Merry Christmas from Launceston, Tasmania. I love everything about Christmas, turkey and all the trimmings, full-on English Chrissy or even just a Aussie Christmas Barbecue, and any cold frothy goes down well, if I am celebrating Christmas in July I would go for a dark ale.
