Logs
I had in mind a feature to search and a peek at previous logs confirmed my suspicions. The cache was quickly uncovered and the log signed. With everything returned as found I continued on my way. TFTC
Decided to go for a walk today to tick off this cache so I could get the Winter Solstice souvenir. Lovely mural nearby, as others have mentioned. TFTC
Found after reading some of the logs of the other finds. Thanks for the cache and those who have found it previously ^_^
No GAINs, No PainsOut with geopup today collecting some oldies for my Q500 challenge. A quick find here, log signed, all replaced as found. TFTC Crew 153# 10151CheersWillis007
GPS flicking around all over the place... Maybe it's the solar flare! Nicely hid. It is amazing how one thing grows out of another!
Had a fun time with my sister. First one ever. Great fun. But I needed a little hint at first.
This is such a beautiful area. I do bushcare here every Friday morning. Today before I started work I dropped off a TB that I collected in NZ. It is a little bird and this spot seemed really fitting. All the bushcare workers know about this cache having come across it at one time or other during our working bees. All good with this cache Crew153.
8/2/2023 Find #5687
SaintsMadHouse and I have teamed up for some serious Wednesday antics this year. Today we were slightly delayed in our start (thanks 1GiantPanda ) but we had some form of plan to follow at least.
Another of the older caches on our list, there was hesitation upon reading the name of the cache.
I believe the words that came from SaintsMadHouse were “oh hell no, not today. What is the pain?”
However reading the cache page I told her it was ok, it was more about the play on words with the name of the park.
So we headed around to where we thought would be a good spot to attack this one….
And decided that was a nope, so we headed back around to another spot where we parked the car and began a relatively nice little jaunt.
And what a spot of surprises. Not only was the duck pond delightful, with its rotunda over the other side, but the surprise mural not far from GZ was glorious.
With the cache found quickly, we headed back towards the duck pond and just sat at the edge admiring the peace here while the ducks swam over to say hello.
A beautiful end to our day. Thanks for the cache Crew 153.

I am logging these in random order as I did a few and can’t remember which order we did them in. The day was nice weather for a change and we were not in any real hurry so we kind of just went all around and around and back n forth a bit to grab a few oldies. Replaced some wet logs and a cache as well at one place. Loved this place!
Found it...been awhile since we have have done this. Great to get the kids out of house.
We’ve moved to this lovely suburb a few months ago but never knew this place! Cache was very easy to find, signed and found there’s a trackable in there. Took the trackable as I’ll be travelling soon:). TFTC also gave us a good time exploring our neighbourhood.
Finally finished for today run. Running late so no gym today but caching instead. Quick easy find here.
Cache replace in right location. At least there were no muggles around.

Trying to find things near me and after failing to find the 2 remaining caches from the series by RoddyC just South of here, I thought to come up here and find this one. I was happy to see that this one was still here and is still being maintained.
This was an easy find as a previous cacher took a photo where it was.

Cache found in all good condition.. GPS threw off my off a little but a few hints ended up helping out. Thanks for the hide!
On my way to the airport from the Goldie so I thought I’d target a few to make the trip interesting
This oldie was among my targets.
Not disappointed. These parks are great at night.

Circled around it for a bit, but totally worth the fond. My first geocache and it was so cute
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I needed to pop over to MacKenzie for an errand, and we then decided to use our new baby carrier in walking a section of Brisbane Koala Bushlands, picking up a few of the rabbit series (Rabbit Trap, Tricky Rabbit, Rat Plague, etc.).
After our long walk, Garden City Shopping Centre was our next stop where we had lunch and did some shopping, and then I decided to make my own way home, stopping at a few geocaches within the vicinity and around Mount Gravatt. I did manage to get a find a few more oldies from Mimosa Creek's geocaches, with M1 certainly being quite the adventure.
After collecting an errand, we were passing back through when I discovered this older geocache nearby. So making a stop, we walked through the bushland, and upon arriving at GZ, made the cache find amongst the suspicious natural camouflage. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Crew 153 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. It was also nice to have found this oldie 12/2006 hidden cache, of which is one of Queensland's 500 oldest yet active geocaches.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Great find for the family. Wanted to find this someone as it was first lodged on the day my girls were born, and found by my daughter whose middle name is Mackenzie. Very significant one for our family.
After today’s event, I headed off with no particular plans. It was just a drive around and see what is in the area. Looking at the map, I saw a lab that I still needed to complete, a few trads of interest and then a few older caches as well.
The bush walk was great, it was nice to get out and enjoy the trails on my own and with no one around I really got to enjoy the serenity of the bush. The trads I got were just as I was passing and cleaning up little areas. I was happy with a couple of older caches in the mix and a few newer ones too. Bonus for today was there was no DNF’s.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the caches today, all logs were signed and all were replaced as found.

Early morning airport drop off and what better way to make my return journey home more worthwhile then to grab a couple of caches.
Had the whole area to myself and after a quick search had the prize in hand. Thanks CO for keeping this old cache alive!

Thank for the cache! There was a nearby snake that we disturbed and some broken glass nearby - be cautious if you're attempting this one! Otherwise all in good working order

Caching has never really been about the numbers. I drive generally over a thousand km's a week (some for work, some to explore, some for the kids, and some just because I have to) so there's always a cache or two to break up the drive. Having said that, I also enjoy numbers, fulfilling challenges, and quirky statistics. It's for this reason, I'm going to aim to fill my dates found and dates hidden this year, and a few other challenges in the local area.
It's always nice to find an old cache. Even nicer to find one in such a good condition. Thansk for maintaining it to such a high level!
Cache logs are either stamped, signed with Rogersclan13 or just RC13 for space. Thanks for the cache **Crew 153**

We have driven past this lake many times and always said we should stop and have a look. Well today we did and took the opportunity to find this cache. Thanks for placing this. The cache is in good order.
Out for an early morning walk, we really enjoyed this beautiful area. The birdlife was prolific and perhaps the warm spring weather has encouraged that. We found this one and have added our name to the log.

A quick stop in here to grab this cache after work. The rain held off while I made my search and battled through the spider webs. I spotted the likely hiding spot and what to you know it was hiding a cache. Tftc Crew 153
TFTC smile 8436 out and about with Hatzoff and miss Millie geo dog having a great time walking
Morning outing with grannysmith1947 making more smiles.
An other one of the older caches. Noted another armchair logger on the move again.

When we jumped out of the car the whole ground seemed to be moving. With each step there were things jumping around our feet all the way from the car to the cache. On closer inspection they were all baby toads maybe 5 millimetres in size and there were millions of them. Mrs Woodyrothwell is normally a screamer when she encounters a toad but even she felt she had a size advantage.
While I was stamping the log I asked my wife to look up how many kids one toad can have. It was impossible not to stand on one and it seemed it was their very first day jumping because the coordination level was low and I didn’t want to be responsible for eradicating a species. When we discovered that a female toad can have up to 30,000 eggs we were no longer apologetic that one or two were squeezed into the tread of our shoes. In fact I think we met all 30,000 of them.
After we had taken 3 steps from the cache, my wife let out a scream behind me. In this case there was a massive toad that she had almost stepped on. This one didn’t seem to care in anyway whether it was trod on or not, so it must have been one of the parents because if I had 30,000 kids running amok I would want something to step on me as well. tftc

Have time to kill before work so I figure I'd knock out some caches on the way tftc
Great find for a gloomy rainy day. No muggles about so an easy find! Lovely park to take a rest. TFTC
After work trip to the south side to log a few caches I’ve been meaning to claim whilst I still can.

We had to come over to this side of town to collect a mouse bought by Miss 9 so we made sure we allowed plenty of time for geocaching to make the most of our trip.
It has been raining a lot and grounds are very sloshy, so a good day for less muggles.
This area is beautiful, peaceful.

Out for a bonus swing around the Southside hills, with oz_bean_counter collecting smilies all day. Targeted this one as it was in the area we were driving, and from 2006. Pulled Suzee up on the road and wondered what was meant by 'a basketball court'? This approach looked sensible and just into the bushland a bit. Well, a few moments later all was revealed to us as a cool little play area (complete with half a basketball court) was hidden behind the trees. What a great community spot this is. And even has it's own geocache too. Perfect.
Thanks Crew 153 for entertaining me at this location.

One of the 26 caches / labs for the day, out on an epic caching adventure with Pprime to celebrate his 1000th puzzle cache.
This one was on my radar because it was nearby to a target lab cache for the day - the hills of the southside series. It is also getting close to being a Q500 cache, and thus was on the radar for Mr Prime. At GZ, the cache was out and visible. After performing log signing duties, we hid with a little more camouflage. Lovely GZ, well worthy of a visit. Cache and log are in great condition.

This was a quick find in a really lovely park that I didn’t know existed. It was quite peaceful, except for the small, yapping dog that took exception to me and my pooch walking through. The logbook is nice and dry and the cache is tucked up safely and well camouflaged. TFTC
Find #48 - MMEandK all present. Found by K.
This area is located in a great park with a pretty little lake and lots of facilities for the geokids.
This geocache is a bit close to the basketball court to be discreet. Those basketballers never leave!
The geokids appreciated swapping some swag.
This cache is in good condition.
Signed Log.
Thanks For The Cache!

Third find with Peppa on this lovely winter day. Not too much trouble to find. Look for the obvious
