"Thank you for the cache.
Another lovely trig.
MrsD and I were up the NW on a four day weekend.
Today we went down the West Coast to Temma and I was allowed to find some caches on the way, this was one of them.

Travelling around Australia and spending a few months in Tasmania.
Staying in Smithton and today we headed over to Arthur River to go on the Original Arthur River Cruise. Great day out and we managed to find 4 Trig points whilst out and about.

Found on a day of trig hunting in the Arthur River area. Our 100th trig!!!
Sam Carter has a lot to answer for. This is my third GCA cache and my second Trig Point. Next it will be State Permanent Marks and Optus Cabling Kerb Plaques. I'm doomed.
By this stage convincing Prionotes to stop and claim a trig point was easy ... especially since this one was sitting right by the road just waiting to have its photo taken.
Hi Cached
Raining here at time of the find which was made at 1108hrs.
Enjoyed the short albeit very quick walk.
The structure down the road was also of interest.
TFTC and cheers

Staying in Arthur River for a few days and have now found my 3rd cache on my first day of looking. Great part of Tassie (but then all of this state is fantastic). This trig point was easy to find - even with a GPS app on my wife's iphone. Need to get a real GPS pronto.

Loving these drive-by trig points. Will attach photo as soon as I return home in a few days time.

A very easy trig point cache this one! Found during a fantastic day touring the wild west. Had a great cruise on the Arthur River and enjoyed visiting all the amazing spots along the coast. TFTC
No problem at all spotting this lonely roadside trig. With the car engine stopped there was no other sound to be heard but the wind moaning over the isolated heathland. The trig at the edge of the world!

Spotted this one on the way between caches. Having trouble uploading pics though
Just happened to be driving by on our Wild West loop no effort required for this one
Was running out of daylight and still a few caches to go so had a quick pic and off I went. Thanks
Another trig on the way to wherever we are going....who knows with Swampy. We may never stop lol
The drive here was fun alas someone has a problem with roller coaster rides.
Had a look for the marker under the trig but didn't see it.
A great day to be on the top of the west.
Thanks Cached

Found on the roadside when leaving Arthur River - didn't know the name of it but saved the co-ords and the piccie. Thanks for another trig point.
This was the easiest trig point so far. Normally they are on tops of hills requiring an energetic walk. This one was right beside the road - a very easy cache. Thanks especially for this one.
Neat views here today..quite clear. This is one Trig I haven't used over the surveying years so great to be able to visit. TFTC Cached...Cheers.

happened to be down this way, so a quick stop was all that was required to get this drive by that would have possiby gone in the not to exciting category except for the snake lying right at the trig. point.

Found on our way back home from Smithton (via the Western Explorer, Rosebery and the Cradle Link Road)

Took this on the way past on the way to the edge of the world with visitors from the North Island. Thought it may come in handy. I reckon its pretty good claiming it 18 months before it was published. Don't you?
