Logs
As I have logged: the log book was found in front of the tree stump on the grass completely soaked. I put it in the tree stump centre under the plastic bottle which has been left there. I assumed thats where the spot used to be. No container was found.
Unfortunately the container has been taken. Found the wet sign paper on the ground in front of the stump. There is a container in the stump but not the original blue one. Looks like someones drink thrown in there.Needs replacing.
Found the wet log on the grass just in front of the tree stump. Someone mustve taken it out and dumped it on the ground recently. No more container in stump: Needs attention.
Ive recently solved a few puzzles in this area so had a plan to spend the morning finding them plus a few traditionals. I was passing this one on my way home. I had previously noted the changed coordinates by previous finders so it was a quick find using the hint. Log sheet was slightly damp, so dried it out a bit, signed and replaced as found. Nice to find another oldie. Tftc
I looked for a whole hour in a tree around the tree and nothing somone stole it there also is no stump so its gone somone took it!
Visiting from Adelaide.. had to open THE map.... even drenching rain and approx 25m away from GZ didn't deter the find. Tftc
Coordinates are worth a visit. Needed a wider hearth for the cacheThanks for the cache. Its in great shape
7/01/23.I unfortunately couldnt find this cashe. Its possibly stolen or its been swept away. This needs owner attention as there is nothing there.
Day 3 of our attempt to get the new souvenirs. Our longest streak so far is 10 days. Let’s see if we can better it. But I do think we can miss a few days and still get the souvenirs.
Found this one after visiting family at Carindale. Made it WAY more difficult for myself than needed. Eventually went back to the obvious place for a second time (noting the new co ords from a previous log) and came up with the goods. Certainly still plenty of ants!!
Happy to find a cache 10kms from home so we don’t clean up all our close ones.
Thanks happyharries for the cache.

Been looking to get this one now for three years now and I’m glad I have finally found it. FYI the cache is about 50m out from the listed coordinates! TFTC
A quick find for me today which is not normally the case , thanks to adjusted co ordinates posted in a previous log. Signed as GRB. TFTC happyharries
A bit tricky but we found it with EGuando. Look out for the giant ants! The cache is not at original coordinates btw.
Quick find on my way to work. The new coordinates in the activity log were spot on. Not sure I would have found it without them. Dropped a TB. TFTC
I am logging these in random order as I did a few and can’t remember which order we did them in. The day was nice weather for a change and we were not in any real hurry so we kind of just went all around and around and back n forth a bit to grab a few oldies. Replaced some wet logs and a cache as well at one place.

SaintsMadHouse and I have teamed up for some serious Wednesday antics this year. Today we were slightly delayed in our start (thanks 1GiantPanda ) but we had some form of plan to follow at least.
Our particular goal was older caches, and this was certainly on the list. We probably should have looked a little closer at the list and re-ordered our approach however, as we had to do a u-turn to get to it but then our next cache was further down the road the other way, requiring yet another drive west before being able to turn around and head east.
Oops!
Oh well. We pulled in to discover a group of vehicles and people sitting amongst the vehicles. That’s ok, GZ is over here - let’s check out the memorial and we won’t look suspicious grabbing the cache. Except…
Umm there’s nothing at GZ. And the closest spot also has nothing. Uh oh.
Wait! There are alternate coordinates! But that puts us….
Over there, right near the people!!
Well let’s just wander over anyway. There’s an information guy over that way so we can just make out we are heading to that.
Luckily we saw GZ and were able to make a grab without being seen due to perfect placement of vehicles compared with people.
Time to head back to the car and east…. Via west.
Thanks for the cache happyharries.

Today, the plan was the attendance of two CITOs on the southern side of Brisbane, which included a tree planting in Eagleby, and a litter clean-up in Ormiston. Between the CITOs, I took a stop a few stops around Carbrook and Mount Cotton, which involved the targeting of oldie geocaches. A brief stop in Bayview Conservation Park also allowed me to avenge a couple of DNFs. After the second CITO, I took the drive back home and made a few last stops along the way.
I took a short stop here on my way home, since it was on my Queensland oldies list. I've actually been to this gun club many years ago during a work teamwork session, shooting clay targets. After a brief search, I soon read that the cache was 65 m away, so I plodded along to the nearby shelter, only to find that I had walked too far away. I then managed to find the cache about 62 m away from the posted coordinates at S 27° 30.455' E 153° 08.244'. The hint remains unchanged. The replacement cache container and logbook were in good shape, although as mentioned, there was no clue available for *Fox Hole*, so I may need to crowd source that one. Thanks happyharries for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was nice to have found this oldie 12/2006 hidden cache, of which is one of Queensland's 500 oldest yet active geocaches.

With two previous finders have left a replacement container as the original seems to be missing. Don’t have the clue to leave on the log for sitting duck puzzle. Placed the replacement container 65m away from GZ… much closer to the information hut in the obvious feature…
Out for the day with the usual crew. Peppa, PirateLinda and giraffe18.

Out with two previous finders and the original cache is no longer here so we have left a replacement near the information shelter. No clue available

Out and about with chamad this morning. Our focus was the new cycle series, but we collected some others in the area as well.
A quick find here, this ended up being the last for the day. With the heat and humidity it was time to go home for a nanna napp
Thanks happyharries for the cache.

After finishing work nearby I checked to see what caches were close by that I could quickly grab and this was the one, Easy parking, check, no long walks, CHECK, cache within 15 metres from where I parked, checkmate!
After a short walk over to GZ, the container was quickly spotted, signed and replaced as found. Now that that's done, I can continue making my way home.
Thank you for brining me here to grab this '06 cache.

On the way home from an exhausting day of work today and I had already found my cache, but when this one popped up on the gps I realised it was an oldie and i was already going past so of course the car turned itself into the parking area and I had no choice but to make a find. All is well here; I added my name to the log and noted what I needed for the mystery. Tftc happyharries
We were in this area and so decided to take a detour this way. Close to GZ there was a lot of work going on with overhead cranes fixing electricity wires. This meant we had to do a small detour and we enjoyed looking at many of the large properties that have huge front yards on our way here. It was a quick find at GZ which turned out to be almost a drive-by for us.

Out for a bonus swing around the Southside hills, with oz_bean_counter collecting smilies all day. Swung by here as the day started winding to a close for us, and had no issues nabbing the container despite some muggles not too far away who were totally uninterested in us. Logsheet was missing, but I had a spare so all good now. Means it is also missing information for the Fox Hole final, but check out Sitting Duck 2 and you'll be fine.
Thanks happyharries for entertaining me at this location.

One of the 26 caches / labs for the day, out on an epic caching adventure with Pprime to celebrate his 1000th puzzle cache.
This one was on my radar because it helped get the me Fox Hole cache, which is quickly approaching Q500 status. The nearby muggles appeared completely uninterested in our quest. Unfortunately this one was missing the log and also missing the clue for the final. Thankfully we had the information we needed already. We replaced the log and quickly moved on to the next cache.
Lovely little memorial nearby which is worth a look .
TFTC and TB visit x2

I had this one on my radar to complete this week after finding the related cache earlier in the week. The clue for the Mystery cach is all good in this one. A little help from Peppa and I am set for the mystery.
Nice little grab with Peppa on this lovely winters day. Left a Travel Bug to get on its way.
Geo kids were pretty stoked to find this one and i have been driving past this one for the last 10 years sayings I should stop and get that one, took the toy car left rubber dog
First time Geocaching and decided to pick one that was close to us!! Perfect location and difficulty!! We loved it! Thank you George and Zali xx
Yayyyy I love this cache, more than you realize. After a long ass day my energy level was on E, I was determined to keep my streak alive. After 2 dnfs in the rain and dark I found this gem. I'm so happy I gave this one a fav point
Was out and about today in Brisbane while doing my errands. I felt like finding a cache today and came across this one. After 20 minutes of searching in the wrong place and I finally came across the correct GZ and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for the cache happyharries. TFTC!!!
Out and about caching today after attending the Event. A quick and easy find. TFTC happyharries

I found your cache with my Dad, Oddiewan and most of the time, Semik. I am way behind on logging so learned how to use templates so I can catch up. Sorry this is not a detailed log, but I will do better with my logging now that I have the ability to log caches on a mobile phone. Thanks for the cache happyharries
Felt a bit uneasy and kept ducking due to the constant firing from the nearby range!!! Enjoyed perusing the riflemen memorial. Another golden oldie! TFTC
Targeting select caches on today's run instead of clearing out an area. This traditional was of interest due to its age and it provided part coordinates for another cache to the south.
No Robins around today but plenty of Elmer Fudds banging away just down the road. No need to make myself a target so was happy to just find this cache then mosey on to the west. Thanks for maintaining this set of caches happyharries.

Found previously but today I needed to find it again to gather info for Fox Hole. It's just as I remember though the nearby flagpole and memorial are new.
