a day, where we had a great time, before they flew back.
After some caching in Melbourne it was on to Tocumwal for the night then two more days to Brisbane. Five days there then the same trip back but in reverse. A total of 4516 km travelled with 225 caches found and even a couple of interstate FTFs along the way. The trip turned out to be a trial run almost for a Solar eclipse / Cairns trip I'm doing in November.
After caching in Melbourne I made my way to Tocumawal where I stayed at Blacklegends place (he was in Melbourne) for the night in his newly renovated caravan - very comfortable. Getting some good sleep I was up and on the road, picking up some local caches before getting onto the Newell Hwy and starting the trek north.
This seems to be a popular place for trucks to have a break but i was able to park very close to GZ and after a bit of a hunt around located the cache. TFTC.

We stopped to find this cache and have a chance to stretch our legs on a long road trip. Whilst it was nice to be able to add another 'find' to our list of caches found we actually thought this location was far from nice and felt very uncomfortable letting our children get out of the car and help look for the cache.
Found this cache on day 1 of our trip from Canberra to the Sunshine Coast. We drove into the large dirt carpark and parked not far from GZ. As mentioned in the log by pprass, we also found the cache about 8m away from the listed coords. TFTC.
On the way home from Warwick to Melbourne with the oldies and grabing the odd cache on the way. Can't take too long as we need to try and get home for the Grand Final on Saturday.
Grabbed this one on the way back after missing on the way up due to muggles in the car park. Found by an excited muggle aunt.

A nice quick find after a stop up the road to reward our geokids with an ice block after completing the earth cache in Peak Hill.
We parked close, but left the kids in the car so they would wake the nearby sleepers.
A quick, easy find. We took the US coin for our geogirl. She left a poppy behind in its place.

No lizards but nice place for a hide. Left TB Canche Movers. Seemed a very appropriate place for it for a rest stop TFTC
Found at 11:49 AM GAFF1 at a distance of 8 metres. We didn't feel out of place with our van in this car park - although we were still only half the length of one of those huge B Doubles! The co-ords took us to the wrong end to begin with.
Thanks Oldbluedog

Quick find by geokids and friend. Needs new log book as this one is full - shows how popular it is.
Full log here but a quick sortie from a warm car enabled me to find a spot to note my visit.
pulled in and a few truck parked, but superpops managed to locate cache without being noticed. tftc
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
A fairly quick find for us today as we were heading down to MEGA. The bull-dust was lots of fun, and we soon had the cache in hand

Only one B-double here today, and no sign of the driver - so I really had the place to myself.
I did notice the sign on the far side of the road, and realised the cache name.
Thanks, Robmc.

My birthday present cache. Truck muggles nearby but with my orange vest, I look like a legit Council worker so no-one pays any attention. Thanks and cheers.
Happy to find this one after a DNF first thing this morning.....Log almost full with very few spaces left....all dry and in good condition. Had to park our rig with lots of trucks while locating the cache.
