Hi
It appears that this cache has been inactive for quite some time. Is it going to be replaced or should it be archived to make room for possible future caches? If the cache owner does not contact me within Three Weeks, I'll assume the cache needs to be archived.
While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other cachers from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if you haven’t done so already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.
I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and am looking forward to seeing your cache up and running in the future.
Thanks for your understanding,
Regards,

Decided to come and visit this park before meeting up with a group to head off to Brown's Island as I had some time to kill. Found the right side of the stream and gave the area a good search. Found something that fit the hint but no cache (did find a number of balls in the stream though).
This cache has defeated me. I looked in all sorts of possible locations giving a radius of about 12m from GZ. Found several nice hiding holes but no cache. It's a bit flooded today but I don't think that had anything to do with my DNF.
I tried the other side of the stream until I realised I couldn’t see an example of the hint. But as I was searching and was about to give up a horde of young guys got out of their car and were wandering around aimlessly near my car and around where I was searching, so decided to head of and search another day. So no go for me today.
Another one that I had visited before and missed. Today, I expanded to just the right place and spotted the camo. TFTC.
Parked the car at the end of the road and walked across to GZ. At first I looked around a feature that matched the hint, but the geo sense soon said that it could not be right. Expanded the search, and eventually found the cache, well camouflaged.
I’m on a roll today, much to ant’s chagrin! But usually the boot’s on the other got. Nice ducky little spot. TFTC
Took a bit to find but stuck with gut instinct and hey presto! Ducks were nice and friendly too
GPS was jumping a bit, stick to your instincts but be creative with your searching! Our first find! So exciting! Good luck!
I will admit, this one has had me stumped but today I was feeling the love and finally turned up the cunningly hidden and camo'd cache. Giving this an FP. TFTC and for continuing my daily streak (Day #350)
The GPS was bouncing around a bit due to the tree cover so we spent a bit of time going around in circles but a systematic approach eventually revealed the hiding spot.
There were lots of ducks around this morning, probably hoping we were going to give them some breakfast.
Thanks XenaCommander for a great hide in a beautiful location.

I was nearly a bit ducky myself as I retrieved this one. Nicely camouflaged. Bit muddy underfoot.
Today was a dot day and I also need to find old caches as part of a challenge I'm doing, so this cache fitted the bill nicely I was only using my phone instead of GPS and it was not very accurate... had me going all over the place. I looked in the same place numerous times but I finally spotted another sneaky place and found the cache... nice bit of camo. The ducks were very interested as to what I was up to TFTC!
Found myself nearby with casaba3 who had found this a couple of years ago and she encouraged me to detour and make a find. Turns out the issue I had with my GPSr last weekend as not resolved and although I had the caches on the map I couldn't get into the caches to find out anything about them or get exact location. With the vague memories of my sister I started looking around and eventually found the cache. Mama duck came past on the grass very protective of her ducklings and we wondered about there being any ducklings at all at this time of year! Very apt anyway seeing the name of the cache. Thanks for the hide XenaCommander!
I was idling the rainy day away looking at challenge caches I will probably never do and saw that I have never found one by a CO whose name starts with "X" so I thought if there was a break in the weather we could pop out and find one.
Finally the rain relented so we came down here and after a quick DNF up the road had a look for this one. Geowife made the find, while the ducks might not normally be right on the spot, they could swim right up to it today due to the deluges we've had over the last few days. The cache was just out of the way of the stream flow and we were able to get it, sign the log and replace. Thanks for bringing us here, cache in very good condition.

Very well hidden! Found the spot but didn't find it. Not near the first "fallen" tree we found . On second look mel found it!
Thought this was going to take a while but geo sense made for a quick find.
Nicely hidden cache.

Very tricky one. Found ourselves on the wrong side at first then drove around to right side but then gps wanted on the other side again - blow! Couldn't be bothered going around again so searched on the side we were on and then gps seemed to direct us to our side but no luck there. GPS was just all over the show. Eventually checked somewhere and spied the camo. Not exactly what I was expecting with the hint but does make sense. TFTC
Initial thoughts about being on the "wrong side" were unfounded. GPS a little jumpy but once it settled a quick find was made. All in good order. TFTC. Daily streak continued - Day 498.
Took a while, but should have been easy. Checked the area about 10 times before suddenly, just before leaving, I took a different look at it and, found it! TFTC and nice cammo. #19
My daughter and I found it after a bit of searching around the trees. Thanks for the cache.
Hubby found it! Descriptions and hints right on but took us far too long, very clever!! Dropped off a trackable and a GeoKrety
I was initially on the wrong side of the stream, but spied what I thought might be the hint item from there. Once on the right side, my gps took me somewhere else, but I couldn't find any likely spots so I went to the place I had spied from across the stream and voila, there it was, nicely tucked away, 10m from where my gpsr said it should be. There sure are a lot of ducks here!
Doing a 50 day geocaching streak with some of my geo caching buddies. This was my cache for the day.
Took us a little while, but after reading a few logs we found it. nice camo

Am currently attempting a 50-day caching streak challenge with some of my caching buddies, so needed a cache for today. But it's Saturday.... why stop at one????
Having attended the nearby Squirrel event, UncleSamNZ and I decided to find a couple more caches on our way home. This was the second one we attempted (the first being a DNF), and it took us a few minutes... we checked a few places, and then stopped and looked at some logs, determined not to have to log another DNF. Frustratingly, this cache turned out to be in the spot that I had already spent a few minutes checking.... UncleSam walked up to it and found it within seconds.... turned out that I hadn't checked THAT spot!!!
TFTC... This was day #21 of 50!!!

A nice quick find while doing some caching on our visit to Auckland. Thanks for the hide !! TFTC
Beautiful day for caching and wandering amongst the ducks, our fourth find of the day so far. Great hide, cool camp. Feels like you're so much further out of Akld. TFTC.
Out after work, grabbing some caches and some fresh air. Having found Laminated Bridge, a short distance up the road and another cache. Coords took me to a likely looking spot where a grabbed a seat on tree - just made for this cache. Having looked at the most likley spot, without moving off the built in seat, cache was spotted. Recovered, TNLNSL and returned cache as found. Thanks for the placement XenaCommander, and the spot on coords.
Nice camouflage, I could not find it the first time I tried a few weeks ago and took me a while today, but finally spotted it, and it was where I thought it would be all along. Nice touch with the camo log book too! #21

#1151. The consolation cache for missing out on the nearby laminated bridge cache. Just to get the confidence back up again after feeling deflated at missing the other one. This one was a quick find with a good hint and accurate coordinates. Nice camo bag. Thanks for the cache.
Last visited in Feb 2009; had to check it out again! The pen or pencil has gone walkabout, so it's byo for a bit.
Needed just a couple more caches for the GIO license I am working on and this one fit the bill with a different D/T rating. Had the right structure but missed it on the first pass but soon found it. Saw lots of ducks and pukekos. The kids had fun clambering over the trees here.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
This was fun and wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the trees that we were allowed to climb on.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
The trees here were so much fun to climb. Mum (keylev) made the find because we couldn't find it.
Thanks for the cache.

The swing nearby was great entertainment while waiting (and waiting and waiting) for my father to find it. Tftc
What a lovely park that we never knew existed. thank you for bringing us here. TFTC
Found this a while ago and just updating now; loved the container! Great cache! TFTC
I've been meaning to find this one for years but never made it to GZ. Today was the day i was going to rectify the problem and turn this one into a smiley at long last.
Found myself at the wrong side of the stream at first so i hopped back in the car and moved. From there, it was a short walk to GZ. Cache was quickly found while trying to look inconspicuous to the muggles sitting on the seat closeby. They didn't even know i was there as i found the cache, signed the log and returned to the car without them even looking up. TFTC XenaCommander, a lovely spot that ive never been to before.

Very exciting! Our first ever geo cache! Had to go twice as we didn't really know what to look for, but loved it when we found it! Right under our noses...
A final cache on my evening stroll, picking up caches in Parnell and Hobson Bay. TFTC

Love this cache, love the clue and the container! Dylan.Owen picked up the TB who was out hunting with me today, and we were both excited as it was our first Trackable!!! TFTC.
On the wrong side to start with and totally freaked out from being mobbed by everytype of bird!!! SCARY! but as noted the cache is away from the birdies. Phew! TFTC Nice camo
I purchased a new GPSr and just had to test it out. Having a limited about of time I decided to go for a short drive to grab a nearby unclaimed cache. This turned out to be a quick and easy find with the new device performing well. TFTC
Left early to go to today's CITO event in the domain and collected a few caches on the way in. We were a little out at first and then managed to find it, though had to wait for a family of muggles to make their way out of view before we could retrieve and sign. The kids enjoyed playing in the fabulous climbing tree on the other side of the park. Swapped the trashy for a little turtle. Thanks XenaCommander.
