I am stating that this cache is an "extreme". It is the hardest T1 (Disabilities accessible) cache that I have ever done.
It is more than 3km from land, off Rye, in Port Phillip Bay. My husband and I sailed there and it is more like a T4 (Probably requires special equipment (boat, 4WD, etc.).
