As there has been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it has been a number of months since the last owner note I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact a reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.

Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

Nothing has been done by the CO about this cache when a maintenance request was put on this Cache last November.

15-Jun-13
No luck here and for something that's meant to be easy to find. I think this one has been muggled and it hasn't been found in nearly a year and with a maintenance check from a previous logger and nothing been done by the CO, this one should be Archived'

12-Dec-12
Oh seems I should have checked the logs before setting out to find this one. Lovely spot but also a DNF for me. Searched right around GZ and while still on my cacher L's Smile given the size imagine I would have spotted it if I was there, at least I don't feel quite so hopeless having read the logs though! I do suspect this has been muggled Sad

06-Dec-12
After 30 min I gave up. Either it is muggled or it is too difficult for me. Looked at every place where a container could be hidden.
Anyway, a nice place. Greetings from Finland!

Sorry no find to many spiders anyway nice place and should have been a beatifull golf coarse at the time a pitty. Wink

13-Oct-12
Looked for 30 min. No luck.

13-Oct-12
No way for me to check any higher than where I could reach, so a DNF for me. It is probably there, i just couldn't climb for it.

Thanks anyway....

Great tree however i believe that this cache has been smuggled. Awesome.

07-Oct-12
Please visit to clean it up!

07-Oct-12
Found this one with Pirry and DiOnlyBob. It did require a bit of climbing so I would recommend it for either really tall adults or monkeys. The cache was all wet and pretty grubby looking - it definetly needs maintenace - also as I'm sure some muggles must have found it as there was explict drawings of male private parts that shouldn't be seen by the littlies! We signed our names in the wet logbook and put it back where we found it -- TFTC.

07-Oct-12
Not to sure if the cache is where is should be or if it was thrown to where it is. Give the kind of drawing found in it i am thinking it was muggled and then thrown, but it is a good place to hind it so not too sure. As previously mentioned, maintenance is required as it is drenched (as well the drawings). Nice park and the retrieval and replacement of the cache was fun never the less.

With DiOnlyBob and Nydiaas

Looked for ages - wondering if it has been removed?!?

Not as easy as some people have said. Although I am new. Spend a good 40 mins searching. Plenty of great hiding spots for it. Will have to come back.

16-Jun-12
Strike 2 for the day!! Must have spent 40 mins looking, having read previous logs I even know what we're looking for (no pun intended!!) We'll wait and see if anyone else finds it, then try again. We're newbies so maybe just missed it...

Hard to believe I missed this cache the last time I was here! Quick easy find this time as cache was actually out in the open. Made sure to add some camo when cache was replaced. TFTC D Mawson ^_^ Love the big tree!

13-Apr-12
I agree with zargfinders, it is so obvious. Even at night with only the brightness of the GPS to find it. Unfortunately it was already night when I arrived to that one. I lost a lot of time searching for two caches that are missing. I would have loved to see this tree with day light. The root system is fantastic !

Found after the walk from Bondi beach to Cogee beach. The weather was excellent today for the walk and cache-picking during the walk made it even more interesting.

Thank you for the cache, D_Mawson.
Visiting from Portugal.

Find #3 for me

Took a while to find while every man and his dog was hanging around GZ. Had to pretend to be interested in the nearby football game to try avoid suspicion. Couldn't find at first then remembered a clue from previous logs.

#101 well, this one took a couple of minutes to find, after almost an hour of driving around trying to find the location.

When I arrived, soccer practice was in full swing, and dog walkers were everywhere, but I found the cache, SL and was out before anyone paid to much attention.

Nice park and good spot. Introduced 2 newbies to the sport. At first a little trouble finding it and we had to find it or the newbies would not have believed us. They examined the log and were amazed.

awsome tree. All the buttress roots were great for the geodogs to scamper over. TFTC.

13-Jan-12
What a magnificent tree. It was made to play this game. Looked closely all around where the GPS wanted to be but found nothing and was starting to think I had a DNF. But on the second circuit, spotted some unnaturally arranged nature and just knew it had to be there. Thanks D Mawson; loved the spot.

Wanted to grab a second cache while in the area and this was it. Parked in the side street and crossed the busy road. The compass needle was pointing toward the beautiful Moreton Bay fig tree so that's where I headed. The cache was soon discovered and extracted while dodging dog walkers. I took it to the nearby picnic table to complete the duties. It was rather windy this afternoon so had to keep everything under control. I signed the log with my finds sticker and dropped 2 TBs and a geocoin in to continue travelling. The cache was returned while a man and his son flew a nice little kite nearby. My I suggest the CO mark the Platypus geocoin that's listed in the inventory as missing. It's been a loooooooong time since it was in this cache. Thanks D Mawson for placing this hide and the history lesson.

Last of a few I did while the ohter half was shoping at Bondi Junction. Found it right away, GZ was pretty obvious, but a neat place.

My approach wasn;t ideal, I ended up scrambling down a rock wall a few hundred metres away, to find the road would have been the easier option.

Signed log and left my signature Pathtag.
Thanks for the cache.

This completed a D Mawson double today! Continued my lunchtime walk on from 'Hooper's House', and traversed Queens Park to get to GZ. It brought back a few memories, as I used to play football here for Barnstoneworth back in the days when I was young and single!

Did a circle of the tree and eventually turned up the goods...I didn't realise this cache was almost 5 years old! The container was in reasonable nick, but the log was still a tad damp inside. It didn't overly matter though, as I had no pen on me to sign it, and there was none inside despite being a decent sized systema. Perhaps the next cacher could bring one out with them to leave - and a cliplock bag?

Again, D Mawson, a nice history lesson accompanied this find, alerting me to early Sydney facts that I did not know - TFTC!

This was so so easy. My friend Yeelord took the trackable but i found some thread and i tied it from one tree to another at head height so if anybody walks throgh they are going to get poned

Found cache simply and very quicky on my way home! It was muggle central but managed to get around them without getting noticed? Did not have pen but i will attach a photo of the last log. TFTC!

Reperio at 1545. Man this thing's got huge roots on it. Expected to have to search every nook and cranny there was, but the cache turned out to be much simpler to find. Plenty of muggles and their four legged friends around today.

There are no trackables at the moment.

Area around GZ impressive. Took TB. Thanks.

Concerning previous logs I have the feeling that this cache might be on a bit easier location, added some extra cover and drpped travel dog Karel, the tupperware is full now...

03-Jun-11
Finding it was easy. Retrieving it took a little longer. Had to wait for the resident arachnid to retreat. Lovely location, thanks D_Mawson. Deposited child-proof lock.

29-May-11
I remember when this one was first listed but IIRC it was Premium Member only at the time so I didn't bother with it. Finally stopped off to have a look today as I was in the park nearby. Reading the original logs I suspect this cache is somewhat easier to find now than when originally placed as I found it under a rather obvious "concealment" within a minute.
As previous finders have mentioned, those that only think you can write on one side of each log page would consider it to be full. It was dry though.
Lovely fig tree. Thanks D_Mawson.

Pretty easy once it dawned on me that the coordinates were pointing to the wrong side of the tree. Wasn't too unpleasant as I came prepared for the mosquitos! TFTC.

I think I played a full round here before finally finding the cache, only to be interupted by a muggle walking his dog (well by the dog really) before I could retreive the cache and sign the log.

Thanks.

Easy find. Cache was partially exposed.
Took TB Koala-Joe. Left sewing needle+thread.
