Nice easy find! TFTTP
P.S. I have found this TP quite sometime ago but, I have only just realized that I hadn't claimed a smiley yet. Sorry about the late log.

This is not a Trig Station. It is a Permanent Mark (PM58019), and together with PM 58020, 58021, 58022 and TS Tolland forms the Wagga Wagga Electronic Distance Measuring (EDM) Testline. Surveyors use these testlines to calibrate their EDM instruments.
I've seen TPs missing their big black circle before, but never the white thing sitting there instead!
It was good to grab an almost drive by trig! Great views, but pity about the grafitti.
Found while out and about during the mega event. However, I don't believe that the object at the coordinates is the real trig point.
The actual trig point appears to be at S35° 08.687 E147° 21.841, which corresponds to the cache TP5379 - "Tolland TS" (http://geocaching.com.au/cache/tp5379) created by Varuna. There is a line of about four or five of these concrete pillars with white plastic devices leading back to the real trig point, and it would be nice if someone in the know can clarify where the trig actually is!

Two of the three kids had fun at this trig... See photo:-)

Found with urch and Tealby. Luckily Tealby had this one on her GPS because I didn't!
This was a bonus find for me while Urch & AusTrackers continued up to find the nearby cache.
Found it at night & only just logging now, as I forgot the photo was on my phone. Nice drive by & easy to find by headlights.
