I arrived at the gate of the property at the right time. Both property owners were there. She was coming out in her car and he was coming in in his tractor. She referred me to him and I explained my desire to get a close look at the trig. He (Terry) asked if I was with "Mapping" and I simple explained that I was a primary school teacher with an interest in trigs. He asked me to follow him up the driveway, then explained the best way for me to get to the trig, either driving or walking. I chose a bit of both. I drove to the water tanks and walk a couple of hundred metres from there. There are the remnants of the old trig there, but there are so many rocks, it was impossible to find the location of the pin with a metal detector...which I did not bring this trip. If I had not met the owners at the gate, I would have just gone for the long shot. Luck was on my side today.

Out enjoying the countryside over the Easter break with Just a cacher and we spotted this one while driving on Comobella Rd and after checking on Six Maps we decided to grab this one as we were in the area.

A quick grab here today.

Thanks for the Trig.
