An early morning foray to the top of Mount Torbreck was on the caching menu today
And what a great stroll it is from the picinic grounds on Barnewall Road
The sign at the start of the trail says "Steep"
More like moderately steep

So up the hill I bounded until the sharp left hand bend in the trail,
which marks the top of the climb and the start of the very pleasant amble along the ridgeline to the summit

Near the huge pile of rocks that form the summit cairn,
I spied this relic of another age.
