I have been unable to find a replacement apparatus for the first waypoint and have decided to lay this one to rest. Many thanks to all that have found it and it was fun being a part of the Kids cache event.

Just having some difficulty finding a replacement device for the first location if i cant find a replacement I may just leave it as a regular cache.
Visited the cache site this afternoon and the container at the first waypoint has gone. After a general search the final cache container (20 litre ammo can) was found and recovered. It appears damp but fine and the log book is in excellent condition. I have the final at home for some maintenance and will put it back online this week either as a multi or a regular.
I was planning to check on this one this week until then I am better taking it offline.

Had a good search of the posted co-ordinates and have some photos of GZ (based on the hint). I'm fairly sure this one has gone.

Pretty sure this has been muggled! Found a very likely place with a big rock and good chunk of bark nearby but nothing there. It sounded like lots of fun. Geo kids had dancing shoes on and all!!
We had a really good look around for this but couldn't find it. We enjoyed the park though. Thanks anyway.

Beethoven we will never be...
But I tell you what, we had fun with this one (carefully of course!).
Took the stationary container & left a heart stamp pen.
TFTCSL, find #183 for Echo & Spice.

This one was great fun, very novel idea. Like the last log said though it is very damp in the cache, maybe a extra lid or something is needed. TFTC.
I will drop by over the next week and do a naintenance visit for the dampness. I wonder if Coffee grounds would work like cilica gel sachets.
What a great cache idea. The kids just loved it. Geo Son and Daughter both tried out the mechanism. Found the actual cache pretty easily, but the lid was sure difficult to remove.
The cache is pretty damp inside unfortunately.
Thanks Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan - the effort really showed. (Must be the Coffee!)

It just started to drizzle when we arrived here. A short walk back along the road, and a quick discussion about which side of the road it was on, and the first puzzle was in hand. As Chewin' said, Jen worked them out by looking at them (don't you hate that ). Chewin' had to try and play them anyway. Just as well we had Jen because I didn't recognize the tune when played .
A short walk and the final was in hand.
Thanks for the fun puzzle, Robmc.

Thanks for the fun puzzle, Robmc.
Came up into the area to buy a new car for Geojen which we picked up within a kilometre of this cache location, so the very first place we went was down this dirt road in the rain and managed to get the new car all muddy in the first ten minutes. Anyway found the cache easily enough and Geojen deciphered the songs without even playing most of them. Thanks indeed for an entertaining cache and for a muddy car we are now not allowed to wash. Doh.
Found @ 4:15pm.
I had a good time with this cache, making up tunes for a while. Found cache after a 15 minute search. Cache had a fair amount of water in it. I emptied it out and dried off the contents best I could. TNLN.

A stinking hot day, so I headed into the hills for a few caches. This one wasn't too far away, and I've always liked the "Fun and Exciting" kids ones, so I had to check it out. A very nice bit of work it is too - just the right level of interest with a good combination of sights and sounds to really appeal to the targeted age group. I've always fancied myself as a concert pianist (just kidding ) so it really appealed to me too. I've visited this reserve when it's been very cold, misty and wet - and despite the hypothermia I got that time, I think I'd still take it over the heat stroke I got today - phew!!!
TNLN
Thanks Mr Coffee and the Coffettes

27th find of the day at 4:09pm. Accompanied by Feathertop on our Eastern Suburbs for a day Bash. These are the best puzzle caches to solve for me I must be a child at heart. TNLN, Signed Log, Thanx Mr. Coffee and the Coffee Clan....
Oenze and I were sitting by the side of the road playing tunes when a car pulled up with its owner searching for his lost dog. I dont know what he made of us and we hadn't seen his dog either. Cache was soon found as our combined musical talent soon had the tunes nutted out. TNLN. Thanks for the challenge.
Had a great time on this cache. One of the best I've done. Enjoyed the music lesson. Found GZ after a short search. TFTC.
Had great fun with this one! They didn't have these when I was a kid! Did the task easily enough and found the cache fairly easily as no doubt intended. Took eraser, left rooster. Great container. Thanks Mr Coffee and the "we can all be kids, just for one day" Clan.
Found @ 16:30 With Next!. At first we didn't agree on the second one at waypoint one, but after reading the sheets correctly we got it.
NOTE: this cache was completly uncovered when we found it, I spotted in from ten meters away. It is now well covered and hard to spot uuntil you are on top of it.
- Bug Smiley Sam taken In: stationery set Out: green lizard

Found today by new chums dandg out for their first caching day with penndragon. Took christmas baubles and left hair clip set. Enjoyed the whole experience thanks coffee clan.
Found by the Swaggies today at 1055. This was swaggie2’s return to caching after a severe back injury which had her laid up for two months. I picked a nice approach road with just a “few†corrugations to test her back. She handled it well. We enjoyed the tunes, and picked the right one. Logged the cache.
In Xmas ear rings.

Third of seven finds for the day in company with acts2youthgroup. I liked the method of determining the coordinates. [^] In fact, I was able to guess the first tune merely by looking at the numbers (my sister, barcoder, had a xylophone when she was younger, and I learnt how to play that tune 'by the numbers', and I have never forgotten it). However, even after playing the second tune, I misidentified it. Acts2YG suggested that I tried again, and with a little more application I got it right the second time around.
I found it at 1150. As others have mentioned, one of the clips on the lid doesn't work. However, the other two do work: very well! I managed not to break a finger (are the Coffees and pprass in collusion?). I failed to see the two TBs in the cache, but then, I didn't look for them either--didn't know they were in there. I made no exchange at this one. Thanks to the bean botherers for the cache.

Found on the way to the event. The first location was a very easy find and the device was straight forward and the puzzle solved in seconds. Waypoint two was where the danceing under the tree cover took place but before long the cache was found.
Removed substantual quantitys of organic matter from the container seal.
TNLNSL
Replaced lid however could only close 2 of 3 clips as number 3 simply refused to cooperate could be worth a check.
A nice quiet park I spent a good few hours in siting under a tree chewing over data regarding the 13th cache.
Thanks Coffee clan

Out and about with Mrs Coffee this morning, we decided that I should attempt this cache before heading home. The device at Wpt 1 was great and after a couple of false starts I had the correct co-ords and headed off for a nice easy find, this is a cache that kids will love, another one I will have to return to with my nieces
Thanks to the Coffee Clan for a fun experience

Found by Mary & David at 1750. What a lovely area, which we hadn't seen much of before. Enjoyed seeing a few wildflowers and , of course, the 'device'. We both had a go with much mirth. A huge container too. Took pack of playing cards, left a pack of poultry and game recipe cards. Our thanks to Mr. Coffee and the Clan.

Found by the Pickupfamily at 4pm, after enjoying doing the tunes. Just right, one for Pickupfamily Daughter, and one for Pickupfamily Son. And then there was the improvisation.
The cache container was the only one of its type we had seen before. One of the three clips was open when we arrived and we couldn't get it shut either when we finished, but I figure it is secure enough.
Pickupfamily Dad particularly enjoyed the flora around here. The first time I've seen the ~1.5m-high shrub with the small yellow flowers, which I think may be some type of Pimelea, very pretty scattered through the bush.
Thanks Coffees for your cache. We left the Smiley Sam (blue glass orb) TB as there was plenty of room in this sizeable cache.

Rated: for Overall Experience
Found the device and knew which tunes they were, but still had to give it a go anyway, just to confirm it (and for a bit of fun). I noticed that the protective bag had a small hole in it. However, from the way it is folded/wrapped, I don't think it will cause a problem.
Once at GZ, the cache was located after a couple of minutes following the GPS around in circles. No exchange was made. Thanks for the cache, and for the few minutes of being maestro and exercising my musical finger.
PS Dropped off TB Olympic Moose

This was also the best cache of the day, but a little tough on me at the last area. I solved the puzzles and sent caughtatwork in to find the cache, then we all made our swaps. Thank you Mr.Coffee and the "Ho Ho Ho" Clan.
Found by caughtatwork at 2:36
Another great cache that had all of us gobsmacked.
WoW!
We all had a go on the device and the two kids guessed what was needed in no time at all and took to the hunt.
The big wooses sent me in to find the cache as GZ was a little bit tough to sumble around in for GabGab, but after letting the GPSr settle under the trees, the cache was soon in hand.
Took stars, left bubblemix.
Thanks Mr.Coffee and the Coffee Clan. This was declared a joint 'cache of the day' by GabGab and very much worth the trip across from the west.

Lots of fun all round. Every one had to have a turn, even mum and dad. Found the cache. The kids were very excited by the contents. Took a tie and reindeer, Left Lizzard and cards.
Also moved on theRed hen travel bug.

Wow! This was our first cache in the series of caches participating in the Fun & Exciting caching event, and we loved it! It has set the standard high. This little chookies team have been making devices for a long time, and loved doing someone elses. The first location was easy & convenient, & the young chicks decided to sit on the front of the mobile chook shed, whilst demonstrating their skills for Mr music. Once the final coords were established, (quickly & easily by a couple of smarty pants little chicks, whilst an old fart rooster looked on in surprize), we then headed off excitedly for GZ. We found GZ easily, well covered, & with the lid well in place, (however found only 2 of the 3 lid clamps were working completely -one seems to be a little faulty.) The kids opened the stash, swapped a 12 pack of colored crayons in for a bottle of bubbles out, & rehid the cache carefully & well.
Well done to Mr Coffee & the Narre Warren Maestro's Association. This was indeed a Fun & Exciting cache for the kids to do, as well as very enjoyable for us oldies to watch & assist.

Dear Coffee Clan,
We were out repairing one of our own nearby caches and we thought we would swing past here to grab this one. A fun cache and an easy find at both points. We were glad that nobody walked past while we were solving it. Thanks for the cache. We left TB RedHen.
Kind Regards,
D & H B-A

Found at 9.25pm GAFF1. On a warm and balmy evening, we ventured out to get 2 nearby caches rather than stay and watch Spick's & Specks (darn it - we missed S&S!!) We got to GZ and as expected there was this interesting little game that we had to perform to get the final co-ords. My first guess was way out and on the second performance c-pprass got it nailed. The second part was a cinch as this time p-pprass played the game and got into the rythm. Pushed our way through some scrub and found the cache nearby. Thanks for a very entertaining concept Coffee's. Took: Travelling Micro TB left: nothin'
ps: we better go and check our Tribal Contract cache to see if the cache container is still there!

Found the new listing this morning and treked off to the secluded region.Found the first cache "starter" pack and got into the "swing" of the tunes at 8.20 am!A lone horse rider went up the track and after a few musical tunes amongst the trees, got the bingo result desired hopefully!Shot off to the final destination and found the clever hide in the second spot .Well hidden despite its size too! After a bit of lock unfastening, penciled the logbook for a excited FTF and first of ten for the day .TNLN and a well recommended cache with a great selection of tunes for all to enjoy !!Many thanks to the Casey coffee clan for a well thought out mystery cache..fully recommended !!
