Farewell Dewgong... this cache has proven to be somewhat unsuccessful in this location so it is time to archive. I have posted the clues as an attachment on the final puzzle cache, so all is not lost - although there was alway another way for someone to find that cache without needing the clues in the 4 caches, but I don't think anyone ever put it all together.
Yep - the cache is gone (again...).
I probably won't be replacing this & am now considering other options in the area.

We must have just missed you. We were hunting around yesterday afternoon about 4pm and didn't find.
Were you out and about checking your caches yesterday because we saw someone possibly checking on their caches?

When we arrived at the carpark around lunch time...there were several muggle workers drinking beers!!! Mr Bushies2 went there by himself and found it easily. Thanks Tealby.
Lovely lakeside spot to bring Geobairn to have a run around. I'm sorry I won't get the chance to complete this series, but it's a nice place for a cave either way. I had to float around for a little bit and wait for some muggles to clear off, but a nice easy job once they'd left. TFTC
Happened across this one while out for a walk - I didn't even realise it had been reactivated. A quick find and not too difficult to replace safely, in spite (and in sight) of the large collection of muggles nearby.
TFTC.
I didn't notice any magnetism though? And, although I've been to PPT(c) and saw the puzzle piece on that one. Nothing on this one?

In Canberra for a Conference. So I took the opportunity to look for caches. Found this one quickly. TFTC
A great second find in canberra withe some geo pups. T f t hide.

Finally got around to replacing the cache this morning - apologies for the delay. If you are interesting in finding this cache & completing the series as it currently stands, I'd suggest you do so soon because I am planning a revamp of these caches & this one is one that is likely to be retired.
Found it on the floor of the park bench. Could not find the cahce : (
Stuck it back under the corner of the chair but needs serious maintenace.

Easy find. Had to come back. Last time had someone sitting right on top of it.
A very pleasant spot for a walk on a lazy Sunday afternoon, and plenty of other people seemed to think the same thing. Found the cache easily enough, but when I grabbed for it, it seemed to be glued to the spot - that's some magnet you have in there!
TNLN - Thanks Tealby!

Our first cache of the night brought us to this little park near lake BG. Quick find and we logged the cache and made a note of the clue. TFTC
Whoa. Forgot to log this one. Found it while casually wandering about looking for a new carp fishing spot. It WAS a pretty grunty magnet. Pity it seems to have gone walkabout.
Wow, great location at the lake, had the cache spotted from about 20 paces ..... then came the work, getting the wee beastie out of its hide! eventually got there and signed the log. Pity there is not enough time in this city to complete the set.

Man how many magnets did you put in that thing! Getting it out was harder than finding it! Nice area TFTC
Enjoyed a lovely walk along the lake today and a visit to the nearby Glassworks. Easy find and another Canberra cache. Getting a few done.... slowly!

Lots of muggles about for Skyfire - I really enjoyed the stealth that this required. Didn't encounter any wild pokemon but I did have a fun time being sneaky. Thanks for the super effective cache!
OMFG how strong is the magnet in this thing? Nicely done. The view here is beautiful and we were treated to a swan on a swim-by. TNLNSL TFTC
It was a very easy find. The clue really helped. Cool hiding spot and area. Afterwards, we had pizza on a nearby bench for dinner. The magnets are very very strong. There was a pathtag in there but already had it, so left it. TFTC.
Good to go - thanks to a very strong magnet from Norkmeister - you will need to have your weeties before attempting to remove the cache & watch your fingers when replacing. Please ensure the string is at the top near the opening to assist in extraction of the log book.
This one took two attempts today to replace - on my first attempt there were some bicycling muggles having a rest at GZ & they just wouldn't move on... I did get to check out the swans and ducks nearby while I was waiting, but in the end I moved on to my next cache for maintenance before coming back to do this one. The lake is looking very murky at the moment with lots of blue-green algae (yuk!) - there is a lot of undergrowth around too, with silver birches growing up from the exposed roots - what a difference some rain makes.
Looked and looked. I think it has disappeared. Tealby, can you possible check to confirm?
It looks like this one has gone walkabout - will replace as soon as possible, but it may not be until after Christmas.
Searched and searched, checked the clue, searched some more but in the end came up empty. Hope it isn't missing again.
We searched and searched for this one, then read the clue and the logs. It appeared the cache was AWOL - we had another in the Jeep so thought we would take the opportunity to replace it. We hope this is OK with Tealby.
We must have picked the right month to visit ACT as the trees near this GZ are in full bloom and deep pink and white flowers were everywhere. We took heaps of photos to remember them when we arrived back home.
thanks

Have to agree with Code1 - a thorough search in daylight revealed nothing. Either this one's gone wandering from the listed coordinates, or I need to go back to the Pokegym for further training!
In the dark with the park empty we found GZ but didn't find the cache .
Looked and felt all over/under.
Hope I just missed it but I think it might be gone.

I'd been in this park a few days previous, wondering if there was a cache there, but I spaced and didn't even look at my GPS. >.< Was a close retrieve and reseed, as a muggle beelined to my previous position shortly after I left. Another geocacher, perhaps?

an absolutely wet cold n miserable day! Great 4 caching because there were no muggles nearby! There wasn't anyone nearby! I've been 2 bus depot markets before but never noticed this little park with it's little canal. I had issues w internet so checked the spot out using pc at kingston library first. Saw cache as i was walking up. A quick grab, write up, and rush back 2 car to warm up n dry off! Left a petrock.
Found this as an impromptu while visiting the markets. Didn't realise it was a part a series, will have to come back with more time on my hands and caching as the intent. Thanks for the visit.
Found on an afternoon jaunt with Black Bunny and Candy Cane 101. Pleasant stroll. At first we thought that some muggles were sitting where we needed to be, but it turned out that they weren't too close, so we found it without problems. We did see a pair of lovely black swans.
A quick find with Just a cacher and Candy Cane 101. As we approached GZ some muggles were just settling in but fortunately they were not too close to where we needed to be.

The place was so nice with the flowers on the trees out. I can't wait to see it in spring. JAC, black bunny amd i found. Tftc
#93 - Found by geoboy this morning before going to soccer. Much easier when the cache is there, and the muggles are not!

The sun was shining but the wind was quite strong and very cold. Despite this the park was full and many radio controlled yachts were navigating the lake at high speed. Finding the cache was easy and nobody around, either walking briskly to keep warm or watching the yachts. TFTC
Got to GZ easy enough......by holding the legs of my jeans up so they didntget wet. Damn rain.

Nice and deserted round here this morning, absolutely nobody around to impede my search, except for the baloon drifting by overhead. OK, found, logged, replaced. Now I had better collect the rest of the series.
Sorry we did this one first and only got to one of the others. Maybe next time we will do the rest of the series.

Reconciling my finds and discovered that I'd forgotten to log this one on GC.com. TFTC
Swung byu this one about a month ago working off old info - was about to DNF it when I noted the off-line message - doh!!
Grabbed this one today after a frustrating weekend away down the coast (bad weather, busted clutch on friend's car etc) so a nice simple one that came to hand perfectly was much appreciated.
TFTC Tealby, and the PT.

Finally stopped by today & replaced the cache. The magnet in this one is not quite so strong, but it is wedged in & should stay in place. Please just add you caching name & date to conserve space in the log book.
DNF while walking the East Basin loop. Got a fright when geoboy DID find a syringe
Checked both obvious locations near GZ, then read the clue and checked them both again - no cache found.

Reckon we were on the money by the clues. There was no where else but came up empty handed.
Can this be checked whether still exists. Are here for visit from SA.

An easy find, but the cache is in need of maintenance. It's lost its end and the only contents are the log sheet and the magnet. TFTC
Spied a nappy change going on near GZ, so sat this find out a bit from 50m away.
After they left, approached, only to notice another likely hide, which was where we found it. However GZ WP was correct, we just assumed too soon. Thanks

A picnic was hapenening right at ground zero. We told them we were on a scavanger hunt and could we disturb them for just a minute. Had the cache in hand in a sec with no suspision! Nice hide. SL
A nice amble down the path to this one but on arrival, GPS would have had me at the wrong GZ... That was soon rectified however and I had the container in hand... [^]
A couple of excercising muggles on the lakeside path but otherwise, all nice and quiet... Just the way we like it right...
Cheers Tealby.

Found without any problems. Beautiful colours down here in the early morning light. TFTH
Nice hide and use of ex IT equipment. Great spot for a lunch time stroll.
The cache container lid has come off the hinge but otherwise all good at GZ. One more clue attained. TNLN TFTC!

Found without too many problems on our walk around this part of the lake today. With the Canberra Carp Out in full swing there was plenty of traffic, but no one seemed to notice us signing the log.

Nice view from the location. Easy find with few people about on a weekday morning. TFTC!
We were staying in Canberra with family and went for a ride to find a few. I did not know about the series and just picked a few close ones to do. So we found this one easily about 6 at night, It's nice to be out with daylight saving
Thanks, we had a ride around the lake too.

Heaps of swans about today - a few looked very interested in the dinner we had bought from a nearby food van. We got here just as the afternoon rain was clearing up and it was lovely. TFTC
After a cycle around the Lake I dropped by this for a quick cache. Not as quick as I thought as a couple were sitting and enjoying each others company.
They eventually moved on and I moved in.

Set up my daghter for a pinic with her boyfreind. Will tyr to do rest o Pokemon trail. Recorded the clue.
As we came from the coast we had to ask the people to move so we could grabb this one. Which then led to a 40 minute discusion about caching. Hopefully we have introduced a couple to this great sport

Well here we are at our 300th cache. A quick hunt and then a protracted battle with the magnet and the cache was free (where did you get that magnet from). An ideal way to get our 300th, a beautiful spot on New Years Eve on holiday. Happy with that. We grabbed a bite to eat (great thai take away from Kingston shops and we then settled back to enjoy the fireworks. TFTC Tealby. In fact thanks for all your caches today they where good fun.

After a little bit of Christmas shopping at the nearby markets it was time to find a cache or two in the area. I had to wait out a few muggles as I could see the cache as I walked up. So I sat on a nearby bench and sorted out the next cache. I have done a few of the others in the series a long time ago so I will have to see if I can sort out the coordinates to the final cache.
Took pathtag...starting to get a few of these now. Thanks for the cache and pathtag.
