It must be time I logged this one.
1: This park is known as "The Village Green"
2: S19 00.436 E146 12.403
3: Located in the township of Paluma in North Queensland.I dont think there is a UBD reference (Paluma only has three streets).

5: As well as the equipment pictured there are toilets, picnic tables and a BBQ. Nearby, there are walking tracks, scenic lookouts, waterfalls, swimming holes, historical sites, a pottery gallery and a resturant (bring lots of money for this one).
6&7: The playground is the same as thousands of others around the country so I can only rate it as a 2.5 (Average) but the location is definatly a 10.
