12:49The weather was perfect for caching today, the views were great, we found a variety of caches around the Adelaide Hills as we toured around, Woodside, Hahndorf and Nairne. Many caches today being quick finds in interesting locations and containing fabulous cache notes. Our thanks to 'Geo_Stik' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.37854*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*
Suscoe had a delightful day out in the Adelaide Hills with our great friends Phetlern. We enjoyed the scenic trip and the lovely little villages that we passed through. We saw lots of fruit trees, well maintained hedges, happy looking cattle, some Alpacas and lovely trees. It is really a great place to explore. We enjoyed the cache finds that we made. Thanks to Geo_Stik for this hide.
Out doing volunteer work, bit of down time.Oh look, close to a cache.TNLNSL TFTC Jeffjulie

Revisited, it's all a bit wet inside. Left a dream catcher necklace in a dry zip lock bag
Checked the 'post box' on the fence because it looked like a cache but that wasn't it! Found correct spot and kept a dwarf to eat the apple!!!
Nice easy drive-by cache at one of my fave wineries! Took doll dress, left apple. SL, TFTC.
Tftc came out tb hunting. Already found this but found again. Collected a 100th cache geotag:)
Oh yes! Just checked out Karkoo nursery and this was a quick grab on the way home. Took travel bug with sailor. It’s a bit rusty so will take home to clean and send it to a new cache tomorrow.
Rex and I had to meet our dog trainer Ruth at 12.30pm at Mt Barker[^], so I'd planned to wake up about 9am[|)][^]
Except I woke at 6am[|)], then muggle son woke at 6.30am[|)] and begged for a lift into work in town as the trains aren't running due to electrification
Dropped muggle son at his workplace[^] then drove a couple of streets over to say good morning to muggle partner at his workplace before he started Then we headed slowly for a newly published cache at Bradbury[^] which is obviously on the way to Mt Barker By day's end, I had 7 finds including 2 joint with Rod81w FTFs
Rex and I then spent 4 hours with Ruth before grabbing a cache or two on our way home, where ttrog was waiting to test my ebike in his car bike rack!
A quick and easy park and grab, although talking to Honeysucker was distracting

Thanks for the cache geo-stik. Condition poor, added a clean log sheet and bag. Nice sunrise today
A brilliant Sunday enticed us for a visit to the hills and on our return home, we stopped at a few geocaches. This was the first, an easy find on the side of the road with scarcely any other cars going past. TNLNSL TFTC

Plenty of time to go Caching in the picturesque Adelaide Hills in Fall, I love that! Pics were taken up here today with it being wet and foggy too... so moody

Had talked to gridge98 at an event during the week and he asked me if I wanted to go caching on Friday and as I had nothing else to do I said yes. It's always good to go caching rather than sitting at home doing other less interesting things. [^] We decided to meet in Stirling and cache around the hills as we both had plenty of caches that we hadn't found.
I love the Adelaide Hills wines so this was a good one to get. [^] Sadly today we were not stopping for wine tasting.

A short detour up the back roads to this old cache, found quickly.
A quick discussion the other night on a caching day out with @JJ52 for today, we decided to go up into the hills as we both had quite a few to find. A great day out in some areas I had never been, we cached around Uraidla, Oakbank and Nairne. A total of 44 finds and 2 did not finds for the day. Thanks to the Cache owners for their placements.

Found on a nice drive through the hills. Unfortunately, the cache had water inside of it and we could not sign the very damp log (it needs replacing). Would've replaced, but we didn't have our kit with us today. TFTC all the same
Stopped in at the winery, very friendly and helpful with great wine and service.
Lovely location for a find but a bit damp... was going to leave a trackable but swaps are a little mouldy so we'll take our friend elsewhere... tftc
Had to go to Mitre 10 to get a strainer post so decided to get a couple of caches on the way home.
Unfortunately we had a trailer so Dad didn't want to go wine tasting!

Ignoring the blatantly crafted marketing presented on the cache page,
I stopped by the front gate for a quick cache find
TFTC .... I think !!
I need a beer !!

As it is early morning, the option of wine tasting was not on the table. The cache was exactly where are GPS told us to look. The cache is in good condition. SL TFTC
