We were in the area today so thought of making a quick find. We walked past the "street sculpture" and also read the some local history along the way which was interesting . We walked along the track and arrived at GZ. Not long after we found the cache . Thanks for the cache Rogainer . TFTC!!!
TFTC! I found with a first time geocacher. It still had a Christmas card in it
Tried this one a year ago and couldn't find it but it was an easy find today.
Was an easy find and had some great stuff in it! Did get attacked by a spider though!! Overall was a great first time Geocache find!!
Easy find, thanks to the coordinates and the hint. Noticing a theme with these trackables peeps as the trackable noted in this cache is no longer enclosed. We took the rubber whale . Watch out for webs! Sneaky Squirrels
This is the 2nd time I've been to this cache.. The first time I found it, took lots of pictures then walked away without signing it So today I was back to sign my name in the log - it was about 5m away from where I found it the first time and looks like an animal has given it a good chew Still appears waterproof though! TFTC
I grew up in a street off this park and spent many of my childhood years playing in the creek, on the playground at the bottom of the hill and riding my bike through the trails. I've been in Canada for the better half of the last 5 years and it seems quite fitting I find this one first upon my arrival. It's good to be back in the 4122! TNLN - will return with some Canadian swag, SL, TFTC! ???
What a lovely area for a stroll. We had great parking, great co-ords what else can we ask for. the listed TB is not in the cache. SL TFTC
As there was two caches in this piece of land, I parked on the street and made my way to this one first. A little off the park and into the grass, I discovered this one safe and sound away from prying eyes. TFTC Rogainer
popped in here this afternoon now that it has been replaced. Quick find in the usual Geo hide. Left some Christmas themed swag signed log. TFTC
5/11/16, 5:03 pm Find #1413
I found the nearby remnant and headed over here for this one which I saw had recently been replaced.
Where I parked there was a cool fence made from old rails.
I wandered in and made a quick find once I'd pulled all of the camp out of the way.

Cache replaced. A bit of swag deposited for the kiddies. Cache is back up & good to go. Please note cache is now a medium size vitamin container. TFTC Rogainer & bringing me to this lovely piece of bush in Suburbia.
Nope, geoteen & I had a good search. No containers to be found. Maybe CO could come & check on this one? Photo shows empty hollow log. The same one as in all the other pics
Unfortunately did not find today. Positive I found the location but no cache was there. Interested to keep an eye on this one and see if it just got the better of me or if it's gone missing.
Quick and easy park and grab! Love these type of caches . Found a trackable will move it along on its journey home. Tftc
First medium find did this one in the darkness of night a bit scary but fun as I was with a friend showing him what geocache is all about.
Trying to find a home for a trackable from Holland +partner suggested we take it to Holland Park. Good idea. So it has been dropped off here. Easy find a nice enough walk. If you have little ones there is an excellent new playground in the other side of where you park.
No other trackable a were in the cache when we got here.
TFTC.

Found Wally.
Took the panther, left a gnome.
Nice easy find, even though, had to dodge the watchful neighbour & dog walkers.

We found it! Kids were on the playground but they were too busy having fun... nice spot
Well if it is looking out for the slithery friends, it is watching out for the kids in the area.
Luckily they went the other way to the playground and it is not only the little kids, its the teenage ones as well. Girls going for girl talk in the playground.
Luckily I was sneaking the other way and hiding out in the bush.
Quickly signed the log and rehid well and headed back to the geomobile.
Noone in my stretch of land.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Rogainer All good with this cache

Thank you for bringing us to this lovely piece of bushland, found a great playground nearby for the geokids too. Took nerf bullet, left some swaps. TFTC!
Found this one while out riding today. Normally I ride greenslopes-coorparoo where it is nice and flat, but I've now got my quota of hills for the month!
Remnant - Space was my first find way back in 2009.

I found this one during a mad race against the setting sun to find a cache for today. Luckily it was a reasonably easy find in the near-dark. It's nice to know there are remnants of bushland in suburbia for animals and people to enjoy. TFTC
Went for a nice walk to the park to kick the footy with the girlfriend. This was our first geocache. Really enjoyed it. Tftc
Previous loggers were not wrong about the loooooong grass.
Easy find once in past the grass.
Now to find my way out.
Always worse than going in. I think the excitement of finding a cache makes it easier.
Eeek so many spider webs.
Tftc rogainer.

Nice easy find once we got near GZ, though we did a bit of bush bashing to get to it, haha. Not the easiest way! We were discussing about the terrain while we were trekking in, but as Tdimdad signed the log I noticed what we always notice after we get there, the easier way in! We'll take that way back please! TFTC! Turns out this path actually takes us pretty much to where we parked the car! If only we knew .... But then where would the fun be?

With Sezzz we took the T2.5 route in, only to find that the T1.5 was available right next to the GZ. Well, these things happen. To our defence I can way that the start of the trail was rather overgrown, that's why we missed in the first place.
The GZ was obvious and little poking quickly produced the container. Sweet!
TFTC, Rogainer!

Smilie #2137
Having an hour to fill in while waiting for favourite local dining establishment to open we thought we'd grab a few more smilies for our map. We spotted 4 likely candidates & this was the 1st.
A quick find here

The listed TB is NOT in here.

Found it! Wasn't too keen on the long grass but lots of treasure for young ones to find
I headed here from a nearby cache. As I parked the car, my heart sunk a little when I saw the height of the grass. I decided to take a look anyway. It was then that I spotted a feint cacher trail through the grass to the clearer bush in behind the long grass. So off I went. It wasnt long before I was at GZ and located the cache. I signed the log and returned the cache to its hiding place, using a bit more coverr than when I found it
Have only been geocaching for a week and realising the GPS on my (old) mobile is not very good. Despite this, sent half the family straight ahead and told them to look around using the clue. I didn't hold out much hope doing it this way so kids were so excited to find it! Swapped some treasure. TFTC.
