This is the playground located in the park at North Beach, which is a small community just North of Wallaroo, South Australia. Although I have an UBD map of the area, it's digital, and therefore I can't supply a reference, but it's easy to spot along Clayton Drive. The park contains toilets, free BBQ, shelter shed with seating/tables, a short stroll to the beach, and a short stroll to the local deli.

Despite all the great facilities, I'm afraid the play equipment just doesn't cut the mustard in my eyes. As we do not have children of our own, I'll just have to pass my own judgement, and compared to playgrounds I grew up with, today's just seem a little too sterile. However, kids today would probably love the place!

There is a traditional geocache in the park, and a couple of other items of interest to locationless hunters, so I think the location would rate quite well on an awesomeness factor. Given that we usually avoid playgrounds when it comes to geocaching, we're glad we've had the oppourtunity to log this cache.
