I tend to go "blind hunting" for trigs as the GCA App on my phone doesn't work, plus there's a greater challenge lol. Sometimes I download GPX files but on this trip we were already booked up with a number of geocaches. Knew there was a TP here but after getting up and looking around the top for a trig, I soon realised this one was prolly just a survey marker. I took a pic at the track marker but realise that is NOT a find. A great view from up here. TFTC.

One of the best spots for a trig. Pity about the trig itself.

We are currently staying at Wangaratta and took a drive to Mt Hotham on a glorious autumn day. The views were amazing. This would be the highest trig we have found. The photo is of the trail marker as no survey pin visible. TFTT

On a drive over the mountains I stopped for the short walk up to this tri.

We headed into the Davenport area of the village where Mrs y'stassie located a steepish track heading to the summit of Mt Higginbotham. We headed up just as threating clouds began to appear. It was a short but steep climb up a narrow track but the glorious views from the top were worth the effort.
After a short hunt we soon located the button in a small piece of cement. After taking the required photos it was time to make our way carefully down the track.
A great trig worthy of many more visits.
The required photos are attached.

Found this one chasing a newly solved GC.com puzzle cache. Spectacular views from here.
