01-Nov-11
This one has had several needs maintenance logs posted and no response from owner. The cache is obviously a regular stopover of some local muggles.

01-Nov-11
Quick stopover after work today. Thankfully the area here was deserted and found the container quickly. Was again out in the open and left open. No contents. TFTC.

Found with the rest of Geo family. Looks like someone has left a temporay log. Farewell Spodge and good luck on your exploration of Earth. TFTC.

07-Oct-11
Found this cache neatly tucked away and empty (as previously logged). Created a new temporary log book out of some packaging and this cache is up and running again. Found a 20 cent coin hidden in the bark of the tree so we added that to the cache.

08-Sep-11
Found container near GZ. Empty sadly. log book and trackable missing. Have hidden the container as per (I think) original location. Attempted to hide from muggles. If you are looking for this one, please bring a log book to place in it. Smile Canyonero Crew.

08-Sep-11
Found container empty on ground. Re-hid. Needs new log book. Didn't leave anything. Needs maintenance.

17-Jul-11

11-Jun-11
We stopped here to eat lunch on a very cold, slow caching day out with the geodogs.
We headed over towards the cache, following behind the worlds slowest walking muggle and his dog. They eventually went around the corner and we headed in for a quick find. Then Mr Muggle comes back around the corner. Mr N hid behind a tree with cache in hand and I wandered back to the path acting casual Red Face A quick chat with Mr Muggle about dogs and he headed on his way again, seemingly without noticing the larger gentleman behind the tree Big Grin
Anyway, cache is safe and sound but there is no TB in it.
Thanks happyharries

15-Feb-11
A nice walk in up the path and we had this cache in hand fairly quickly. It was slightly visible and we made sure it was hidden and the spot looked more natural when we left. We did a bit of CITO at this cache carrying away a convenient plastic bag and half a dozen empty beer bottles. Didn't have to take them far as the Boy Scouts next door had their bins out. Cache was wet, as everything seems to be in the rain today. We tipped out some water but sorry, had nothing with which to dry it. We were soaking ourselves. The log was dry though and we signed our names. Thanks for the cache happyharries.

15-Feb-11
Good quick find on a cool geocaching day - cool because it kept raining on us. Quick find because the area seems to have been cleared out by people using the spot for a drinking spree. I decided not to leave a trackable for that reason. We covered the container with twigs and leaves. Surprised this one is visited more often.

13-Feb-11
Easy find. Once again though, showed up to take a teachable that wasn't there. Also, cache was full of water. Emptied it out as much as I could.

09-Feb-11

A nice easy find and very quiet here today. TFTC

30-Jan-11
Found quite quickly, and guarded by what appeared to be a double-headed caterpillar, we spent longer waiting for our companions, who were waiting for us at a different spot! A phone call sorted it out, and we were soon reunited. TFTC. =•,•=

It helps if I had put the right GPS coordinates in. Whoops. Lucky the iPhone was pointing us in the right direction. Found by team Micra at 1:50pm. TNLN. TFTC. SL.

Found by team micra after washing our car this arvo at the carwash next to the park. Spent a bit of time looking around the wrong tree thanks to a GPSr operator error!! Eventually the iPhone got there. TNLN. TFTC.

First cache found, out of about 5. Used clue and found easily. Both log and cache are soaked, needs maintenance. Left c3-po, TFTC.

16-Jan-11
Well this looks to be a busy little cache today. I found the cache and noticed someone nearby so I shot off about 20m from GZ to inspect the cache. Err.. wheres the log? After pouring the water out of the cache, I looked up the person was near GZ. Some introductions yielded it was ISTJ. (Very nice too meet you Smile) I decided to leg it back to the car and get a new log book and plastic bag. After a chat with ISTJ, I re-hid the cache and thats when I found the log book - under where the cache had been. As the log book was in a shocking condition, I collected it and left the new log book in the cache. TFTC happyharries Smile

16-Jan-11
Saw there was a geocache near where I grew up so checked it out. Met another geocacher (can't remember his nick) who was there finding it at the same time! He replaced the log book because the old one was wet. TFTC!

Found this one today while enquiring for a new GPS in the area Wink
Found the box lying on th ground as the wood had been a little treamed by the BCC gardeners.
I placed the box some 50meters further.

The new coordinates are :

Still where it says so in the Hint !

03-Apr-10
Second time lucky! Think we saw another geocacher lurking around? We weren't about to give up a second time, though, so we dove straight in.. found it quickly this time. Cache is a bit damp but the log is dry!

Agree with all the previous comments about the mozzies: bring repellent! Got bitten to death in our two minutes hunting.

01-Apr-10
No luck today--obviously need to come back once my caching skills have improved! My GPS struggled a bit with the tree cover, thought I had it for sure a few times, but no go. Ended up admitting defeat when a group of people arrived nearby to set up a bbq.

After decrypting a previous log just now, I'm sure I know where it is.. might have to go back later and try again.

11-Mar-10
Found this one today - watch out for all the mozzies

We think that the co-ords are a bit out, probably because it had been found in the open and rehidden. However, it is there and only requires a bit of thought to find the hidey hole.

A fun Thursday find (although logged on friday) - quite a few possible hiding spots .... cache quite damp, although the book was nice and dry. cheers

09-May-09
It's been a while since my last Madmyers find so didn;t really know where to start looking. Read the hint and thought OK, that shouldn;t be too difficult.... That was until I arrived and saw all the vines....

I scoured around for 5 minuntes or so then stood back looking for typical hiding spots. Went to a likely hidy hole and bingo, cache in hand.

Thanks to MM for tucking this one away and keeping it safe.

Cheers

26-Apr-09
Ok we found the cache laying on its side out in the open in plain view. Don't know if muggles had found it and left it out - or an animal has evicted it from it's hiding spot. But we couldn't find anywhere that it even looked like it had come out of so we found a new spot - relatively close by. Our thoughts were that if muggles had found it at least we might have foiled them by moving it slightly. You need to think vines to find it now. Only moved it by about 3 feet from where we found it in the open. Thanks for the cache.

14-Apr-09
Found it fairly easy, TNLN Thanks

01-Mar-09
Our very first find in a park close to home. There were two Tawny frogmouths that seem to be nesting very close to GZ. I nearly stepped on one before I saw it, their camouflage is very good and they just don't move. Hiding in plain sight I guess.

I was driving past and the GPS went 'PING' so I thought I should try a quick stop/find.
Sure enough, even though we just had a large storm, this cache was still nice and dry.

05-Nov-08
Interesting how often I spot "workers" parked in "out of the way" spots in parks during the working day...mmmmm. Luckily the trees provided sufficient cover (although I suspect the "worker" was napping anyway). GPS all over like a mad-woman's breakfast - but hey, who needs a GPS with a geo-sign like that?!?!?!? Thanks for the cache happyharries - svn07
