CORS - Continually Operating Reference Stations collecting geodetic data from GNSS.

On the road to Townsville with LuckyL10n, and after a night in Mundubbera we were headed for Emerald. Stopped along the way all for GCA caches we could to help fill the local dragonZones. A bit of a walk up the hill for this one, but once the new-ish looking CORs was soon spotted. Photos snapped...and then it was back down the hill and off for the next one. An FTF on this on to boot....

#GA5599 - 08:10; Day four of the Townsville Mega adventure with Sol de lune. Spent the night in Mundubbera and after breakfast at the local bakery, collected a couple of local GC caches before hitting the road, final destination today Emerald. First CA stop today and located the frshly graded, though very rough track which led us to the CORS. Great views, but with a long day ahead, didn't hang around too long after we grabbed a snap.
